Literature / Re: Myth Debunked: Samuel Crowther's Book Written By Sierra Leonian Igbo. by EzeAro: 1:57am On Nov 04, 2021 |
Igboid:Lol arguing with Ndi OFE-mmanu is a waste of time, simple logic is very far from these people and you've got to wonder how they even pride themselves as the most "sophisticated" and educated people in Africa. I mean these are the same clowns who somehow told every listening ear that cared to listen that their founder Oduduwa descended from heaven and landed in Ile-ife (meanwhile his father Lamurudu was supposed to come from Mecca), such tales of utter ridiculousity can only hold sway in a region where excess red oil is a luxury diet 4 Likes |
Politics / Re: WAR WITHOUT END: Life In Ìgàngàn After Fulani Eviction By Igboho by EzeAro: 10:17am On Nov 03, 2021 |
SlyDev:You fought all these epic wars, yet your ancestors made history for been the only people in Southern Nigeria to have a Fulani emirate in Kwara ruling over the indigenous Yorubawa people till date...if that's not the height of cowardice, then I don't know what else I'll call it. For proper context, a bunch of turban wearing fulani teenagers from the far-flung deserts of Sokoto came all the way to Yorubaland, then annexed a whole territory and forced the people to bow before an EMIR on Yoruba soil... that historical stain of shame and ignominy will never ever be wiped off 6 Likes |

Foreign Affairs / Re: Ethiopia's Tigray Crisis: Citizens Urged To Defend Addis Ababa Against Rebels by EzeAro: 8:39pm On Nov 02, 2021 |
bigpriik:The Tigray situation is completely different from Biafra, the Tigray government have been in power for decades, and as such have had access to much of the sophisticated armory in the whole of Ethiopia before they were kicked out by the present government... plus Tigray forces are getting support from the Oromo Liberation front and other major allies within the regions of Ethiopia. ESN on the other hand are just attacking security formations and looting the few rusty AK-47 rifles which they use to fight a better armed military (complete mismatch), unfortunately ESN have no strategy or competent supply chain for their logistics to prosecute a conventional war against the government... ESN are or were better off just been the vigilante unit created to flush out Fulani terrorists in our forest landmarks, the lack of tact and planning by IPOB/ESN has now come to haunt the East cause we are now facing overwhelming carnage from a largely undisciplined Nigerian military populated by illiterate Hausa/Fulani recruits that see the South as pretty much conquered territory. ESN should restrategise FAST and make covert allies who will give them the military logistics to effectively counter the Nigerian military brutality and turn the tide, Boko haram, ISWAP and even ordinary Bandits in the North have MRAPS, armored vehicles, artillery guns, heavy machine guns, GPMGs, RPGs etc and we can how they are giving the useless Nigerian soldiers HELL across the North, the South East isn't ready for war right now, we have far more at stake to lose in a protracted war against the government... its best whomever is advising Ipob should tell them to disarm every and any armed group in the East before it gets out of hand... You can't win a war armed with few rusty AK-47s stolen from slain security men. 1 Like |

Exactly, it's war and there will be casualties on both sides, the Nigerian security forces lost a lot of men yesterday and they had to have a return match ...ESN know what they signed up for when they decided to go into armed struggle... My own is that as long as the typically irresponsible Nigerian soldiers don't go around killing innocent people, then let them go bullet for bullet against their fellow armed adversaries. |

flokii: The audacity of this yorubawa pig, maybe you should be more worried about the rising spate of cultism, ritual killings, fulani banditry, rapes and thuggery plaguing your region, cause at the rate yorubandits keep harvesting each other's skulls and body parts for Ogun owo... those rich Igbo boys who have bought off almost half of the South west might start PIMPING out your dirty women to the highest bidders, since no sane Igbo man will contemplate settling for your bottom barrel trashy women. |

Very stagnating and retrogressive mindset, if it was all about recalling Ighalo simply for his "experience", then Rohr and NFF might as well give invites to the likes of Kanu, Okocha, Yobo, Oliseh etc... Ighalo voluntarily retired and he should stick to this decision and principles and stay retired... we have young brilliant strikers like Osimhen, Iheanacho, Awoniyi, Onuachu, Umar Sadiq, Terem Moffi already having fantastic seasons in the top leagues across Europe already and most of them are playing or have played in top class tournaments like the champions league, Europa league etc, so why the heck do we need some guy enjoying his last remaining years of football retirement in Saudi Arabia? when we hope that we see the young ones grow and flourish, we still dey hinge our hopes on a guy who has enjoyed his football to the fullest and should be enjoying his retirement already? Naija tire person I swear. 4 Likes |

Politics / Which Region Is Actually SAFE Right Now In Nigeria? by EzeAro: 12:08pm On Oct 29, 2021 |
I'm asking because this sudden show of concern by certain sections of the country towards the security situation in the East is very odd considering that Igbos are the people everyone in Nigeria loves to hate. Even on Twitter, its either one Fulani or Yoruba idiot yapping about IPOB this ESN that while their own regions are plagued with as much if not worse crisis. Shall I call this one sudden love for the Igbos abi wetin? one useless Aboki will be forming moral judge and advocate on Igbo matter, meanwhile the same Aboki idiot can't even travel to his own state because Bandits and ISWAP have already formed a parallel government there. A Yoruba man will be ranting about Anambra election and IPOB, meanwhile people are been kidnapped almost on daily basis across the SW, bandits literally just got a prison break bonanza in Oyo state few days ago... fulani herdsmen are still killing residents in the SW and let's not even talk about the spate of ritual killings on the rise as well! So which region in Nigeria is actually SAFE enough to talk afford to talk smack about the crisis situationa plaguing the East? Only few states in the South South is slightly even trying when it comes to security and peace... otherwise everywhere in Nigeria is a HELL-HOLE... yet this bunch of Igbo-obsessed weirdos can't seem to stop talking about the East... very useless lots 1 Like |
