IT IS A PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE!

Like Adam and Eve, you have a choice: to choose Life and live or to choose sin and die. But if you would allow Jesus into your life today, He will destroy sin (and other works of the devil) from your life completely. He did it in my life and He can do it in yours. God is not interested in religion and I am not preaching to you religion but the power of God to make you His son, to make you live a holy life even in this evil and corrupt world.
I was told this several times too but I really didn’t believe it or commit it to heart and so I continued to wallow in my sin until Jesus found me. Although I was born into an ifa (Yoruba indigenous oracle) family, I grew up to attend church occasionally but I never knew God. I grew into adulthood and my sinful life grew too. I grew to become a terrible fornicator – a sex addict (at this time I was a regular church attendee and sometimes participated in church activities but I did not know God), I was a terrible liar and a thief. I was working in HR department of a bank then and I would give job to people who didn’t have certificate in as much as they were able to pay. I aborted several pregnancies. Most times I was not happy with the life I was living but I could not help it. Even on Nairaland, I was a bad boy! If I give you the name I was using then, you will understand what I mean.

Later, I felt the only solution to my sex problem (which seemed to be the most difficult of my lifestyle) was to get married. I did get married to my only sweetheart, the only woman I ever loved thinking I would not be able to cheat on her. Truly, I did stop for some months, but when I started again, it became worse than it used to be. I could not live two days without sex! I had chains of girlfriends, even went to the extent of sleeping with my wife’s sister (not blood related) and had a relationship with my landlady’s daughter. Upon all these, I would still visit brothels for the prostitutes. My life was marred with dirtiness! My wife would cry her eyes out but it didn’t stop me.

Then a day came, December 5th of a beautiful year. It was a Sunday. I with my family went to the church as usual. The Friday preceding this day, I met two girls and had appointment to see them in different hotels on that beautiful Sunday. So, I was praying silently that the preacher would be quick with his sermon so I could meet up with my appointments. Minutes into the message, I didn’t know how it happened, I saw myself in the state I really was: a sinner with a very heavy load of sin, needing a savior. I felt so heavy and fell on my knees with tears all over my face. I knelt and bent down in shame and asked the savior to help me. I confessed my sins as many as I could remember and asked for forgiveness. I wept with a heavy heart and suddenly, it was as if a load was lifted off my neck and felt so free and an overflow of an emotion I never felt before filled my soul – joy! I knelt down weeping but I stood up with smiles of joy. There and then, was the victory that Jesus alone gives handed over to me and I became free. I was given a direct access to God Himself and a fellowship I am not willing to trade for anything else!

Right after, my life changed! Everybody around me noticed something different in me; my colleagues at work, my numerous girls, my family and most of all, my wife. She was born and bred a muslim but when she saw my changed lifestyle, she asked for how she could experience it too and the way was shown to her and she joyfully embraced it.

My dear brothers and sisters, Christians in name and Muslims alike, if you have not experienced this, what are you waiting for? Religion? Don’t deceive yourself; allow God to set you free through the sacrifice of His only begotten Son! Do it and do it NOW!

Sorry I have been very busy. Maybe you should take time to go through my posts, you will realize some things about me among which are: I don't argue but tell the truth and leave it there. It is mine to speak and it is the Holy Spirit that do the convincing. Secondly, I am a good reader of Quran and I just don't read it (despite its flaws and incoherence) I study it. In doing this, I just don't rely on hearsay or what others who are not Muslim wrote about Islam but use material that Islam scholars use in explaining Quran. And I know one thing for sure that if Quran were to be available for the Muslim to read and understand, they would have known the truth. Thirdly, you will know that my purpose of studying Quran is to help those in darkness to see the light and nothing more.

If you think any and I mean any of those things I said about Mohammed were false, please provide a proof from the Quran.

Now, another question is: God our Holy God allow a criminal to be his prophet? The answer is an emphatic NO! The crime of Mohammed surpassed that of Hitler! His activities includes: murder in in the most cruel way, adultery, loot, pedeophilia, torture, permission for his men to rape women, slavery, incest, prostitution (permission to pay for sex - muttah), encourage wife-beating and punishing of one's wife by not having sex with them (since they have others they can go to Quran 4:3).

