Politics / Re: South African Police Raid On Home Of Henry Okah's Wife Turns Deadly by Demoladoc: 12:41pm On Jan 23, 2011
the rate at which nigerians here in SA commit crimes is alarming. There are many ghanaians, cameroonians, zimbabweans but u wil never hear them do crimes but talk of
1. Drug dealers, na nija full there
2. Recruiting south african gals for prostitutions, na nija dey thr
3. Fake passports, fake permits, identity, fraud, na nigerians dey do am
4. Credit card theft, fraud, its always nigerians

seriously its getting crazy here. Thats why they hate nigerians too much. Nobody will allow some crooks invade their land like nigerians do in south africa

i was in a gathering with the nigerian ambassador to SA and he lamented so much about how nigerians giv us bad names here and he suggested the nigerian government will support the south african authorities to deal ruthlessly with nigerians peddling hard drugs.

Having said that there are numerous nigerians here flying our countrys flag high in legitimate businesses, medicine, good morals etc
Politics / Re: Results Of Pdp Presidential Primaries (live) by Demoladoc: 2:08pm On Jan 14, 2011
Atilku could have easily become president after obj and so realise his lifelong dream of ruling Nigeria but for his political miscalculation by openly fighting obj while obj was in power. Perhaps he never read Robert Greenes 48 laws of power or he choosed to ignore the book's advice as the 1st law in the book says ''never outshine the master.''

A wise person would have dicreetly and secretly mobilised efforts to truncate obasanjos excesses while in power but he decided to underestimate obasanjo political acumen and engage baba in an open fight. Ofcos no boss who is worth his salt will take that lightly. obasanjo thus came out gun blazzing and decided to finish him however way he can. And Atiku is still reaping the rewards up till today and it might be safe to say Atiku might never rule Nigeria.

Someone who read, memorised and practised the 48 laws of power is Jacob Zuma of SouthAfrica who found himself on the opposite divide to then SA president Thabo mbeki while Zuma was Vp. Zuma never openly fought with mbeki instead he remained a loyal member of the ANC despite all the persecutions he got from Mbeki but he tirelessly worked underground to gain control of the party and as soon as he did that he proceeded to pull the plug off the feet of Mbeki.  Mbeki was impeached while Zuma was Subsequently elected president.

Atiku on on the other hand went public calling OBj unprintable names and even foolishly left pdp and jumping into all political parties like a political prostitute.

This is a life lesson for us all. in whatever position you are never ever outshine your boss because if he survives your onslought he will come back in full force to finish you.
Properties / Re: To Rent An Apartment In Lagos, Why The Wahala by Demoladoc: 7:40pm On Jan 09, 2011
yes monthly payment is what obtains in developed countries but it wont work in nigeria because

1. in those societies people kno when they will get paid. u either get paid on the 15th or last work day of the month. it will never miss. that way you kno when u will pay your rent.
in nigeria this is not so as people are owed 4 to 5 months salaries. how do u expect such people to pay their monthly rents

2. there is no proper database for people. we dont have a proper way of identifying people and checking their records. if everyone has IDs you can go check them up and see if they have bad credit or payment record then you kno how to deal with such people

3. the legal system is weak, poor and corrupt so you cant prosecute people who default in paying their bills.

4. most landlords spent a lot of money to build their property in nigeria so d best way to get it back is to colect huge sums upfront for 2 or 3 yrs but in developed societies people rarely build their houses but buy it on mortgage and so can afford to collect monthly rents from tenants because they themselves are paying monthly installments for the bond so they use the rent from tenants to pay the bond

in developed countries you almost always go through agents to rent a flat. you will never meet the owner before, during or after you rent the flat. you have to deal with the agents who are well run, organised and, lawful and backed by the law.

Romance / Re: Have You Ever Cheated? by Demoladoc: 4:16pm On Dec 20, 2010
i have cheated many times and i cant explain WHY I DO THAT.

