My Dear.. This is a very good question.. useless politicians as if they care for their citizens.. The fools in government will just speak because they want to speak.
They have plan for its citizens.

This is real money.. It could boost Nigerian economy if they export it to USA or Holland.. They should not destroy it because it is legal in these two countries I mentioned above. Good market.

Is a pity u ended ur life suddenly. But seriously.. driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal in so many countries even in Nigeria.. But many Nigerians are not aware of this fact.. This is because some of us did not go to proper driving school and  did not take driving exams like it is done in many other counties.There is also a limit of alcohol level in the blood in each one could drive or not ( but the lmit is so little.. So is better not to drink at all ) but it depends on the country's law.

The Man is mentally ill.. If we examine him properly.. The deed has been done and so many worst than this one  are also happening on a daily basis. The people need help  and government are not together with the people.. We need a change of system that will help and support the people with social assistance and health insurance.. and so many people will be out of there Evil ways.