He was a sex-starved sick man (no wonder he promised his soldiers seventy virgins) who married his daughter-in-law (Zainab), married a toddler - Ayesha and had sex with her by putting his manhood between her thighs. His fate would have been was than that of Zadam if people were enlightened in his days. God could not have use someone like that.

Now know this that God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Truth and in Spirit. The Truth of God is Jesus - God made man! He is the one that has life that bring light to all who come to Him. Leave the carnality of religion and embrace the salvation of God. Come out of darkness into the marvelous light of God. Jesus saves and His blood still watch away sins, you will not know it except you experience it. I am a living witness!

Secondly, it has been claimed that angel Gabriel appeared to Mohammed, but the question is: could this be true. One way to find out is to know who this angel Gabriel is and his characters.

In the bible, we know that there are numerous angels, in fact, they cannot be numbered and God at sundry times has sent different angels to to perform different duties. One of them is angel Gabriel. In the past, he appeared to people like Daniel, Zachariah (father of John the baptist), Marry etc. in all these encounter, it was and it is not in the character of this holy angel of God to squeeze life out of someone nor does he threaten anyone's life neither does he force you to do what you cannot do (God would rather give you the grace to do with ease what you naturally could not do).
The above were what an evil angel did to Mohammed (I pity him most of the time). Those are the things that only demonic angels do to their victims. The bible says "for God has not given us the spirit of fear but of love, of power and of sound mind"

First, is Mohammed a prophet of God or a possessed man? To answer this question, we need to know who a prophet is. A prophet is someone who receive instructions from GOD directly on behave of God's people. Prophets like Noah, Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Deborah, Samuel, Elijah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, just to mention but few. Mohammed never for once heard from God. God never spoke to him not even once. So, how could he claim to be God's prophet and not hear from God?
Was Mohammed a possessed man? Be the judge of that! The story of Mohammed first encounter with his spirit is an interesting one. It happened first in the cave of Nira, outside of Mecca. There a spirit (later claimed to be angel Gabriel) appeared to him and squeezed him very tightly that he taught he was going to die and the spirit said to Mohammed "read in the name of Allah!" And he said "I cannot read" the spirit squeezed him more tightly almost killing him and repeated the same words. The spirit did this three times before letting him go. He more or less crawled home to his wife - Khadijah. The wife ran to him and asked him what happened and he responded that he feared he had been possessed that he heard voices telling him to read. The wife who happened to be a devoted catholic (purposely planted to marry Mohammed so she could influence him) took him to a bishop in Mecca by the name Waraqua Bin Nawfal who happened to be Khadijah's cousin. When he was told what happened he replied: "o be quiet, be quiet, Mohammed will be the prophet of Arabs". And he told them that Mohammed was not possessed and that the spirit that appeared to him was angel Gabriel. Waraqua therefore became the interpreter of Mohammed's dreams for many years.

From the above what Mohammed experienced was possession by an evil spirit (that was why he could destroy lives as much as he did) but was convinced otherwise by those that were planted to do so by Roman Catholic so they could use him to destroy the Jews and Christians.

udatso: sir your argument is lame. you blasphem when you claim God has to shed blood to forgive our sins. besides, rationally it would be the height of injustice to condemn the entire human race for the sins committed thousands of years ago by the first parents. can't you see this dogma is not only a denial of the mercy of God but also of his justice. my Allah is just and off forgiving and merciful. by the way what is the connection between sin and blood.so I will summarize this in just 3 parts. 1. man is not born in sin. 2.God does not require av price to forgive the sinner 3.the idea of substitutionary or vicarious sacrifice is unjust and cruel

I will not be surprised if it is impossible for you to comprehend God coming to offer Himself for the sin of the whole world because of His love foe mankind. Love is a strange language in Islam. I really felt petty for you when I read your third point, to you it is impossible for God to substitute Himself for the salvation of mankind but very easy for Him to send someone/a race to destroy the life millions in the name of Allah.