THE thing is i have I HAVE NEVER BEEN CAUGHT BEFORE
1. I have dated 2sisters before and they never found out
2. i have slept with my gf's friend and she never found out.
3. i dated 2 colleagues at my work and till today they are so ignorant of it
4. i slept with 2 of my flat mates in school and they had no idea i was banging the 2of them same time
5. ok im not going to mention this one. its really awful.

i am not proud of these achievements but i cant explain why girls cant say no to me. all i need is to just ask and they will just give IT to me free of charge.
Politics / Re: "Do Not Vote For A Muslim President" - Pastor Paul Adefarasin by Demoladoc: 10:44am On Nov 18, 2010
People are just taking the good pastor's statement at face value. i repeat again HE DIDNT SAY DONT VOTE FOR MUSLIMS HE SAID DONT VOTE FOR FANATICAL MUSLIMS WHO WILL TRY TO TURN THIS NATION to a sharia country and are biased towards developing only the north instead of the whole country just as he would say advice not to vote a christian who is tribalistic and a christian fanatic.

Obasanjo is a christian, a good one too, but he tried to distribute the national cake nationally unlike those good for nothing core north muslims who are blinded by religous sentimentalism and nepotism.

if abiola, a yoruba muslim, had been allowed to rule he would have ruled fairly and justly.

THAT'S ALL THE GOOD PASTOR WAS SAYING.
Politics / Re: "Do Not Vote For A Muslim President" - Pastor Paul Adefarasin by Demoladoc: 7:35am On Nov 18, 2010
The good pastor is merely talking about core north muslims leaders like abacha, babangida, mohammed and buhari who were hell bent on promoting islamic fundamentalism and ideas in nigeria to the detriment of the whole country while christians looked the other way.

He is not talking about all Nigerian muslims as the yoruba muslims have clearly differing mentality from their corenorthern counterparts.

He DIDNT SAY DONT VOTE A MUSLIM HE SAID HE WOULD PREFER NOT TO ALLOW A CORE NORTH MUSLIM to rule the country because of therir antecedents and their islamic fanaticism
Health / Re: Lagos Approves 75% Conmess For Doctors by Demoladoc: 3:40pm On Nov 10, 2010
All those people saying doctors should not strike are talking NONSENSE.

Look i am a doctor and i live and work in south africa. before i came here in 2008 i was earning N60000 per month in
Nija but here in SA doctors are earning upto 1M naira per month and they keep increasing the salaries every now and then YET the doctors here keep going on strike for better pay because they are comparing themselves with doctors in Australia, UK , US .
thats why nija doctors are rushing to SA like no mans business.

Doctors all over the world are the highest paid professionals but in nija this is not the case because nigerians dont appreciate the importance of doctors. In SA we are treated as kings.
after paying you plenty money, they go even give you two bedroom house with gaurd,
pay your water and electricity bills.
your salaries and allowances are paid regularly without delay
haba these southafricans sabi treat doctors well well abeg.

Politics / Ondo State To Employ Foreign Doctors by Demoladoc: 2:27am On Mar 29, 2010
this mimiko is the worst joker i have ever seen. In this day and age when many nigerian doctors are moving abroad because of peanut pay in nija this stupid governor would rather employ foreign doctors instead of indigenes and give them correct package to encourage them

Im sure its just a means to siphon ondo money into his pocket.

Politics / Re: Turai Would Want Her Husband To Leave Power - Confidant by Demoladoc: 11:12pm On Mar 20, 2010
she has done NOTHING WRONG. All this is just a ceation of the media. She was only protecting her husband and family. Who amongst us will be in her shoes and expose her spouse to dangerous pple.

How do we even know if it was even yardua himslf that insisted on remaining in power against turai's wish? We cant always believe d media because for some unexplained reasons they have dexcided to paint her bad. Really sad.

Politics / Re: Nigeria Is Now Ranked 33rd Biggest Economy Among Nations by Demoladoc: 11:44am On Mar 16, 2010
the economy has to get bigger first b4 the multiplier effect can reach the masses. And this wont be by magic. It will take some time as the economy get bigger and we sort out issues like electricty, road, health and education then will d effect get to the masses

People must remember that the economy being big doesnt translate immediately to good live for everybody as even countries like south africa with even bigger economies than nigeria's still have a very high poverty rate. I know because i live in SA.

What is important is for the govt to have d will power to want to improve on pples' lives.
