This is really sad. "My names are" is only correct if you are known by more than one name. For example, Obanikoro in one place and Onikoro in another place. Your name is an identity and unless you have more than one identity it will be "my name is". So please do ur reasearch, if it sounds right, it does mean it is.

Some issues are not worth much stress.
Look at it this way, Can u bear more than one name?? No. Your name is e.g. Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo.
That means, YOu cant be Atiku Aminu Abubakar unless you av an alter ego or suffer from multiple-personality disorder.
Please do ur research wisely and know that the correct statement is "My name is, "

I really dont think you should criticise VNA for holding such a test. What is so wrong about it? the questions were not all based on shortcuts. You really should get the facts. You have to work on theory before moving to practical and that's the case with MS word. If you cant explain sthg in theory how can you handle in practical? Let's not let frustrations cloud our judgement.
I took the test and it made sense to me. They were basic questions that the any user should know.
In UK universities, computer students work on paper before moving to PC's so it's not a "Nigerian" thing.
