hello house please can someone be kind enough to tel me how does one pay the app fee for sa uni here in Nigeria. i got the details of their account n all.

I don't knw if i'm the only one this happnd to....

On Friday i subscribed to mtn 1.5gb data plan, at a start its working fine n perfectly until after d 2nd day it jst stop working. i thought its a ntwrk problem so i chill for a while, ltr in d night i on my data and continue browsing with no issue but when i woke up in the morning it stopped working again, its ltr i come to realized i cnt nt browse during d day only in d night. i call customer care like 3tyms the first one told me that i exhausted my mb and i knw i didnt cox i alwys use d data usage tab that pains me alot cox i hate it when someone tries to blame me for something that im 101% sure i didnt do. i ltr call them again the customer agent told me that my data was converted to night plan but they ll rectify the issue. afr two days again nothing happnd i call em again only now to tel me dat i subscribed for night plan..(everyday i received a msg from them, telling me i exhausted my mb and whnever i check d mb its still there). just imagine what nonsense?

I always use mtn for browsing cox its good at my side and their data charge its always fair..
But this time around am nt happy wit em at all and one thing that i hate again, whenever i call customer care and hear female voice i alwys feel discourage because 80% of the females customer agent i encounter wit dont actually solve my problem its like i knw more than them sef especially when it comes to data issue (they are alwys deviating from d main iss, blame u or tel ya blah blah story) mnd u! Im nt a misogynist..its wat i experienced
