‘Justin Bieber wannabe’ jailed for having sex with underage schoolgirls

A 20-year-old, who it is claimed modelled himself on Justin Bieber, has been jailed for three years for pressuring schoolgirls as young as 13 into having sex with him.

Nicholas Faithfull forced one of his victims to perform a sex act on him near a portable toilet in a graveyard to ‘prove she loved him’ and carried out offences over an 18 month period.

Today, the now 20-year-old, was jailed for three years, a sentence relatives of his victims said they were ‘shocked at because of its leniency’.

He had denied knowing the age of any of his victims, but jurors were told he had sent one a 15th birthday card.

He slept with four underage girls and forced another to perform a sex act on him, his trial at Reading Crown Court heard.

Aged 18 or 19 when the offences took place, his victims were between 13 and 15 years old.

The defendant, who had dyed his hair back to black prior to sentencing, was convicted of eight counts of sexual activity with a child.

He admitted a further count of inciting a child into sexual activity.

The court heard how despite being arrested in January 2015 Faithfull continued to pursue schoolgirls on social media and encourage them to have sex with him.

His most recent victim, a 14-year-old, ‘barely remembered’ having sex with him as she was ‘completely out of it’.

Passing sentence Judge Angela Morris told Faithfull, ‘The fact that you persisted in this pattern of behaviour, even after you had been arrested and interviewed by police leaves me in no doubt that you knew precisely what you were doing and you were determined to continue.’

Faithfull, of Glebe Gardens, Sonning, had formerly lived at Sevenoaks Road, Reading, but was required to move because of its close proximity to a school.
