In my opinion, nothing is impossible. Firstly contact the embassy, they will likely tell you to book an appointment for the child using your application's reference number so that the child won't have to wait for long should your interview come first before the child's own. But if your interview has not been scheduled, chances are high that they might merge both to be on the same day. You have to get the consent of the father in writing approving the child to leave the country. Try to get all the necessary documents and you will be fine.

Best wishes

Thanks for your response. I will do just so.

Hello all
Trust you are all doing fine.
I really appreciate the effort put into this platform to educate all to success.

I want to ask a question.
Can one travel at the same time with a child (10 years)to Germany as a student without waiting for family reunification ?

I learned someone did so, though not from Nigeria. She gave the embassy tangible reasons, and she was allowed and traveled same time with the child to Germany for her school.

If yes, how can the child be included during interview because in this case, appointment has been booked without the child already. How can the child.

Can one write/call the embassy to know if the child can be involved in the interview ๐Ÿค”

I'm curious. I will appreciate your response.

Hello lovely people. Iโ€™m creating a group for anyone interested in the Ausbildung program where we can brainstorm, share idea and probably practice the language. Iโ€™m just starting myself tho and think it would be great to interact with likeminded people for motivation. Please DM if interested.

The current timeline is those that booked mid July that are getting AD against for mid April. So expect your AD around July or ending June. Do deep research and Google the university offering ur area of interest, check admission dates and apply for winter semester in schools that indicate they offer admission letter early or offer rolling admission. Try university of Hamburg. Also apply for less competitive courses that has some sort of link to either your bachelor's or work experience. If uni assist delays you, make sure you're also applying to schools that don't use uni assist

Thanks a lot.
I have been applying but it hasn't been successful ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ˜ช
I will look at this sch right away.

This is dangerous. You would have applied for summer admission then enrol and skip this summer semester so that your admission is valid. With the current pace(currently July), expect your date in may(19 months 2-3 weeks).

Unless you apply to a school this month and the admission will be available next month, get ready to pay for private school tuition which cost an average of โ‚ฌ4000 per semester. Embassy expects you to pay for one year tuition which amounts to โ‚ฌ8000 or you'll get a rejection. That's the major rejection case for German student visa.

So if you can't get admission before June(Your AD date), that visa is gone

Hello Hannania
Please I would love to talk to you privately if you don't mind. Can you kindly message me on ask4euniceblack@gmail.com

I will appreciate it a lot ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿ’ฏ
