Righteousness2:
True Repentance means turning away from your evil deeds.
Repentance means making right your wrongs.

Read The Conversion story of the tax collector in Luke 19 Zaccheus .

You cant remain with the sin and claim you are saved. You are deceiving yourself.

A Sinner is not a Christian. 1 john 3:8
A Christian is not a Sinner 1 John 3:9

True repentance of a man with more than one woman will entail him settling all his sin partners , sending them back to their parents and making peace with his 1st legally married Wife.
This is true Repentance.

Any other thing is you Deceiving yourself.

Xtreem silly, this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my Adulthood.

Nice Job with total dedication, I just want to point out something, You know when you guys are working on a project, I think you guys should try as much as possible to reduce the amount of stains you cause to the body of the building, look at this video and the brick tiles on the pillars of the balcony, it is stained, why not buy loads of old blankets to cover parts like that when carrying out your work? mine too was stained. Most of the doors, good job I never took of the nylon covering.

what does hotel produce? what does your house produce
How many Nigerians can afford 12 million
Cheaper does not mean cheap.
A lambo is cheaper than a rolls Royce, doesn't mean you can afford it
You are asking howmany Nigerians can afford N12, is this a joke?mayB you duel in the wrong sections of nairaland
Come to the Property section please.
You asked what my house produce?
Well my house produces a conducive environment for my family
We get cool air when its really hot.
Produces a secure environment
We produce cooked food that we eat
We produce enough electricity to power the whole household
it produces power to power the TV, Washing machine ,Microwave, freezer, Hot water and light.
NB,I dont know your life situation but you must know this,if in 2024 you still earn N500K a month you are a poor man and this is FACT.

Demand far exceeded supply. They will make money with or without meters. Na you need light. They don't need you. Factories alone will consume the light
you live in Nigeria right? and you seem not to know what the problems in the power sector is. Did you know the the impact of TCN b4 its dismissal? As things stands, the DISCOS are not collecting generated power from the Gencos and they in turn charge Estimated bill payers fortune for power not supplied. This on the flip side is killing the Gencos cos they don't get paid by the Discos this thievery is made possible by TCN.So as we speak the only way the Discos are making monies are via estimated billing with no new infrastructure in place to facilitate a real up to date power supply. So if the Discos return power to the Gencos where do you suggest the so called factories get power from?
However to solve this issue the Fg introduced a new Energy Bill which most of you would have heard of but failed to understand. You can now be a Genco and a Disco, but the problem there is the Cabals just as we have in the petrol and oil sector. AS we speak, factories do not rely on PHCN, They have their own Energy source.

I'm one of those customers bros

Since I installed solar and inverter, l don't even use NEPA light again starting August when they migrated us to Band A

I only buy 12k token monthly so that my inverter would charge after sunlight

That reduced my former monthly purchase of 25 to 30k

Now, a large number of Lagos residents on Band A only use light at night and that will drastically reduce income for NEPA as you opined

Soon, NEPA go hear am
Great choice.

It's like putting plaster on compound fracture. Solar produces nothing. It gdaammt run any heavy machinery. Candle can as well give light if it's just light you want
How do you mean solar produces nothing, I have seen where, N28M investment carried 30 room hotel at Ugheli delta state, my friend owns the hotel.I have done an audit in my house and it was gathered that with N12m I can live grid free this is a 4 bed duplex with 5ACs 2 fridges a washing machine etc.You will have to do a research on Solar power, its getting cheaper by the day.

You still haven't understood the direction this is going. Soon, DISCO will begin refusing to buy enough electricity from GENCO because they're losing some customers while the rest are not using much electricity per day (like my household grin grin) and GENCO too will start complaining. And before you know it, power sector will have huge problem of inability to sell their generated electricity simply because there are not enough consumers anymore
Great, they will now go back to the drawing board and invest their money like Glo and MTN did. Thank God government do not own them anymore its private investors, if these lot leave the industry ,people who are serious will take over. We all have to stick to prepaid or no billing.

More like no meter; free power! That would force the DISCOs to send meters across board. Fashola actually put out such law when he was minister for power but nigerians don't read the news nor know their rights.

Estimated billing has been made illegal since the past administration. We're a people that're used to being oppressed and begging same oppressors for a break. If nepa go areas where there are no meters and want to cut light; rather than band together and ask for prepaid meters, they start beggin the same NEPA that's in the wrong.
Well done at least here is someone with a Brain. Let PHCN take their wire away, infarct ask them to close your account, you can do this by writing a letter and taking it to their local office, get it signed and no more bills, take a prepaid meter instead,

In countries do ppl attack Nepa staff when they want to disconnect power thieves?
You dent want to pay but you want to consume. Idiocy
I those countries you are thinking of, there are prepaid meters, you only pay for what you buy like MTN, so nothing like disconnection, you don't buy power you don't get power simple, wont life be sweet if that's the way we do it in Nigeria?

Well, things do cost money to make and supply.
If you read the whole story you will get the gist that those on Estimated billings are the ones requesting for this, My house has a prepaid metre so i don't need to disconnect just don't use PHCN, I'm on solar power instead. No fixed Billi use whatever I get. Now there is not enough Power to supply people for 24 hours, so these Disco who are thieves, will suplly120 hrs of power in a month and charge you for 720 hours of consumption. What do you call that? The way to go is for everyone to acquire a prepaid meter see if these Discos don't sit up and invest into the transmission of electricity.

There is an alternative which is solar power. My best guess is those requesting disconnection intends to go the solar route because fuel is expensive as well.

It will only cost them inverter, battery and solar panel fee. Sun is free and it will remain free and inexhaustible.

If Nigeria was a functional country, we would have at least one NUCLEAR POWER plant.

How?

Sign a deal with Russian so they help us build it for free, Grant them license to run the operation of the power plant commercially till they recoup their money plus profit and hand over the power plant to Federal Government.

Ghana is thinking in that direction now. While us giant of Africa by GDP can't think in that direction.
We cannot afford Nuclear way too xpenssive to build.

Not surprised.....the fact is after years of thinking power was cheap, we are waking up to the cold reality.

I'll leave this post i made earlier

The fact is, if we want power, we got to pay for it at high prices. But most of us don't want to because we won't be able to afford the prices needed to kick start the sector.

You seem to fall under the small percentage who do not understand that the power industries are scandalous. Them lot requesting disconnections are on teh estimated billing circle, Why wont they request to be disconnected .All they need do is go to prepaid meters then let us see how the so called Discos are going to make any money. No light you pay no bills, that's the way it should go, there is no way on earth where PHCN supplied power was going to be dearer than Generators adn Solar.
