Politics / The Truth by EdwardVictorC(m): 3:15pm On Apr 29, 2018 |
MANDELA TO NIGERIA... “YOU know I am not very happy with Nigeria. I have made that very clear on many occasions. Yes, Nigeria stood by us more than any nation, but you let yourselves down, and Africa and the black race very badly. Your leaders have no respect for their people. They believe that their personal interests are the interests of the people. They take people’s resources and turn it into personal wealth. There is a level of poverty in Nigeria that should be unacceptable. I cannot understand why Nigerians are not more angry than they are. “What do young Nigerians think about your leaders and their country and Africa? Do you teach them history? Do you have lessons on how your past leaders stood by us and gave us large amounts of money? You know I hear from Angolans and Mozambicans and Zimbabweans how your people opened their hearts and their homes to them. I was in prison then, but we know how your leaders punished western companies who supported Apartheid. “What about the corruption and the crimes? Your elections are like wars. Now we hear that you cannot be president in Nigeria unless you are Muslim or Christian. Some people tell me your country may break up. Please don’t let it happen. “Let me tell you what I think you need to do. You should encourage leaders to emerge who will not confuse public office with sources of making personal wealth. Corrupt people do not make good leaders. Then you have to spend a lot of your resources for education. “Educate children of the poor, so that they can get out of poverty. Poverty does not breed confidence. Only confident people can bring changes. Poor, uneducated people can also bring change, but it will be hijacked by the educated and the wealthy...give young Nigerians good education. Teach them the value of hard work and sacrifice, and discourage them from crimes which are destroying your image as a good people.” (Excerpts taken from a 2007 interview with Mandela conducted by Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed). |

Politics / Nigeria Police Worst In The World by EdwardVictorC(m): 8:04pm On Nov 14, 2017 |
Rating the Nigeria police as the worst in the world, is not a move in error. The Nigeria police shows greater hostility to the Nigerian people than the criminals. The police extorts money and other valuables from the people than pickpockets The Nigeria police drive more reckless than a drunk man on wheels The Nigeria police falsely accuse the people than their enemies The Nigeria police is the theatre of all manners and types of bribery and corruption. |

Politics / APC/BUHARI Government Can Be Likened To.... by EdwardVictorC(m): 12:42am On Aug 29, 2017 |
APC/BUHARI government can be likened to an impotent man that cannot get the country impregnated with any laudable development projector programme APC/BUHARI government can be likened to barren woman who cannot conceive of any meaningful development idea not to talk of delivery APC/BUHARI government can be likened to a toothless bulldog that never walk the talk APC/BUHARI government can be likened to a fruitless tree that deceives the onlooker with it's good leaves APC/BUHARI government can be likened to internal bleeding that kills the peoples faster than normal physical hurt APC/BUHARI government can be likened to an accursed farmland that swallows the seed sowed in it without giving any harvest APC/BUHARI government can be likened to the dead sea that stifles freedom of movement and expression of the people. APC/BUHARI government is a definition of political leadership failure and mistake that must not be repeated a second time |

