Ur accommodation is at ur friend’s place so he needs to write a letter addressing how he is happy to accommodate u at his home located at so and so place. Also he should specify the duration of ur proposed trip and any further details he may want to add in the letter. Then u can attach any house or tenancy agreements of such property.
Thanks a lot for the response, I still have a question, he told me his tenancy agreement expires since August but he said in it's place , I can use his bank statement which also shows his residential address. Pls is this wise because i am very new to the process . Thanks in anticipation

Health / Re: FCT Doctors Declare Indefinite Strike Over Promotion & Nonpayment Of Allowances by delana(m): 11:35am On Sep 01, 2020
Until Nigerians learn to hold those who are responsible for this incidences accountable, these events will continue. Health workers also have families as well as financial obligations, so I see no reason why they can't demand for their allowances since they worked for it. The nddc guys who paid themselves bogus covid allowances are not front line workers same applies to the nass members who got about 15-20 million each as covid allowance. So what are we saying, isn't it unfair not to pay them their dues

DABIGATRAN:
Good morning forumites. I guess you are all having a blissful weekend. I am an ardent supporter of the super eagles and all other Nigerian national teams; a thoroughbred football enthusiast and an avid reader of this thread since it was created.
I believe it's high time I joined the discussion proper, to improve my knowledge and also contribute my quota to the growth of Nigerian football.
I salute the minds that created and nurtured this thread and all the honourable forumites that have kept it ticking. I trust my time here with you will be a memorable one.

Obrigado.
This your moniker got my attention, are u a healthcare worker. Just curious.

No Niger Deltans will come out now to talk but let PMB go and commission anything in the North you'll start hearing Nepotism and all kind of English, if a Northerner were made the MD of NDDC my people will come up with noises all over the world but presently their very own has been milking them to dryness (this is to show us that the loopsided appointment should never be an issue but competency and loyalty to service should be the focus).
For those clamouring for Nigeria break up, hope we've seen the litmus test of it at NDDC (NORTH is never our problem), the corruption fabric is in every household, the battle is not SE Vs NE, or SS Vs NC or SW Vs NW, the battle is purely Elites Vs Masses, even if we break up, it will still remains Elites Vs Masses. The earlier we strategise on the solution the better for our generation.
God bless you for this statement, very apt

Better employ a private company for maintenance.

Check back in six years time and find infrastructural rot!

Opportunity for Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Lab scientists, and non-clinical staff such as secretaries, bursars, etc.

Exactly, maintenance is key, the current dilapidated hospitals in Nigeria were once nice looking like this but poor maintenance culture rendered them useless.

Alright so that lady is an aspect of you that was removed from you in the spiritual realm and the only way to make you whole is unification of that aspect of you to yourself. in the dream you are playing the role of both your mother and grandmother as a fallen entity that will onlly be happy when all aspects of you are fully united as one and so this girl has to be united with you and i believe it will happen. you just have to wait for the time when the spirits give the permission.

Is there anything I can do to make this happen . Thanks once again

Nigerians should please follow all precautionary measures to avoid contracting this virus o !

Una no get government o !

Your doctors and nurses are not committed to take care of you o !

You are on your own o !
I think the government should do their part, these healthcare workers we lambast all the time, are they provided with ppe's to protect them, don't they have families too, any insurance for them should they die on the field, Ghana provided health insurance for healthcare workers, Nigeria can't do same. Someone is now saying doctors and nurses are running away from the virus, why won't they . We simply can't reap where we didn't show, the country has a lackadaisical attitude towards healthcare generally, hence, the picture we are seeing.

Only in nigeria:

Will you see Medical doctors have and run pharmacies in their hospitals.

Most medical doctors who work in government establishments still have their private hospitals, and they direct patients to their hospitals and charge them high.

Some medical doctors teach courses

irrelevant to what they studied. How can a

medical doctor be employed to teach in zoology department.

In a sane country,
A medical doctor only works with human health.

Medical doctors don't own and operate pharmacies

Medical doctors who are employed at government establishments, do not tun their own private hospitals.

Running a private practice while working with public service isn't a crime but diverting patients to your own clinic is the crime. In the sane clime which you wrote up there like uk, doctors in the public service ie NHS are also allowed to run private practice since they work max of 56 hours/week , same thing is also obtainable in Australia.
Secondly , a doctor can't use his license to run a pharmacy , only a pharmacist can , so he has to employ one or at worse , collaborate with one.

Lastly I will like to see that doctor teaching zoology , I hope he isnt a medical microbiologist because sometimes the contents of these two programs can overlap making you believe the doctor is teaching zoology

Health / Re: Lady Calls Out Hospital For Giving Brother Wrong Blood Which Led To His Death by delana(m): 10:59am On Sep 22, 2018
This issue is being addressed from the wrong angle, before u transfuse a patient , u have to send their blood for grouping and cross matching to determine the appropriate blood group, the doctor then acts on the result to give appropriate blood for transfusion , if the lab sent a wrong result to the doctors , how will they know that wasn't the patients' blood group , so it could have been a lab error, a case where a patient is blood group A and he is give blood group B , of course he will react , this issue needs to be probed further but the doctors always get the blame.

Most likely that child was still alive when he certified him dead with his bare hands. Victims as this sometimes have very low pulse and require a defibrillator to jolt thier pulse....as far as am concern the said hospital is guilty.....Our medical institutes are very careless and don't have value for life. That child should be accessed in the emergency ward with all the possible equipments connected to monitor all his organs. You guys kill the boy jor!
It becomes so easy to bash doctors , if you have ever witnessed patient's relatives drama , then you will understand why that boy wasn't admitted. They bring patients in at point if death , you attend to them , if patient dies , you get beaten up , I can recollect two cases in luth 's emergency when something similar happened , the medical officer on duty was beaten to stupor, all the hospital did was to give the poor guy 50k , for God's sake some patients and their families can be terrible , all I see here is a hospital trying to protect its name , if that boy was taken in , they would say he died in the hospital like they have always done.

joey150:
So long as East Africans participate in this marathon, No Nigerian will ever win it.

Nigerians are not as strong as they think. Our dieting and lifestyle means it's almost impossible to win a Martahon against good athletes.

East Africans know it's free $$$$ whenever they enter for this competition.

I'm expecting the same Kenyans and Ethiopians to win the men's category. At least 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
It isn't just about strength alone, Ethiopians, Kenyans live at higher altitudes relative to Nigerians , therefore at this altitude , their oxygen consumption is limited and they have more red cells in their bodies than the average Nigerian, so they can run for long without using so much energy . Whenever they come down here for any competition where the oxygen level is even higher , expect them to win for certain, not even the Europeans or the Americans can take that from them.
