How did they keep track? No e-receipts，No system to capture reliable data. I would have loved to see demographics, no. of men and women, stats by states e. t. c. What you see is someone tearing tickets at the entrance! It's so sad.

What we want the government to do is to
1. Reduce cost of governance. Try to find an acceptable ratio considering economic considerations and comparison with top economies.
2. Transparency. Create an organization like transparency international here in Nigeria, one that works with the senate and legislators to provide Nigerians with transparent reports on Goverment expenditures.
3. With this trust in place, Government can now start talking of 30billion or what ever
4. Reverse bad economic policies that has brought us here. Importation policies, Niger Delta, social welfare - it's simply not sustainable and transparent enough, approach to corruption should be about the system and not individuals...etc
Can go on and on

We hear the one of lagos. Not some random minister mentioning that nothing will happen in Nigeria until there is some 30billion+ crazy interests added to the problems on ground.
