The one-on-one interview (and all other exercises apart from the group exercise) was done before a 2 (or 3?) person panel. If I recall correctly, it was those kinds of interviews where they ask "Tell us about a time when you had to implement a change in your operating process". I had mine almost 7 years ago so I may not remember things accurately. But I know I used the STAR method.

People getting the mails are people that did not upload it when applying. If you uploaded your full document during application, you won't get the mail.

Mail is still dropping for those who did not upload a complete document.

Why don't you chance your role to Enumerator. It is easier to be approved as Enumerator.
The Supervisor roles seemed to have been slotted out - (NPC staff members' families, top,politicians, e.t.c)

You see almost all our questions are here, would you say the questions leaked because they were found here? I feel the notion about questions leaking is just false propaganda.

it actually did leak sha. People took live pictures by connecting their system to an HDMI cord. People registered more than once with different emails and details, some snapped random papers, converted it to PDF and uploaded as their credentials (NLNG are to blame for this for not checking each application documents ). In all, the multiple accounts got the test invites.
The only one I can say did not leak is the checking test and that was because of the time constraint, but for Mech and General, the questions are everywhere. Na who know road go sabi what's up lol. Even those that got it are here fighting tooth and nail to discredit it lol.
