Take it as you will..cos I didn't see you jump to share knowledge you know to help him since you somehow know his age
I'm being my brother's keeper

I'm advising him exactly how to learn from experience...by reading . This thread and many others are books of knowledge. Schooling and reading are second nature ..then put it to use

As you can see the someone who helped by repeating the same thing in this thread written many times before still got a 'let me contact you'

At first I didn’t want to reply to your initial comment cause it was of no use
If I chose to contact him is there a problem with that?
Do you have a problem with that?
Yes I go to school
I read and study I understand but every one needs help at some point. I can bet that even you would need help not necessarily in affairs like this but you would ask for help at some point even after reading through and going through and yet you’d still not understand and you’d need proper guidance.
Even if I contacted him/her and still got no response theres nothing there or wrong with that.you weren’t the one I contacted. And also you want to tell me you haven’t asked any on this platform Not everyone learns by reading some needs to be explained to

To go to the US on holiday, you need a B1/B2 Visa.
To get a B1/B2 Visa, you need to follow the steps below

Step 1
Fill DS-160 form
https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx
Step 2
Pay visa fees (GTB online or walk into branch or other banks***)
Step 3
Create an account here, www.ustraveldocs.com and use DS160 Confirmation Number and Visa Fees number to fill out profile. Then also book appointment here.

You will only see option of checking dates after Step 1 and 2 are completed.

Please take your time to fill the DS160. Don’t rush. Use 3 days or more.

To increase your chances of approval, be thorough in your DS160 info. Demonstrate that you have compelling reasons to leave the US after your vacation. Your mom sponsoring you 100% is good, but creates a room for doubt because she wont give you her life savings if you decide to elope, but you will become a charge on tax payers - benefits, working under the radar etc etc while trying to adjust status and get papers etc etc.

Hi good afternoon
I sent an email please respond ..

Good morning guys
I need help
So I’m still in school, I’m doing my bachelor’s degree but I’m in final year already. I plan on going to the US after my final exams for holiday. The trip will be sponsored by my mom and also I have few friends there that wants me to stay with them when I come so accommodation won’t be an issue.
My question here is how do I go about it?
What do I need to apply? Why medical exams do I need to undergo? What are the fees? What are my chances of visa approval? Do I need to apply with my mom as she is of a high position in her company to increase my chances? I mean I’ll apply under her as her dependant I’m 20 years old.. will that work?? And also I was rejected twice by the Canadian embassy when I applied for my student visa for my bachelor’s degree. Reason for the first was ‘I am not satisfied you will leave Canada at the end of your stay based on your personal assets and financial status when I first applied I was just 18 and my mom had about 140k cad when converted in her account. So I tried applying again boosted my pof and had about 240k cad . She included sponsorship letter, cac, previous visas and passport and any other thing you can think of but I was still denied. Reason same as the first

Do you think this will affect my chances of a visa approval?

Do I need to get an invitation letter from my friends there?

I have read through the thread but the more I read the more confusing it is for me
Please help a sister
someone should please respond

This only raises more questions. There's more to VO's concerns. As a 19 year old, parent sponsorship shouldn't be an issue at all.

I'm tired of answering questions. Who knows how ircc works?

That explains a lot. Does your sponsor have more than enough to cover your tuition fees and living expenses for the total 4 years?

Yes, previous application 140k plus CAD after inflow and outflow, second application almost 200k CAD

Take heart Chief. If you'd want to re-apply, since you have just one refusal reason, order your GCMS notes - I'm sure the reason can be easily tackled. If you don't mind too:

- does your sponsor's POF cover your the entire program duration and entire living expenses? For instance, if its a 2 year course - sponsor should have $20k CAD plus entire school fees. If its 4 year course, $40k CAD plus entire school fees.

- also if sponsor is not Dad/Mum, you might want the person to send you some amount as gift deed to show committment.

I mentioned the above for two common reasons - their concern might have been that the funds shown might not cover the total expense or the VO doubts the access to funds is assured, if its third-party sponsor.

But truly, your notes will explain better. You might wanna go for apply for notes from CBSA instead cos I hear its faster.

Wish you strength, grace and direction.

Yes , even my first application had like 140kcad balance In it after inflow and outflow but I was still denied based on assets and status, then the second application I grew the account and i was still refused

If it's not too personal, how old are you? Or what's your age range? And did you include your own bank statements?

paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable.

My Second application was a lot stronger than thr first. My first application was weak and I knew. Reasons for my first refusal was ; I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at thr end of your stay.

Maybe it’s a random document to be uploaded by all applicants...cuz like have seen 4different people that are asked to upload it as well

Well it's not among the compulsory documents its optional but I filled mine. Since you are being asked for it, I suggest you should fill it.
I think you should still wait for others to throw more light, I might be wrong