I have shown you and your guys the truth from Quran in another post but the hardness of your heart and blindness of religion will not allow you to know the Truth. that's because muslims don't serve Muhammad (saw). they serve the One, True, Eternal, Absolute God. He does not beget, was not begotten and there's nothing like Him.

How would you know? Who told you that God does not beget? Is it the dream of Mohammed about an angel that gave you that confirmation? If Mohammed could not comprehend the divinity of Christ and even the possibility of a man and a woman coming together to become one, how would you his follower understand it?

How would you trust the account of someone who called himself a prophet of God but whom God never spoke to? Someone who got his supposed instructions from an angel (remember the bible says that angels of darkness sometimes transform themselves to angels of light do deceive people) not in the physical but in a dream.

Why not come to the one that has life and light? Why not come to The Truth so you can be set free. God gave Jesus for you so you can be saved and not to create a religion. Religion and religious activities cannot saved you. Why not come to Him today to obtain your freedom from satan and claws of sin. Jesus has paid for your sins, you don't have to pay for them anymore. He loves you and waiting, knocking at the door of your heart, why not open to Him before it is too late! Do it and do it now!

Hmm... My birth day! How can I ever forget thee? The joy unspeakable that overflowed my heart when my SAVIOUR with tender loving care lifted from off my shoulder my burden of sin. That glorious day was Sunday, December 5, 2010!

Prior to this glorious day, I had lived a very bad life. I was a big time liar, a thief, in my place of work I would collect bribe and give undeserved positions to those who could pay, above all, I was a sex addict. I was all these despite the fact that I was a regular church attendee.

I didn't want to live like that but I could not help it. The more I tried to live right, the more I found myself doing more of evil. It came to a point I could not live two days without sex. I would feel like being surforcated! I taught marriage would help and I therefore got married in 2008 to the only woman I ever loved thinking I would not be able to cheat on her. Alas! Things got worse after few months into the marriage! I began to have chains of girlfriend; I slept with anything in skirt! Young, old, married and single. It was so bad I had it with my wife's cousin and had relationship with my landlord's daugher. I gave my life completely to do evil after I had tried so much to live right but could not. My wife was always in tears and there was no peace in my home.

Then, on December 3, 2010; I met two new girls and had plan to do the usual with each of them the next Sunday. I came to church as usual and when the preacher mounted the pulpit, I said a silent prayer that he would finish early so I could meet up with my girls because I had given them different time of the day. I can't explain how, but before the end of the message, something entered into my heart and convicted me of my sins, my hardened heart was softened and for the first time I saw how dirty and unworthy I was. The burden was so much on me that I fell on my kneels and cried out to God for help. Right there and then, The Lord came into my heart and took my burden away and there was a joy in my heart that words cannot describe.

Ever since, my story has changed! There's peace in my heart and home. The lifestyle I taught I could not do without, has become a thing of the past. The Lord gave my a new Spirit and vision. Praise ye The Lord!

My dear sister, I think I know what this feels like. I was once in a similar situation; although i did believe there is God and I was a regular church attendant but I didnt know God. I was religious but unrighteous! I found myself doing those things that a part of me loved and another part hated: I was never faithful to my wife, always jumping from one girl to another, I lied with ease, stole from my employers and involved in a lot of shady deals.

I wanted to live right and I tried my best to do it but I found out I could not because i was trying to do it with my own strength and wisdom. When all my effort to live right proved abortive, I resigned to bury myself in my sins. But God in His infinite mercy got to me just as He's wispering to your ears now. I came for Sunday service as usual but that day (I still cant explain how), the word came and turned my life inside-out and before I knew it, i was on my kneels crying for my iniquity with a burden to heavy for my soul. God manifested His love towards me so much that right there and then, the burden was lifted off my and I became free!!!

Ever since, I have received a new life and those things i taught i could not do without has become a thing of the past. I have been given a new life, peace in my soul and joy that cannot be described.

