Please am new here. Am planning on applying for a masters degree program in Canada. Does anyone know a university that can admit student with low GPA from first degree. I graduated with a 2.5 GPA and most schools I have made enquiries with do not accept such a low GPA.

My passport is with the Nigerian immigration for renewal,can i use the bio data page of the expired one to apply for a canadian study permit?

I want to start my application for canada study permit ,but due to the lockdown my international passport is with the Nigerian immigration office for renewal. Can i apply using the data page from my expired passport?
