It is not at all easy to operate any business in Nigeria and particularly Airline business. However I strongly believe our Airline operators can do a lot better in treating the passengers better than what is currently obtainable. The Government should also ensure passengers' rights are well protected and are well compensated when they are being wronged by the Airline operators. The existing laws are much in favor of the operators and passengers are subjected to all manner of bad treatment. Many people have suffered varying levels of disappointments without compensation. My last experience involves a mother who almost missed her first daughters wedding due a lengthy delay on Arik Air flight from Lagos to Abuja. Many have lost business appointments and interviews for job opportunities.

What can be done from all quarters to improve the situation? Pls share your experience and views.
