My Journey into entrepreneur. I have always wanted to make money as an entrepreneur but with my regular job it was quite a bit challenging. Then I came to Nigeria with some amazing business ideas turned investments were always sad stories. My journey to Crypto Mining Around 2016 Bitcoin started getting traction on the media at that time, there is no major crypto trading platform, besides trading of any kind is a big no for me because of the huge risk involved. Then i thought about the mining after lots of research, i see it as a way to have a legal money printing machine in my house, yet i was still scared.. Then i started looking at the cost, while that's not a major draw back, my fear was despite having IT background, how easy it is to get this thing running, maintained and continuing to (print) mine crypto currency for me. How i hit the jackpot Then i met with a Sri lanka guy who wanted to sell his mining rig he had own for a while cos he was moving. I chatted with him and i slept over it, the next day i went to meet him. The beauty of it was once i buy it, i started making money immediately, no need to look for customers, no need of middle man. I gave him some money to train me and boom i was good to go.. I started making $100 per week for 8 months. After 8 months, crypto currency has taken over. So i decided its time for me to build my own. I waited 8 months to see if the U.S government will ban it. Then popular figure like Elon musk and some notable names started supporting dodge coin. During that that time i read about some guys who mine 5million worth of dodge coin kept it in their wallet and abandoned it, as soon as it went up in value and price, they sold it for over 5million dollars. Then that hit me hard Building my first rig So i kept the one i bought from sri lanka guy, but still need more training. So i went online to look for a trainer. Since its hard to find, you can only get a training from someone who has crypto mining rig to sell. So i saw this Estonian guy who had built lots of rigs and wanted to sell Just the motherboard with no GPU (graphic cards) so i got that for cheap, but didnt do anything with it, i spoke with the guy and he was willing to teach for some price. Then the journey begins. currently i make a lot of money in naija factor.. Although it varies base on the volatility of the crypto market. However, if you make that in Nigeria, you wont have to work for anyone and can still be able to build yourself a house, buy a car and take care of yourself for less than 10 minutes work a day. While i am sleeping, i am making money, while at my other job, i am making money.. I think this will work well for most youths in Nigeria and in Africa. My rigs pictures will follow soon |

I feel your pain. In the link below i found out the following information and in another research, conducted in Europe, it says: bacterial can feed on the sweat in your armpit according to Live Science. When the bacteria break down the sweat they form what they called thioalcohols, which have scents comparable to sulfur, onions or meat. The thioalcohol molecules makes the armpit smell when it evaporate from the underarm. Deodorant kills bacteria: there are two sweat that comes from our body while sweat its self is odorless one of the sweat breaks down makes our body to smell. Antiperspirants don't actually stop the sweating process: Antiperspirant is design to only block sweat 20% base on the FDA requirement and those Antiperspirants with extra reaction can only block sweat 30% base on FDA regulation. You really can become "immune" to your antiperspirant: Its very likely that your body becomes immune to your antiperspirants. My suggestion: be careful on what you eat. sleep well and take time to clean yourself. Also be careful of this China Nigeria deodorants and antiperspirant. These deodorants are mimic, they look like original but manufacture in china with low quality ingredients and missing ingredients that the original will have. Its better to use European or American made deodorants they follow FDA equivalents of NAFDAC in Nigeria policies. One deodorants i have found useful is the DYVINSON Crystal clear and DYVINSON Ocean Clear. They are both manufactured in CANADA and follows all safety rules http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/15/deodorant-facts_n_4032353.html

mamathrice: Hello all. I need desperate advice. You may be wasting your time. The U.S embassy will hardly and i repeat will hardly grant you visa under the same circumstances they have denied you visa twice. You may just be wasting that hard earn money of yours. Although some clarification is needed to tell you for sure your chances, and reason why you were denied. But lets consider some of the following scenarios. A. If you were given 2 yrs visa and you stayed more than six months in U.S and had child, you will be denied renewal visa Reason: When a consulate gives you a visa, its not actually the visa that is given from your resident country that is the visa, the actual visa is at the port of entry. The one on your passport, its a traveling document/ that allows the airline to carry you and also make you to get to the port of entry. The actual people that issue the visa are the immigration officers in US its called Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE), those are the people that verify your traveling document stamped on your passport and then re-interview you to see if you really need to be in the country or not. Once you pass their interview, they can either stamp you without dates or stamp with a date e.g dates lasting from the following date till the next 6 months. If you are not stamped, you are to leave the country before 6 months from the date you enter the country and come in again, either the same day, weeks or few months after you left if you have multiple visa. B. Like you said you had a baby in U.S and the immigration officer that interview you did not know, that might amount to being denied visa to U.S under visitor's visa. Reason: With lots of parents traveling in and out of U.S to deliver babies, it does not matter if you pay or not, once you have gone to the country to give birth, they see it as dishonesty and they assume that the reason you traveled there was because you want to give birth. They also understand that if you go back again, you might not return to Nigeria and you can file for one or two relieves if you so wish. They would not want similar mistakes on their parts to repeat itself. Considering also that the U.S is working on its immigration reform, there will be strict restriction these days to prevent people like you who have one leg in as a result of child in U.S from getting a status easily. Also, they also understand that the child you had will benefit alot if you return. For instant, your can claim some child benefit, because your child is a citizen and they see it as a way of relinquishing your responsibility or your country responsibility to U.S government as a result of your child being born in the U.S C. Solution: Ignore applying under the same circumstance as a visitor and look for other option, 1. such as marrying a U.S citizen, 2. Wait until your child is 21 so he/she can file for you 3. If you have residency in another country other than Nigeria, apply in about 5 years time from the U.S embassy in that country even as a visitor 4. If you win visa lottery, that may help 5. If gain admission to U.S school and apply for student visa, but make sure you have more than enough document to back your finances. Above all, pray for Nigeria that Nigeria get better so that you will not have to be desperate to go to U.S.. If your country is good, there will no be reason to go apply to U.S, instead you get to the entry port with your passport, until then.. Pray for Nigeria Just seeing that you have been given visa, its not my responsibility to question the authenticity, but the possibility is hard, but not that its impossible. However, for those that might be in the same shoe, this note is for you to consider. 5 Likes |

