IIf([Prices]![Prices]>=45 AND <50,100

Now to update the value from other columns:
1. you need to make sure to select the table with the specific column in the selection step
2. instead of 100 you can put a query to select the specific value from the other table/column or same table other column

Inside the queries object you will find Query1 using it i am updating the prices table according to your criteria.

As more info:
1. You need to create a Query Using the Query Design
2. You need to select the required field for this query
3. You need to select the Update option
4. in the Update To field you should put something like this: IIf([Prices]![Prices]=50,100,IIf([Prices]![Prices]=150,200,IIf([Prices]![Prices]=250,300,400)))
The iif syntax is something like this IIf (exp, truepart, falsepart), so in the above example all the values not listed in your conditions will take 400 as value, so you should make sure to list all values.