God can do same for you if only you will trust in the sacrifice He made in His Son Jesus. The price for your sins has been paid, you dont have to suffer in hell anymore. Accept Jesus today and do it NOW!

The point is: what spirit is driving the need for a 3 km long church? What is the motive? Why does Lagos-Ibadan express way have to turn into a Mecca of some sort before people like U can 'be blessed'? If the whole lot of U guys spread out into the world through that week of programme U had and witnessed to a person each, Heaven will win more souls. Why do people have to behold one man to know they have met God in a program? If Adeboye dies today, what happens to the crowd; what happens to the auditorium? Again, what spirit is driving U to build and build and build... I can say it authoritatively: it is not the Spirit of Christ bc he did not build a shed in his lifetime.

My dear friend, you don't know me so don't assume anything about me. I do not turn RCCG camp ground or any place at all into a place I must go to "be blessed". I went to have a special time with the Lord and not Adeboye (to me, Adeboye is a brother in Christ). That was my first time of attending RCCG convention even though i've been a member of the church for a long time. I must tell you I am very happy I went cos I was really blessed with the Word! The messages were Jesus centered. I will not forget any of those messages in a hurry. Listening to Rev. Joe Olaiya message of "Jesus - the Good Shepherd", I learnt sooo much.

Now, you said Jesus never built an auditorium. Yes, He didn't (though He taught in synagogues) because He didn't have to. His work was not to start a church but to die for our sins. The building of the body of Christ (the church spiritual) was/is the work of the Holy Spirit not Jesus'. The souls worn by the apostles had to meet somewhere for fellowship, teachings and prayers. Where else will they do that if not a building? The Bishops and Deacons that were appointed by the disciples, where were they taking care of their members from shades of trees or what? Yes, they had house fellowship centres but they also had church buildings. Heb 10:25 says we should not forsake the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is.

I already told you that the convenience of the large population of attendees informed the need to build a new auditorium. Notwithstanding, it seems your real contention is the number of people that go there for fellowship. That should not be a problem to you as a christian, rather you should be happy that many are desiring to know more of God.

You said that all members should have gone all out to preach for that period. First you cannot say that such exercise would be more productive than gathering hundreds of thousands of people at a place for worship. Second, christians are not meant to preach once in a while but always which I believe genuine born-again christians do everyday. Thirdly, there is nothing more refreshing than worshipping God with such crowd of believers; it gives you a glimpse of what heaven is like "after this I beheld and lo a great multitude which no man could number of all nations and kindred and people and tongues stood before the throne and before the Lamb clothed in white robes and palms in their hands and cried with a loud voice saying Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne and unto the Lamb"Rev 7:9,10.

Pls let's be careful when we criticize the actions of these MOG (so-called or not). Yes, a lot of them do what will make you ask "do these people really study the bible?". Notwithstanding, let us get our facts right and be unbiased when talking about them.

Now, I want to believe frosbel was not at the camp during the last convention and so you don’t really know what happened. I was there to have special time with Christ and not Adeboye and believe me, I was really blessed!

The question is: what brought about the call for another auditorium? I arrived at the camp on Tuesday and left very early on Sunday. The crowd on Tuesday was minimal and the presence auditorium was not even filled but by Wednesday, the story had already changed the auditorium was filled to capacity. By Thursday, many people could not find a place to sit, queue at the toilets and bathrooms were unending. People were already sitting on the road to listen to messages. Of course the number of people that came on Friday almost double the one of Thursday. Almost half of the population sat outside of the auditorium.

In this case, what do you expect the church to do? Continue to watch the people suffer because they want to seek God? Think of it, what if it rained on Thursday and Friday; what do you think would have happened? It would have been a very great disaster. In order for this not to occur, a leader with a vision asked for a bigger auditorium to be built. What is wrong with that? This auditorium is not a mansion but a cover for people to worship God. Believe me; heaven must have been filled with joy during this convention for the thousands of souls that gave their life to Jesus; to me, that is what counts! That people are saved regardless.

I believe I have shown you enough to open your eyes but i think I should point something very simple out for you: golgota is not the place Jonah prayed but "the place of the skull" where Jesus was cruxified.

