Early and late 90ths- Our parents pay for examination fees,and no conducive environment for learning,teachers are nowhere to be found in our classrooms,the private schools took over the education sector,our child refuse to go to school because of hard labour during break.The cement walls were our learning boards,teachers are known through the stains of chalks on their clothes,and many unpleasant things took place.Even the universities where not attended to properly by the  government. What a tragedy.....But

and laboratories,increase in student assitance scheme from N10,000 to N20,000.Series of scholarship,both local and international.More polytechnics were introduced,our universities are well built,people come from all worlds of live to study in our institutions.(Finger of God at work)

**From 2007 till date- The era of making huge amount from our pregnant woman has passed,the private hospital are closing down,due to the free maternal care program.Our children medical care from 0-5 years is now free.The upgrading and renovating of our hospitals to international standard,private doctors now strive to gain employment into public hospitals.Is on record that delta state has the highest numbers of paid doctors,our young girls no longer abandon their children in the hospital,none is scared of the bills when they deliver through operation.(Finger of God at work)

The issue was indeed terrible in the state after the banned of Okada.I was at the commissioning of the 1250 tricycles,but we were astonished to see that even 50 of these tricycles are not on the road in the three major towns the banned affected. Those persons in cause of this,even the commissioner should be questioned and brought to book.Thank you your excellency for that giant step.

Sequel to the recent commissioning of buses and marcopolo by Uduaghan,it was discovered that these buses and marcopolo buses are to be used as Business as usual by Agofure and Uduaghan. Uduaghan will definately account for all the state funds he has been using for his personal deals.For Christ sake,these buses ought to generate funds to the state coffers.Opposite is now the case,the funds are now going to his personal account. Thank God I have a witness

Unlike the previous government,lead by His Excellency,Chief James Onanefe Ibori's administration,it was recorded that projects were done in terms of infrastructure,money was made available for contractors to construct roads,build schools,even tugs were empowered. Uduaghan's administration as said by his critics,has failed in this areas.Money is no longer thrown around in the street of the state capital,contracts are not awarded unlawfully to contractors who will construct a hut in the name of class room,road contracts,are no longer awarded to relatives,friends,politicians,etc.But rather to meaningful contractors,and some of the contracts are sometimes revoke if the contractors are not carrying out their jobs effectively.This truly has lead to some of the major critics of governor Uduaghan's administration.Those who supported him during elections,want him to award contracts to them which they will definitely not complete.Other factors why people criticize his administration,is due to lack of des segmentation of informations of on going programs,and projects done by the present administration.Recently,series of projects are on going in the state,the transportation sector,educational sector,scholarship scheme of all categories,construction of international Airport,on going warri industrial park,the recent awarding of roads,to be constructed across the state,on going drainage system across the state,street light across the 25 local government,approval,and on going structures of 4 polytechnics in the state,employment of over 3000persons into the state service service,Micro credit scheme for farmers,petty traders,etc.Youth empowerment program through the Bank of Industry(BOI),and many more to mention but a few.This programs are courtesy of uduaghan's administration,based on his human capital development agenda.Uduaghan told the good people of the state that his administration,will not throw money around to tugs,bargain politicians,unserious contractors,etc.But rather,such funds will be use to assist the meaniful Deltans that are ready to come up with ideas that will move the state forward.It is on this note,that i want to state clearly to as many whom have been fed with negative information of Uduaghan's administration,to have a re-think for Uduaghan's administration is only committed to show case projects and programs that will be of benefits to all Deltans and not politicians,friends,godfathers,relatives,etc.Together,with Uduaghan,we can fly delta state to a greater height.Stop the criticism and spread the good works....One Delta.

Her Excellency,Mrs Roil Uduaghan the Wife of the governor of Delta State,yesterday gave out large quantity bags of rice,clothes,food items,to flood victims in the state.Which presently,are camped at St.Partrick college by the state governorment.Thanks to her Excellency.

In the dream,I got married,& after a year my wife got pregnant.I took her to general hospital Asaba,& she delivered a baby boy.On getting to the hospital, to pay up my bills,I was told Someone has paid for the bills.When my son was 5yrs old,I took him to Oharisi primary school.He came back one day,saying his school can be compel to that of any school I think of in Nigeria,he also said,when he get's to primary six,he is not going to pay enrollment fees.When he was 11yrs old,I took him to St.patrick college Asaba,he was astonished,& could not hold his peace,& he asked if this is a school in Delta State.During Xmas break he told me he want to go to Lagos.I took him to international airport Asaba,and he was astonish asking if it's Canada airport.At 18yrs,he gained admission into Delta State University Abraka.He came back one day with different textbooks,i asked him how he got the money to buy them.He said,he was paid N19,500 as one of the assistance given to every delta state students with CGPA 2.2 an above.He was a clever boy,so he made first class.He came to my office on afternoon saying he is going to study in uk with the sum of 5million,without a dime from my pocket.I was so scared,that I ran out of the house and the next thing I saw was him packing his belongings into a bag which dis words were written "Human Capital Development".I work up an discovered it was all a dream.My question now is,who was paying all the bills for this miracle son of mine?Can this dream come to reality? If yes where will it happen? Please help me,am so scared.
