If total revenue is: 2.83 trillion; and
Recurrent (under Jonathan's) = 107% of revenue; and

Recurrent (under Atiku's proposal) = 60% of revenue (47% less)

WHERE will the almost 50% Recurrent budget cut/savings come from?
Retrenchment? Cut of social services? Privatizations? Cut education?
And where will the expected non-oil revenue (to pay for 100 % of recurrent as proposed by Atiku's 48 month projection) come from?
Taxes? Asset sell off?