I've given you more than 4 passages of the scriptures where Jesus Himself told you in plain words the manner of His death and you still insist in your ignorance to the extent of calling where Jonah prayed Golgotta (laffs)? I can only pray for you and I will.

Ok, since you dont understand what Mat 12:39-40 is saying and you believe the words of Jesus is better than 500 and even a billion christian; let me give you (for the last time) a more vivid and clearer words of Jesus on his death: "For He shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on: and they shall scourge Him, and put Him to death: and the third day He shall rise again" Luk 18:32-33; Mat 16:21; Luk 9:22; Mark 9:31; Mat 17:22-23.

He went through all these just for you and I. Halleluia! You also can experience what He gave me: peace, love and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Yes, Mohammed is not and therefore cannot claim what Jesus is. He was only a warlord just like Adolf Hitler and most of what you have in quran are a general's address to his soldiers e.g. dont be discouraged by your defeat of today, tomorrow will be better; you are fighting allah's battle; this is how you share the spoils (slaves, goods etc) of war;this is how you share properties of the diseased etc. Claim of dreams from an angel (who are ministring spirits which the saints of God will judge at the end) are just added sweetening to ensure compliance with the general's instructions. Tell me what path of salvation mohammed offered to his people and how to achieve it and I will show you the only way to God the Father (my very own daddy)!

Jesus was neither killed nor crucified, God raised him up so when he comes back in his second coming he will die then God will surely raised him to life for judgement. Whoa! That Jesus was neither killed nor crucified is another twist in Islam effort in finding a way to castigate Jesus resurrection. I will give one more twist that Islam has apart from the one mentioned above and after explain what they don’t know or they know but refuse to believe.

But first, Matt 12:39-40 that is quoted above is self explanatory but the writer wanting to fabricate lies decided not to quote it in full. I will do that for him: “But He answered and said unto them. An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it but the sign of prophet Jonas: for as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly: shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the HEART OF THE EARTH”. So how would He have spent 3 days and nights in the heart of the earth if He didn’t die my brother? Jesus went to the heart of the earth and did not remain there but arose and ascended into heaven after showing Himself to over 500 people. Quran 3:55.

Another twist that Islam has to the death and resurrection of Jesus apart from the above is “Swoon”. A situation where people who have been thought dead suddenly come to life before burial. An explanation of over two hundred years old maintains that this is what happened. Jesus did not die on the cross (they say) but fainted or swooned from exhaustion. After this, He revived in the cool of the tomb and when He emerged the disciples wrongly jumped to the conclusion that He had risen from the dead! This explanation has come into prominence through a heretical sect of Muslims called the Ahmadiya who maintain that after Jesus escaped from the tomb, He eventually went to Kashmir. He then died at the age of 120. Notwithstanding, they have not been able to provide any historical evidence in this regard and their assertion is totally against quran 3:55 which says Jesus ascended into heaven (not that we need such assertion).

Is this so? Did Jesus really die on the cross or was He drugged? It is significant to find that the facts do not support this theory. Why and how?

First, the Roman soldiers knew their job well. It was more than their lives were worth to make a mistake when dealing with their chief victim. From Roman history we know a great deal about the Roman army and its military discipline. According to a Roman historian, the Roman guard was a sixteen man security unit, each man of which was trained to protect six square feet of ground. If one man in the guard failed in his duty, he was automatically executed along with the other fifteen. Members of such a guard were well aware of the punishment that awaited them all if just one fell asleep or left his position. In view of this, it seems incredible that the whole of the Roman guard fell asleep on duty at the same time.

Moreover, Pilate too would never have given permission for Joseph to bury the body of Jesus unless he was absolutely sure that he was dead. In fact, everyone (including the accusers) connected with the crucifixion agrees about one thing – Jesus was dead and they should know what happened because they were there.

