Do you have your files backup on your laptop? If yes, use itunes to restore it but if not you can boot it up in safe mode with some combinations to wipe and restore it. I hope this helps. Cheers

If you have, have u been able to recuva all your files? are they arranged the way it was before you lost them? Please answer this questions truthfully. I've used recuva and many others and I know from experience that freeware version of any software can't perform maximally.
