Ojiofor:

No need for back and forth argument with you.The reality is there ain't gonna be a Yoruba president in 2023 and beyond until there is an Igbo president.
your brain should tell you that yorubas don't care, win or lose we're okay, unlike igbos that always wants to play second class citizen just to make Yoruba lose. You people has a lot to lose if Hausa rule for life because yorubas has been there before and we are always on top even when we're not in power.

Politics / Re: Civil Societies Resist SW Presidency In 2023. by EOEI: 8:59pm On Jul 04, 2020
DiagnoPolitics:
A Coalition of Civil societies and pressure groups known as Progressive Citizens for Equity and Justice (ProCEJ) have released a memo in Lagos resisting an attempt for any major political parties to zone their presidential tickets to the SW region. They argued that since return to civilian democracy in 1999, the SW region have piloted the affairs of this country as president for 8 years (1999-2007) through Olusegun Obasanjo and by 2023 the current VP a yoruba-Yemi osinbajo will would have served as VP for 8 years (2015-2023). A cumulative 16 years of rulership enjoyed by the SouthWest.

Chairman of the Coalition, Dr Yunusa Suleiman reiterated that other regions in the south, specifically the SE should be allowed to also have a sense of belonging in the current national set up as they are the only region who have not produced the President since 1999. Yunusa also noted that the ruling party APC currently has members of SE extraction in the Senate and House of Representatives. The party also controls a state in the SE. He pointed out that when the yorubas of the SW extraction were gifted the PDP ticket in 1999, there were virtually no yoruba politican of repute in the PDP, the yorubas were so hostile to PDP that the party failed to control a single SW state in 1999, yet the yorubas were not victimized for being hostile to PDP, why then should the South East be punished even when they have proven to more receptive to APC than yorubas were to PDP when they were gifted the PDP ticket on a platter in 1999?

The Memo was signed by a coalition of several pressure groups and civil societies who said they have the mandate to resist political injustice and enthrone fairness in the Nigerian society so that the country can be set on the path of progress.

More details later......
who are these slowpoke? Yoruba will never prevent any tribes in this country from contesting in any election because yorubas play classic politics and not that foolish politics igbos plays that make them loser even when their party PDP wre in power, during that period there's no developments and progress in their regions. Yorubas will always contest win or lose, we're okay.

Politics / Obaseki???? by EOEI: 8:08pm On Jun 12, 2020
OBASEKI: DID YOU GIVE JUSTICE?

It is often said those who live in glass house shouldn't not throw stones.
I was alarmed to hear Governor Obaseki saying he won't get justice after the Committee of the APC concluded his screening on Wednesday 10th June,2020.
I asked the question who did he give Justice to as Governor of Edo State in almost four years of his rule.
Did he serve Chief Osamede Adun (aka Bob Izua) justice when he took over his property and demolish it overnight without proper procedure of government acquisition of private property for overriding public purpose? Up till now he did not pay him compensation. As a result of that incident Chief Adun lost his wife. Was Obaseki fair to him?
Did he serve Justice to Comrade Tony Kabaka when he demolished his hotel in Ugbor thereby rendering the poor upcoming young man economically incapacitated and making tens of people lose their jobs when the matter was pending in court? Was Governor Obaseki fair to Tony Kabaka Adun and the workers in that hotel?
Was Governor Obaseki fair and just to fourteen elected members of the Edo State House of Assembly who he denied inauguration and swearing in June, 2019. For the first a Governor denied the Legislature from functioning properly in accordance with the Constitution. Is he fair and just to Edo people?

Was he fair to Edo people when he denied them patronages and encouraged capital flight by using non Edo citizens in carrying out mouth watering contracts to the detriment of the Edo State economy?

Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to APC members and leaders in Edo State when he embarked on using thugs and security forces to attack them for holding opposing views?

Has Governor Obaseki been fair to Edo people when he sponsored Adaze Emwanta and others to Institute litigations against Edo indigenes who gets appointed to federal government agencies in order to stop them from getting into the position they are appointed?

Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to APC when he could not mobilize the party to receive new members but instead preventing people from joining the party?

Has Governor Obaseki been fair to Comrade Adams Oshiomhole when he mobilized Edo resources to remove him as National Chairman and mobilize thugs to stop him from entering Edo State?
Has Governor Obaseki been fair Edo people to whom he makes promises but failed to fulfil such promises?

Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to those who supported him and who he later sent to prison when he became Governor?

Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to Edo people whom he refused to provide good health care services and instead embarked on the blackmail of his predecessor over the five star hospital that was built which he locked down for years and has recently privatised?

Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to Edo people when he lied that he worked with Governor Adams Oshiomhole for free when in fact he earned Commission on the several loans he sourced for Edo state government?

Has Governor Obaseki been fair and just to the APC when he has sponsored many suits/litigation against the party without recourse to the Constitution of the party in exhausting internal mechanisms for conflict resolution?

Ha Governor Obaseki served Justice to party leaders whom he listed to retire from politics in Edo State?
Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to Edo market women whom he has decided to cluster in primary school premises in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic?
Has Governor Obaseki served Justice to APC when he allowed PDP to hold ward congresses in the 192 wards in Edo State and made a regulation to stop APC from holding direct primaries in the 192 wards in the same Edo State?
HAS GOVERNOR GODWIN OBASEKI SERVED JUSTICE TO ANYONE?
In Leadership, every action taken has consequences- positive or negative.
As Governor, Mr Godwin Obaseki has been most unfair and unjust to members of his party- APC and the generality of Edo people.
When he cries for justice, I wonder if he expects his unjust actions against his party will serve him Justice.

WEEP NOT MY GOVERNOR: THE MEASURE YOU GIVE IS THE MEASURE YOU WILL RECEIVE.
Justice is for All , Not Only For the privilege!!!!

Education / Re: An ASUU Member's Response To IPPIS Allegations Against Universities by EOEI: 2:50pm On May 20, 2020
This guy must be a very bad idiot because a sane mind knows quite well that ASUU refused to allowed its members to registered for this ippis then before FG said these nonentity lecturers should drop there BVN details of which they refused again before FG send a memo to FG's universities VC that they'd furnished them with these rebels' BVN details of which the VCs did and it was used to forced them on the ippis to eventually make their salaries payments. So no matter the problem FG/the office of the accountant general faced in making wrong payment into undesevered thieves accounts among them ASUU are the ones to be blame and probe seriously, ASUU has bein collecting the salaries of those people mentioned by the accountant general of which they've to be made to pay for at the end of this probe.

Education / Re: Payment Of Salaries: We’re Hopeful Government Will Waive BVN Condition ― ASUU by EOEI: 10:30am On Apr 28, 2020
NollyMedia:
The National President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, has said the union is hopeful of government waiving the submission of Biometric Verification Numbers, BVN, of members before their withheld February and March 2020 salaries are paid.

In a telephone chat with our correspondent on Monday night, the ASUU boss said the union would continue to pursue issues that would improve the education sector in the country.

“We are in contact with the representatives of the Federal government. We are in touch with the Ministers of Labour and Education, even though it is through the phone because of the situation in the country. None of our members has been paid their withheld salaries.

“It is said that a labourer is worth his wages and we are due for our wages. We have our reasons for opposing some policies of the government. Our opposition is based on the non-workability of the policies,” he said.

Ogunyemi expressed the hope that ASUU’s confidence in the government doing the right thing would not be dashed.

ASUU is currently on strike over some unresolved issues with the Federal Government including enrolling on the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System, IPPIS, implementation of the Memorandum of Action on an earlier agreement signed with the government, better funding of the education system among others.

First , the East can respond by boycotting the following
1. Boycott of Lagos Ports for Niger Delta ports,
2. Boycott Lagos Airports for Abuja Airports for international Flights
3. Universities in the South West for Universities in the East and Niger Delta
4. South West Banks like GTB, Wema, First bank, Sterling for Pro East Banks
5. Relocation of the Nollywood back to the East
6. Boycott and putting a cap to patronage of companies that dont have any base in the East ,cadbury, unilever, nestle
7. Trade tax for goods with no manufacturing base in the east
8. boycott of poultry products from the west
9. stoppage of dumping of goods imported from western ports to the east
Igbos wont survive this if they try it all of them will be jobless within a day and eastern states economies will collapse.

Provide any Muslim Vice-Chancellor in UNIPORT or UNIZIK first.
If you are not conversant with a school's admission process, find that out first before you'll come and start ranting like a baby who needs its mother's milk. ABU gives admission to one candidate from non-catchment areas, and two in non-competitive departments. How many do the over-hyped universities in question admit? I have a PDF copy of UNN's admission list. The Yoruba people I saw were not up to 13 despite the fact that most of them tend to score very high. As for the north, in fact, I couldn't find one single northerner.

ABU Nepotistic my foot!
Dont mind the guy, ever since I'd been tracking admissions in the eastern universities its hard to find yoruba names on their lists.
