For the purpose of being proper, a Structural Engineer should not be the one to design a foundation plan. Foundation analysis should ideally be done by a Foundation engineer. Its based on the findings of the foundation Engineer that the Structural guys would base their design.[/quote

Please educate me more: who is a foundation engineer? And what is their professional speciality.

Is simple: get a good structural engineer that will design the foundation detail base on existing site analysis that can be gotten from public record or you conduct one yourself, it include soil test. This is done to be sure of the peculiarity of the local site.
Note: the idea of what foundation to use is a responsibility of the engineer: the contractor do their bid base on the design provided by the design team:

[quote author=Okija juju]I just called my people's in Awka and they are not happy.

Most of em are indoors not because they want to be, but because their security is not assured as these MASSOB touts are known to be violent.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

MOSSOB touts are violent" see your live, I pity you. With your BH mentality and you still have the guts to call a people knOwn for their non violent approach to issue as touts....I rather stick to such tout then be affiliated to your BH kinsman...
Point of note: nobody is compelled to but they were appealed to stay back and Pray while also remembering the Apo 6 killed by your kins men in police uniform.

Politics / Re: Mixed Reactions On Enugu's Kia Police Cars by DGovnor1(m): 10:39pm On Jun 06, 2013
liberty300: Ok...
Most of you might have heard that enugu state govenment purchased a hundred kia's lastest model of the rio to be used as police cars about a week ago. Me personally love the idea cos it gave the police a lil more swag. Not only that; they (police) are now everywhere with there cars parked on the street corners waiting on every little offense to b commited. Fact is many people hate the idea. Some argued the cars are too expensive and grand for the nigerian police given the fact they'd ruin it in a couple of days. Others argue that he (Sullivan) should'av purchased innoson's brand of police patrol cars that look like the hilux trucks.some even called him a drunkard and accused him of making that decision while he was drunk.

What do you guys think? Should we tank Sullivan ot crucify him?
Thank him, and pray of what becomes of the vehicles in 3 years time.

MurphyInc :
I'm sorry for this generation. They don't know whats going on.they dont read history, they dont do research. all they do is listen to music, play and run after opposite sex and when an important matter like this comes up they comment like they are sick upstairs.

I'm sorry for you all that knows nothing about BH and their sponsors. if FG should name them (Boko haram) a terrorist group, Nigeria will never remain the same again, this country will be doomed cos America, UK, China and other bigger and more civilized country will milk us dry in the name of helping us to curb terrorists.
Our government should continue fighting them (boko haram) without the help of foreigners.ask Afghanistan,Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, Syria.or you think our case is different ? You need help !

You young men and women should research more and open your eyes.

I weep for the people of this country sad

Think people !!!
Am sorry for you that think you know what you are saying. Wasted my time reading down anyway.
Calling a spade a Spade will help you identify it when searching For it.
BH is a terrorist Group notting more, America and the west have their hands full already with the middle east so BH is our mess and is ours to clean. That does not mean we should not accept outside help if its necessary.
