Romance / Re: Ladies Who Rejected Marriage Proposal, What Was Your Reason? by Esychem(f): 9:20pm On Aug 24, 2021
I paid a visit for the first time. He came to pick me up, the car was extremely dirty and so messed. I got to his house, mosquito welcomed me in the parlour in their groups. I enter kitchen to fix something for my self... A big mess. I managed to clean the kitchen. Later I enter the bedroom and saw headquarters of cobweb. He drove out and came back later with mosquito fleet. I was encouraged to stay the night. OMO I did vigil that night killing varieties of mosquitoes, I even started crying, uncle no even send me o.
In the morning, I asked him to assist me so we clean the house, he was busy pressing phone. I kept calm. I later asked him why he don't clean, he said " he grew up with big sisters and house help, therefore he don't like cleaning, ordinary plate he ate with, he can't even wash it. He was not even encouraging me or motivating.
I left the house o politely and each time he calls to ask about the marriage stuff, I told him we can't be together. He said he will change but I cannot kill myself, treating malaria is expensive.

Sports / Re: Chukwuebuka Enekwechi's Sister Blasts Nigerian Women by Esychem(f): 5:09pm On Aug 05, 2021
Why will a woman attack a man because of his choice of partner, just like many black women marry white men. What business do you have to do with a man and woman's choice of partner? We channel our energy on things that do not matter at all in this country.
Meanwhile, not all Nigerian ladies are bad, many of us work, side hustle too, study, take care of our siblings fee and household needs.
Most of you criticizing Nigerian ladies, can't even tolerate some behaviours of white ladies. There are great women out there doing so well for themselves and most men in Nigeria see successful ladies as threat or intimidation. I remember someone telling me, " Nne, after your masters program, do not start PhD program immediately so you settle down fresh. PhD will scare men away from you". That's the perception we exhibit.

Family / Re: The Biggest Mistake In Marriage Right Now For A Woman by Esychem(f): 9:43am On May 23, 2020
Not all ladies are like that. I started working during my third year, during NYSC I did two teaching jobs and private lessons. I know I have to assist my mum and siblings as well take care of myself without looking for a man to do so. With the little I earn I was able to complete my late father's house of which was deserted. I have been working, running MSc (almost rounding) without looking at any man for fund and God blessed me with a lecturing Job.

Do you know that most men feel so insecure most time with someone who earn more. One told me that I don't like asking him for money and he is not cool with it because he feels it is his responsibility.
My mum trained us to work out our money and be great wives. If some men still feel they need be entitled to you and when you don't ask they feel insecure. Why say bad stuffs about some women, when some men are scared a lady at 25-29 who is rich and drive car, the society consider high class.

Romance / Re: Dating A Guy Who Barely Calls Or Texts And Sometimes Ignore #Confused by Esychem(f): 2:02pm On Mar 09, 2017
my dear some guys are like that, my guy is extremely busy that I have watched him travelled to and fro every week, his biz and job he ran same time. He told me when he asked me out that his only challenge is he doesn't call or no much time to himself. I have watched that happen sometimes that he barely eat, I sometimes text him for him to remember his meal. He dnt call that often, he is not the call type, I call him once and if u he dnt pick he may text what he s doing that dnt need picking calls. most times in d car or house, he ll be responding to calls 24/7 . It gives me concern but I have learnt to care for him as he always appreciate me anytime I do so, and he always sorry whenever he notice am getting upset. I am extra busy now so as to suit him as well. Try and know what your guy does all time, then tell him, that u appreciate his hard work but u need some attention from him, if he dnt respond well to that or give u some reason then give him a little break, get busy a while, u ll be fine.

Politics / Re: The Real Owners Of Oil Blocks In The Niger-Delta Exposed...(pics) by Esychem(f): 9:45am On May 27, 2016
y r u people putting two head together, saboteurs everywhere, dnt u kn that ss bear some names in common with Easterners. westerner try and get ur brain right, my mum is from the east, my dad is a SS, my native name is Onyekachi. who will ever believe that am from SS. get urselves right. stop preaching hatred cos nairaland have sown hatred in the heart of many tribes. I have Yoruba cousins due to the good intertribal marriage then. but not permitted again cos of ur preach. SS especially rivers have a part called oyigbo, etche, egbema, omuma etc whc all speak Igbo, bear Igbo name and have Igbo culture. likewise delta, some places like ogwashi, isselle ukwu, asaba etc just like the governor's name is Ifeanyi, all bear Igbo name, tradition and culture. The governor of rivers starting from odili, his wife is IMO, amaechi I think is anambra or Enugu, likewise wike.likewise my father's house, r made up core Igbo. the earlier u kn that these two geopolitical zone have many things in common. IMO, abia, akwa ibom, cross river, bayelsa, delta, edo, rivers, ondo have oil wells and r the nigerdelta region. egbema is IMO a boundary with rivers. before u write something, get ur brain intact and have a good write up. u CNT bring hatred between we and people around us, I have every tribe as my friend. stop preaching hatred cos an attack on region will affect the others.

so bad that everyone comes here to rant and go off ur daily life. keep blaming each other till they come knocking at ur door, or maybe when they kill one of blood or ur family then u ll kn the pain of others. many civilians in d village are so unarmed, many youths r not around and this ugly incident befall their loved ones and u keep laughing at it. wait till u go down 6 feet d ground then u ll kn what it means to be united. they r coming close to us all, they r everywhere. u r in the city ranting, what if ur multimillionaire dad house was destroyed, ur grand parents killed, ur cousins, aunts, uncle in the village r killed. my dear ones, d earlier the better for us. they r heartless, dey dnt value human life and christian restrict from killing abii. then stay there in disunity till they knock on ur door. our politicians have their families abroad stop protecting them. wen it happens, it wnt affect them but rather the poor innocent ones, d aged, d children. Be wise
