TV/Movies / Re: 80% Of Nollywood Films Are Wack by eezzy(f): 11:32am On Oct 08, 2007
I hardly think its fair comparing Nollywood with Holly and Bolly woods the two
have been around for donkey years, learnt through many mistakes and corrected them.

i believe Nollywood is now in the process of learning and correcting. Their movies may
be wack, but we can relate to most of the story lines, which is the beauty of these movies.
If you want real comparison, then compare to rest of Africa and am sure Nollywood beats them
all YES even S.A cannot stand up to Naija movies. wink
Celebrities / Re: Oge Okoye or Chioma Chukwuka by eezzy(f): 11:01am On Oct 08, 2007
oge acts well and is preetish, but chioma cannot be compared to

Family / Re: Anything Wrong Giving A Gift For 10 Year Old Girl? by eezzy(f): 7:48am On Oct 08, 2007
undecided Why too much wahala over an act of kindness. If the mother thought
it was too much, she should have just waited and told sylvao that she appreciates
the gift, but thinks it too expensive for her daughter, but thanks for the thought.
why create a scene when all one wanted was to be nice to another person. I dont
get it.

Family / My Most Embarrassing Moment! by eezzy(f): 7:55am On Oct 04, 2007
embarassed Fellow Nairalanders, have you ever suffered a major embarrassment?!

A few days ago I was out shopping with my teenage daughter and as you know
shop windows have become major reflectors. As we went past one, I saw this rather fat
lady waddling along and with a loud laugh I told my daughter that the woman should
surely enrol into a gym. The people around turned to look for the fat woman as my daugter
nudged me and told me that the woman in the reflection was ME! cry
You cannot begin to imagine the shame and embarrassment as all the people around us began to laugh including
my own disloyal daughter, who has since never let me live that one down. HORRORS!

Do you have a story to tell - I dare you!

Religion / Re: What Did You Learn At Church Today? by eezzy(f): 11:56am On Oct 03, 2007
Infidel:

Church is boring! Used to go there when i was a kid. Slept all through. The same belloni every sunday and they could not just explain the most important thing. Does God exist? Everytime, some wise guy would come and start quoting things from the bible to prove god exists, but the main question, where is he? Some would say in my heart, but all i see are arteries and ventricles. Some would say in my soul, but yet again, what is a soul? some would say is around me, but all i see are tables, chairs and objects. Others would go a little bit far and say am spiritually blind but yet again, what is a spirit? Have you seen one? and if they is, why does it choose to roam about in a lifeless form which then begs the question, where is god?

undecided Infidel you are amazing - you slept all through yet you wanted proved to you that God Exists, how? Was is to be done in your dreams?

Walk around and just look at the people that are walking around you - the diversity alone that in 1000000000000000 people you will not find 2 to look exactly alike (except id twins) should tell you clearly that God exists - who else can do that. God is found in simple things like breathing in and out, rising and setting of the sun, the digestive system etc I mean who else could have designed you the way you are.