Politics / On The President's Declaration Of War Against Social Media Critics by EdwardVictorC(m): 11:54am On Aug 25, 2017 |
If the president can properly & positively direct the rage, fuming, energy and order, to arrest his social media critics, to myriads of societal pressing issues of insecurity, unemployment, workers unpaid salaries, ASUU strikes, deplorable social infrastructures and amenities, and corruption in his government and Nigeria at large, I can guarantee you that, giant strides will be made and miles will be covered in solving the maladies bedeviling the country. It's totally a misappropriation and misdirection of energy and unwise of his excellency to give marching orders for a clampdown on those he perceive as his abusers and traitors. By this singular action of Mr president, he has succeeded in inciting the security forces to now be the ones to threaten the peace of those they were ordinarily established to protect - the people. Let Mr president be open minded and work assiduously to leaving a lasting legacy of developments and empowerment of the masses. The declaration of war against the people must stop. Politics / Buhari Hate Speech Plan by EdwardVictorC(m): 11:58am On Aug 19, 2017 |
Any speech buhari plans to deliver to Nigerians, after abandoning the country and refusing to talk to the people for over 100days, is simply a hate speech. Buhari must not insult our sensibilities. We do not need the president's hate speech. |
Politics / Buhari Guilty Of Terrorism by EdwardVictorC(m): 6:05pm On Aug 18, 2017 |
This government can only caution Nigerians against hate speech, the day Mr buhari openly tender an unreserved apology to us all. Reminiscing on how buhari's hate speech set the nation on fire in 2011 presidential elections, caused by his refusal to accept defeat, knowing fully well he lost the elections, led to the deaths of scores of Nigerians, especially the youth corps members serving their fatherland and mother's home. The aftermath of the elections crisis was solely caused by buhari. The same buhari prior to 2015 presidential elections, yet again, threatened to soak Nigerians (whom he called dogs and baboons) in blood had he lost. Now, as president, same buhari declared himself a president of those tat voted for him. In fact, his is beyond hate speech. Buhari's speeches are satanic, wicked and animalistic. If hate speech is terrorism, then, buhari.... 1 Like |
Politics / Buhari/apc Era, A Curse From The Underworld by EdwardVictorC(m): 12:31am On Aug 18, 2017 |
Buhari/APC administration is simply a manifestation of witchcraft projections, enchantments and satanic divinations, against the Nigerian people. This is basically the reason why their actions and inactions only promotes more and more hunger, terrorism, unemployment, infant mortality, terrifying insecurity, youths restiveness caused by decades of neglects, deplorable infrastructures and social amenities, sickness and high level disunity among Nigerians. 2019 is a year for you Nigerians to reject and vote out this political spell we brought upon the nation. Politics / Buhari Vs Charley Boy by EdwardVictorC(m): 10:29pm On Aug 09, 2017 |
Charley Boy can't represent you right? But Buhari can be your president right? Dont you think You are just very idiotic to think in that manner? My position is that, if Nigerians do not consider leprous fingers like Charley boy to be worthy of embarking on protest on behalf of them, how come same people sheepishly voted in a man with not just leprous fingers, but leprous toes too, to be their president. Nigerians fetched d ant infested firewood in the last general elections. Now, they are suffering the ant bites 1 Like |
Politics / Police Shoot Protesters In Abuja This Morning - My Reactions by EdwardVictorC(m): 11:04am On Aug 08, 2017 |
POLICE SHOOT AT PROTESTERS IN ABUJA - MY REACTIONS! While Nigerians were still mourning their deads who were victims of the anambra terror attack, the Nigerian authorities through the instrumentality of our deliquescent police force resumed another round of shooting this morning. What is wrong with people demanding that, an incapacitated ghost president surface himself or resign, so that the country can move forward? Is it no longer the democratic right of the people to protest and demand for accountability? Does the people no longer have a say in the way and manner they should be governed? Is the same government trying to save its face from embarrassment so stupid to know, the people face shame wherever they are seen today just because of the callously clueless manner the current leaders handle the business of governance? This government have lost total value for the lives and properties of the people they swore to protect. SHAME UNTO YOU LEADERS OF DOOM!!! 92 Likes 5 Shares |
Politics / How Many Caskets Must We Witness by EdwardVictorC(m): 8:38am On Aug 08, 2017 |
How many caskets must we witness? How many drums of tears? How loud the weeping do we wait to hear? How deep the wound before we know the pains? How much of the hate is enough for us? We must remember that, at the long run, we all loose no matter how successful we seem to have become It's time to make everything alright again It's time to love again It's time to wipe off the tears and put smiles again It's time for us to be human to humans again THAT'S IF WE REALLY WANT IT!!! |
Politics / The Plight Of The Nigeria Future by EdwardVictorC(m): 8:33am On Aug 07, 2017 |
how do u leaders of today really feel seeing many youths who are supposedly the leaders of tomorrow hawking petty goods on dangerous highways? how do u leaders feel passing them without calling upon them to show them love? how do they feel chasing these resilient youths out of the streets still dis-empowered? how do they feel using their law enforcement agents to cease the goods that gives these guys a means of income and make them start all over again? y do they act ignorant to the fundamental causes of the problem the youth faces today caused by them? do they think the general issues affecting majority of our youths do not concern them because their own children seems comfortable? Is this the generation we want to raise? whether we like it or not, abandon them or not, help them or not, build them or not, hate them or not, empower them or not, these young people we see today is the future we have tomorrow, and we as a nation shall reap the good or the evil we are sowing today. THE NIGERIAN YOUTH IS SPECIAL, GREAT AND NEEDS HELP |
Politics / Must They Always Lie? by EdwardVictorC(m): 10:38am On Aug 05, 2017 |
While Nigerians have being refused genuine information on the true state of the health of their president, and his capacity to continue functioning as their number one citizen, the people do not expect the media handlers of apc to still play politics with his return. Nigerians were told to expect Mr. President yesterday. What happened, that stalled his arrival again? Why are we not told we we have the right to know? APC and the president's media handlers must stop joking and lying on issues of national importance. |
