Your knowledge of bioelectricity seems quite impressive. But did u know there are several types of EM devices : pulsers, zappers, radiators etc ? Under which category does bio disc come under? Pls expand on this.
Our own device can modify the behaviour systems /organs at the cellular level. Theoretically we should be able to make a person grow taller by stimulating meridians connected to the pituitary gland. We can also fry microbes (as you said) like hiv, increase the circulation rate of, prevent rbcs from sickling lymph and other really good stuff.
Pls tell us the EM theory behind the bio disc, is similar to that of DEPTH EMPULSE ? Or maybe its not.
At the end of the day i think all these EM devices can perform the same functions . It all the depends on the mode of application.

Biodisc ? Its sounds like a good idea since the poster sounds like a hypochondriac. Poster u sound like u or sumone u know is always sick. why nt try electromagnetic wave therapy? Its cured everything from allergies to aids. Now we think its actually helping sicklers avoid painful crises.
Biodisc could prove a rather costly investment . But if have a laptop with software installed u can get the amazing results with our bio-electrifier.

In fact,the Miller disclaimer at the end of his World Wide Web page  states the bio-electrical device is not to be used as a medical device. It is intended for electronic experiments and bioelectric research only.

Moreover,C me o your ailment cant be anyway hypochondria,though it may sound like it,its not.this is also another symptom of asthma (though your asthma seems to be heredity),and it has been proven that EMV Therapy is only for blood purification.though its cheaper that is not the answer.
I sure know that the biodisc is the answer(though it is high in cost) your health is not to be measured financially,my advice "if you have the money go for it" call me if you need  any help.
