im not aware of any hospital that does it in Nigeria.

ITS better to be safe than to be sorry.there was nothing wrong in checking up drugs before prescribing,its better to be sure.Now the combination the doctor was trying to give you is what we call the triple therapy for peptic ulcer disease. there are two major types of combination

omeprazole

amoxyl or clarithromycin(for those allergic to penicillins)

flagyl

the last two are antibiotics added when there is suspision of Helicobacter pylori, which is a bacteria commonly implicated in PUD.
some still add some adjuvant like polycrol gel or gestid,colloidal bismuth ,ranitidine for those that cant tolerate omeprazole.

if for any reason you react to any drug prescribed, always go back to the doctor and inform them.the doctor probably made a mistake by not asking you first if you had any allergies.
simply go back so that they can give you a fresh combination.

i quite agree with Mr Brown jay. Dont mind all these people that claim to cure AIDS/HIV. Its true some drugs can be used to reduce the viral load to even undetectable level but it doesnt mean the person is cured. The problem with some of the antiviral drugs is the side effect but you have to do what you have to do. i would strongly recommend some immune boosting drugs so that those infected can live a better life. bulky anteverted uterus measuring 86mm by 98mm by 131mm. myometrial echopattern is heterogenous. multiple intramural,subserous and submucous myomas ranging from 21mm by 23mm to 71mm by 84mm.there is also multiple internal sonoluscent foci indicating cystic degeneration.the endometrial plate is distorted.no retained products or fluid in pouch of douglas. no ovarian cyst or any adnexial mass seen.

she is 34years of age and is unmarried.what would you suggest her mode of treatment should be.Surgery or otherwise.is there any proven medication available now to shrink myomas. she is a jehovah witness so would want surgery as the last resort.

its a very difficult situation and it takes some time to heal completely but you have to learn to let go.your concern for now should be healing from within and not worrying whether you would remarry or not.
i would really like to talk to you.you need counselling urgently before you make another bigger mistake.
i know a lot of couples who live false lives,either the man extra marital affairs or the women are having theirs but as i would say even if they pretend to the world ,they cant pretend to God.
