Hi Deedsy, unfortunately, I do not belong to any whatsapp/telegram group. I have asked a friend that belongs to one to share the link with me. Once i get the link, would share it with u here.

Hi Seun,

Could you send me a link to any post ppr whatsapp group, as I just received my passport back with no copr. Congrats on your approval

Hi guys,

please i need ur candid opinion on which phone to buy. I have a budget of between 60k - 70k, and I am a frequent user so I prefer a phone with fast charge capabilities and good battery life and that are glo and airtel 4g compatible.
I have narrowed my search between XIAOMI NOTE 5 4GB:64GB, UMIDIGI Z2 SPECIAL EDITION 4GB:64GB, NOKIA X6 4GB:64GB.
Other phones can b suggested, I am also patient enough for new releases that would fit my budget and need

Thanks all, for the kind wishes. I promise to drop my PPR story as Nairaland was really good to me. All the help and resources I used for the application were strictly from reading Nairaland.

Please which number and how did you call IRCC the number I have is not going through, Congratulations ones again

I'm really sorry I'm just replying this. The numbers are +1(905)6763640 and +1(905)6125416. It could actually take a while to connect, so you just have to be persistent.

The How:

I downloaded text now.apk file. But download vpn first before you download the file. Install the text now.apk file, register and then make your call. Just keep following the voice prompt until you get to the stage where you have to speak to an agent.

Alternatively, you can decide to use skype using skype credit. New users are given a one month free trial, so I used the one month free trial well, before I unsubscribed..lol..

Wishing you all the best..

Congratulations!! More great news!

Have you submitted your passport?

I am aware VFS Nigeria is currently not collecting passports.

I do not not know if there's a way around it

Hi,

I'm sorry I'm just replying this. I've not submitted because of the VFS issue. But, someone contacted VFS Accra and posted something about it a couple of pages back.

Wishing you all the best

shocked
Oh wow! This stunt right here is quite amazing though, considering the fact that you posted the comment below on the 11th of September asking the house about which NOC best suits you, a question you repeated the following day which was on the 12th.. So it's PPR already, even "when security had not been started"!!! grin

This thread and dramas sha, certified 5 and 6!

Hi,

Whether you believe me or not makes no difference to me. The fact is thay I've gotten my PPR and your doubt or disbelief won't change it.

I asked that NOC question because I was doubting my NOC choice 6 months after submission (That's what the long wait does). Infact, as of yesterday, I was doubting the passport I uploaded sef..(Cos I used a passport app to edit instead of going to a photographer). The long wait was messing with my mind and the GCMS notes I ordered wasnt forthcoming, hence I asked the question.

But thanks all the same for pointing that out..as someone else would have still asked the same question too.

Just received my PPR.. Wow! I'm still surprised as I called IRCC just yesterday and was told my eligibility was recommended pass while my security had not been started. My AOR was on March 12 and due date Sept 12. I was thinking the Covid would have delayed the application.

I'm so grateful to God and to every single person here on Nairaland. And to all the mods who helped create fantastic page 1. That was all I read and that was what helped me submit a good application.

Thank you Nairaland.

Please how do you guys pass IELTS...me Im getting tired already and my confidence level is dropping. As a matter of fact all documents are in place except the age that is not on my side again. Im getting tired

Hi,

Please don't give up. All you need to pass listening and reading is Cambridge 9-15. Download them all and do all the tests. For listening, you really need to concentrate and pay loads of attention. At times, our minds may tend to wander away while the passage is being read, but you have to focus. Same goes with reading. Just practice all the reading exams especially the True/False/Not Given questions as that's where most of us face challenges.

For writing, you can use IELTS Liz and Jay E2 as recommended by everyone here. If you still have challenges with writing, you may decide to use the services of some professionals, but I can assure you that if you stick to IELTS Liz and Jay E2 and do exactly as they say, read their model essays, punctuate properly and follow their format, you will definitely pass.

You can pass IELTS on your first attempt or 9th attempt.
Just dont give up.

Hi,

Ultra new member here (Although I've been a very active non-member). I really want to commend everyone for the good job they've been doing, most especially all those that take time off their busy schedules to answer questions.

I'm a bit confused on my NOC choice. Could someone be so kind as to help me with the best NOC to choose as my job description seems to fall under two NOC's.

My job duties are listed below:

1) Local purchase of items needed for running the company.
2) Maintained stock levels of all items
3) Sourced and maintained relationships with suppliers
4) Planned logistics schedule for suppliers.

Thank You