john7577: @dyvinson7... Supposing you had your WAEC N NECO 2001/2002 isn't that going to be a problem for the canadian embassy granting the study permit because I guess they might be wondering what you've been doing....need your comment on it The Canadian Embassy will ask you what you have been doing and that could be a problem for you. Except you have gone to universities and working |

dcraigy: All I simply want to know is how the UK border force secures travel documents, in order to deport people. As much as everyone knows no one can be deported without travel documents, it is simply impossible for the UK immigration. There's a lot of information on the internet about people who just can't be deported. Interesting, you probably think those in Nigeria Embassy everywhere in the world care about you that much in verifying that you are a Nigeria or not... Those people there dont care and wouldnt blink an eyes to provide travelling document. If you are in the process of deportation, since the immigration officers are not just into the game, they know you just by seeing you and some trait that you exhibit. Remember they have been doing this for long. Its like asking Nigeria Immigration, how do you know the immigrant from Niger are not Nigeria hausa and how are they able to deport them back to Niger? This are one of the reason why they call them immigration officer. One of the ways to determine where you belong to- Remeber, first you are black, the largest number of black from U.K are Nigerians, follow by the Jamaicans and the islanders. If an immigration officer arrest you and needed your document to prove your identity and you are proving difficult, first, he will detail you and after some time, he will consult Nigeria embassy, who does little or nothing to investigate if you are Nigeria--In another words Nigeria Embassy are ANIMASHAWUN-- Even sometime some immigration officers might try to get traveling document for Non- Nigeria e.g other African country. One of the antic the immigration officers use is to take your picture and send your picture to any of the African countries or Caribbean countries and whichever one issue traveling document for you, they will take you to that country and if that happens, since you know you don't have relatives there, you will quickly say, you are Nigerian. Also note that you do not need a passport to be deported, there is a a page document called traveling certificate/emergency traveling document that has all your bio data on it with your passport picture. Once they have this, you can be deported to any issuing country. You can obtain this document yourself, let say you have emergency to travel to Nigeria and you don't have your passport, you can request this document from the embassy, it allow you to just travel to Nigeria and you can not use it to return back to the hosting country. 1 Like |

patholaw: Pls if i apply now when wld d admsn be ready? you can apply for January 2013, but it might be too late because of the processing time and also visa application processing time(3 months minimum and its appearing that its taking longer now). But you can apply to King's University for next year fall. That will allow you enough time. |

kennyGGG: @kennyGGG If you are asked to submit your old passport, there are other ways to counter such request. Usually if your old passport expires, all the empty pages will or should have been stamped canceled. As a result, you are not necessarily obligated to carry them and you might have gotten it missing, stolen or even recycled. If any of this happen, you just need to get police report that its has been either stolen or met one of the fates above, then you submit the police report when asked to bring the old passport. yes for January application, you can apply now or August. However, to expedite your application, its better you submit all the required documents immediately with your application so that it wouldn't delay the application processing time. Remember (the 3 months rule)you acceptance letter and every necessary documents should be ready for VISA submission not later than last week of September and at most first week of October for January admission. However, its advice-able to apply many months in advance to allow you enough preparation Yes people have been waiting longer these days as a result of the enormous applications from Nigeria students who have seen Canada as the only best country on planet and would want to be part of the privileges and opportunities it afford. Also, unlike the U.S and U.K embassies, all your documents are scrutinized so do not plan to OLUWOLE them, they will find out. |

debosky: Yes its advice-able to get admission on time. Getting admission six months in advance gives you better leverage to secure your visa. No the credit card issue wouldn't affect your chance or anyone. They have a better mechanism to detect fraud now. |
