Nairaland / General / Re: My Experience With Racists. by dmz(m): 1:45pm On Nov 30, 2014 |
It depends on how you see it sha, for me it's not even racism. It's even funny. In the bus or train nobody seats next to me, I have more room especially if it's a long trip. At the gym am the last to be asked how long I have to go on the squat rack or smith machine, another advantage. I wish I was even darker. 3 Likes |

You would think that celebs would be getting cuchie thrown at them (I'm not one but still get free viewing on NL ) and wouldn't resort to rape and all to hit it. If he is guilty let him burn. |

100Cents: The fact that you can't deal with it doesn't make it immature or wrong either |
Family / Re: OPINION POLL: Silent Treatment - Maturity/immaturity? Good OR Bad? by dmz(m): 9:06pm On Nov 21, 2014 |
Kachisbarbie: That is when it becomes immaturity or whatever. People need to realise that different people will react differently to any given situation. If her/his way of dealing with issues where you were at fault is the silent treatment over a period of time then you man up and suffer the consequences of your actions. If he or she gives out the silent treatment for everything then you reconsider your relationship |

EnlightenedSoul: A year with a sibling? That must have been a serious problem. I can go months without speaking to my siblings but not because of a problem. The guys are not the calling type but the girls do keep in touch more often. |

If you don't abuse it, it can be very useful in handling some situations. I don't give the full silent treatment sha, will respond to necessary questions concerning other important issues with the barest minimum of words in reply. With regards to the issue that brought on the silent treatment I won't give an opinion anymore, usually say stuff like "I don't know" or "do whatever you think is right" If am the one receiving the treatment I usually apologise for whatever and if you continue then you are on your own, will give you space and wait you out. It could be good or bad but I think it's necessary. 4 Likes |

yeyenatu: I guess being the one he comes home to, having his kids and stealing his last name {from your profile pics) is enough to ease the pain of someone else sharing your hobbies time, money and d1ck. Family / Re: Husbands: Can You Forgive Your Wife After She Confessed She Committed Adultery? by dmz(m): 1:30pm On Nov 17, 2014 |
If I have cheated before, I'll confess right after her and we will discuss the way forward. If she cheated first we will still talk it over. Satisfying my physical urge is not one of the reasons why I would want to get married so I won't be ending the marriage because of it unless of course she wants out. |

Travelled to Enugu and switched off her phone, came back two days later and told me that she had to give her cousin her battery and was disappointed when she switched it back on (on her way back), not to see text messages and voice mails from me. I was speechless, eyes and mouth wide open like of all the shyte she could have come up with. Acted like I was pissed because a brother wasn't alone when she was gone. 174 Likes 5 Shares |
Events / Re: Let's See If Your Birthday Mate Is On NL by dmz(m): 10:05pm On Oct 13, 2014 |
5/07 Have a Polish colleague at work with the same exact dates; day, month and year. We were gistin about birthdays and I mentioned my day and month and he was the same. I thought he was taking the piss and I asked him the year and it was the same, both had to bring out our drivers license to prove it. It felt really cool though I didn't feel any connection with him before and after I found out. People still doubt when we mention it and we have to prove it again and again. |