Secondly, there is one detail that the Islam claims ignore. John in his Gospel tells us that one of the Roman soldiers pierced side of Jesus with a spear “bringing a sudden flow of blood and water” (John 19:34). This is the kind of detail which only an eye witness would notice. From a medical point of view, the reference to water is particularly significant. The most probable explanation of the blood and water is that given by Professor Rendle Short, late Professor of Surgery at Bristol University. He said and I quote: “As a result of the spiritual and physical agony endured by Christ, a condition of acute dilation of the stomach may have developed and the spear would draw watery fluid from the stomach and blood from the heart and great vessels of the thorax. Needless to say such a wound would be instantly fatal if the victim was not already dead, as indeed he was”.

Thirdly, If Jesus revived in the tomb, He must have been in an extremely weak condition. Before His crucifixion, He endured Roman flogging which left Him so week that He was unable, as was customary to carry His own cross. He was then crucified (the most painful death Roman ingenuity could device) and left to hang on the cross through the mounting heat of the day. After this, He was without food or water for three days! How then from inside a sealed and guarded tomb did He manage to move the huge stone that covered its entrance and escape from the guards outside? Then, how was it that in this extremely weak condition He was ever able to convince anyone that He was conqueror over death and the grave?
Over a century ago, Strauss, himself a sceptic, admitted this when he said: “it is impossible that a being who had stolen half-dead out of the sepulchre who crept out about weak and ill, wanting medical treatment, who required bandaging, strengthening and indulgence and who still at least yielded to His sufferings, could have given the disciples the impression that He was a conqueror over the death and the grave, the Prince of Life, an impression which lay at the bottom of their future ministry”.

Finally, if this Islamic assertion is correct, Jesus must have perpetrated a deliberate fraud by passing Himself off as one risen from the dead. This leaves us with a fraudulent Jesus, which is contrary to His KNOWN moral character and even more difficult to believe.

Now my friend, having given you the above explanations about the lies you have been fed with. Mohammed was an unlearned man (no insult intended) used by Khadijat and Waraquah (both Roman Catholic) to achieve some feat. All of these high status of Jesus is what we believe without any christian preachin to us. People talk about the word of God becoming God its not true. When you say a word the word is yours but not you. For example when I say pen, the word pen is my word but I am not a pen. The quran we believe is the word of God that does not mean that the quran is God, its God's word but not God himself.

The word Messiah Christians think that it is a kind of word that means saviour or salvation. The word Messiah translated to Christ simply means annoint or appoint (someone appointed by God, sent , messenger) anyone can go back to history and find out what messiah means.

U talked about holy son and said that means without fault or sin. Again that is not what Jesus taught. Do u remember when his diciples tried to stop the children from coming to see him and told his diciples to allow the children for the children are the inhabitants of heaven. That means that every child is born without sin, also in the book of Ezeikel it says "the soul that sin he shall die for the father shall not bear the iniquity of the son nor shall the son bear the iniquity of the father". All religion from God there has never been the concept of original sin.

Al-Baraquah 2:62 is one of many repititions we have in the quran. For example it was repeated 11 times in Al-Baraquah and 9 times in Al-Imran. This was when Mohammed was trying to convince the Jews and the Christians in the suburbs of Al-Madinah of his prophethood. When he realized his words in quran 2 and 3 was not effective enough, he resulted to killing of these people in the name of Allah most especially after his defeat in the battle of Uhud which he blamed on the Jews. This was actually what the Catholics (RC) wanted. Complete destruction of Jews and Christians so that they can lay claim on Jerusalem.
Now I will be glad if you can point to one place where the messages of Paul differ to that of our Lord Jesus. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to EVERYONE that believeth; to the Jew first and also to the Greek” Rom 1:16.

