I think it was because of my previous interview
During my very first appointment, I applied for B1/B2 visa and in my profile I was married and have a kid
So the last interview which was F1, the VO asked me that do I have a kid and I forgot that I said Yes some years ago. I told the VO No and he remind me of what I said in the very first interview
I had to lie that the baby is late

Not all schools agree to this though, some insist on shipping it to the student while the student pays. But it shouldn’t be more than $100, I paid $85 for mine to be shipped From Georgia.
The agent just wants to cash out.