First, let me explain what Al-Imran i.e. quran 3 is all about. The name is just a title given to that surah in quran and is gotten from quran 3:33.
This surah consists of four discourses. The first discourse (vs 1 – 32) was probably given to the Islam after the battle of Badr. The second (33 – 63) was given sometime in 9 A.H. after the visit of the Catholics in disguise called the Christians of Najran. It is worthy of note that before this, Mohammed had been tutored under St. Augustine where he had been told that his real enemies were the Jews and that RC were the only true Christians. He was taught that others calling themselves Christians were imposters and must be destroyed. Little wonder why what the Muslims know and believe about Jesus and Mary is almost the same with what the RC preaches. The third appears to have been given after the first one (64 – 120) the fourth (121 – 200) after the defeat at the battle of Uhud. So the reason why he would go out of his way to praise Jesus was because that was what had been planted in his heart right from his youth when he was still with his uncle. The first third and fourth were mere speeches given by a good general to his solders to excite and incite them.
The bible is not difficult to search, study and know as the quran. John 10: 30 “I and my Father are one” This simply means that though we are separate personality, we are one in essence and nature.
What does John mean by the Word? John 1:1. The word was a term used by theologians and philosophers, both Hebrew and Greek in many different ways. In Hebrew Scripture (Torahs), the word was an agent of creation (Ps 33:6), the source of God’s message to His people through the prophets (Hosea 1:2) and God’s law, His standard for holiness (Ps 119:11) etc. In Greek philosophy, the word was the divine essence that held all things together, God’s ideal pattern for creation. These also are the attributes of our Lord Jesus who was with God at creation and the very Word of God that brought all things into being John 1:2, 14. You might not understand this except you allow the Spirit of God to open your eyes of understanding because Mohammed did not understand it also and deceived his followers not to border to know because they have not been chosen to know it but to us it has been reveal by the Spirit of God. You can interpret “Messiah” to mean anything you like but I have good news for you. About quran 10: 34 and 3: 49: Yes, Jesus did all the miracles, healing, deliverance and gave salvation to the souls of as many as receive Him by the power of God the father and the Holy Spirit for one cannot do anything without the other because they are one. This might be difficult for you to understand because even the simple coming together of one man and one woman to become one is a mystery to Islam which they are not ready to embrace. Even God said: “… This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying: Not by might, nor by power but by my Spirit saith the LORD of hosts.” Zech 4:6.
Yes quran is here and I just don’t read it, I study it. Now I wonder what good example you can learn from Mohammed: Is it his blood thirstiness, or the act of beating one’s wife, or the act of marrying and sleeping with kids, or is it the acts of marrying as many wives and refusing to sleep with them at any slightest provocation (quran 4: 34), is it complete hatred for anyone who does not believe his dreams (and you say he’s not arrogant)?
Now, how can you compare Jesus the one that was, that is and that is to come to Mohammed – the creation of one religious sect? You are talking about arrogance to the person of Jesus? Haba!!! Could anybody slap Mohammed in his days as ruler and general of his people? Was he spat upon? Was he ridiculed in any way? Whenever i study quran, i study it (the chapter) in its entirety not a verse in isolation. Mat 5:17 was the introductory note of our Lord Jesus to His teachings about the Law; and as He said it, He didnt come to destroy the Law but to fulfill it because Jesus Himself if the fulfilment of the Law. I will not go into detail of the bible teachings about the Law but i will just give you some facts about the law as given in the old testament (or Torahs as the Islam calls it).

In the old Testament, there were three categories of law: Ceremonial, civil and moral. God's moral and ceremonial laws were given to help people love God with all their hearts & minds. Throughout Isreal's history however, these laws were often misquoted and misapplied. By Jesus' time, religious leaders had turned the laws into a confusing mass of rules. Hence, from Mat 5:17 to 7:6 when Jesus talked about a new way to understand God's law, He was actually trying to bring people back to its original purpose which was His primary purpose and reason for death, to reconcile man to God.

The ceremonial laws (which points to Jesus Lev 1:2,3) and civil laws (talk about daily living in Isreal which was totally different at the time from their original way of life when the law was given; Deu 24:10,11) were no longer necessary.

The Moral law such as the Ten Commandments is the direct command of God which reveals the nature and will of God which still applies today. Jesus obeyed these laws completely because He's the Son of God and God will not contradict Himself. In fact, the ten commandments were divided into two: Love the Lord thy God will all thine heart and all thine mind (1st to 4th commandments) and love thy neighbour as thyself (5th to 10th commandments)Mat 22:37 - 39.
