Madam Governor has shown tremendous hunger in fixing her disciples in strategic positions ranging from Commissioner slots to positions of MDs and Special Advisers. Madam Governor has equally shielded these non performing criminals who have stolen our common wealth with impunity. What do we call a woman who appointed eighty percent of all appointments in the second term of her husband? She is the real governor of Anambra. Not even her husband, the elected Governor of the state can question her authority.

She has openly assaulted the elected Governor of Anambra State and many others severally in public functions in the state. Severally, she has even gone to the extent of tearing her husband's clothes just to make sure he does not show up in events she disapproves of. Many of similar assaults have taken place in public functions where Madam Governor suffer relapse on her mental disorders that always turns her to a complete insane animal where no one is spared, not even the governor of the State.

We have learnt that it was in a quest to heal her mother of this mental disorder that their precious daughter decided to study a rare course in medical psychology to be able to find solution for her mother who is still very unappreciative.

Onyiridiya Ebelechukwu Obiano considers herself the ruler and substantive Governor of Anambra State. A look at the modus operandi of these Madam Governor's criminal gangs in government circle revealed that they have no fear of the Governor and they are resolute because of the protection being offered by the ever greedy Madam Governor who wants to amass the whole wealth of Anambra State.
Onyiridiya Ebelechukwu Obiano is even toying with the idea of being the Godmother of Anambra politics.
Onyiridiya has totally subdued the husband to the extent that she forced him to agree that it is her turn to run for Anambra North Senatorial seat after the tenure of her husband. It was a heavy fight that was only resolved by some senior traditional rulers in Anambra North before she gave the husband a breathing space.

Onyiridiya's irrational conversion of Anambra wealth through the unjust acquiescence of the unremitted revenues accruing to Anambra state. She is driven by her desire to be the Godmother of Anambra politics. That's why she has spread her dragnet of to convert all Anambra wealth into her personal estate.

It should not surprise anyone why David Nzekwu, Anambra State wealth wiping Wiper, Uchenna Okafor and the disgraced Okey Anyayo and their gangs of IGR criminal act with inpunity. They derive their powers from Madam Governor. They are untouchable because of Madam Governor. Mr. Luke Aniakor, the terror of all Ministries in Anambra State is a direct stooge of Madam Governor. 5. Is Elo Gwacham the one laundering all the IGR money for Ebelechukwu Obiano, the Madam Governor of Anambra State.

Anambra State is in serious need of her stakeholders who will look the elected Governor in the face and tell him to put his house in order. They need to tell him to sack the commissioner for trade and commerce, Uchenna Okafor, Dr. Nzekwu and field tout Anyayo.

The frantic efforts of the government media team in trying to manage today's expose about taking 250 friends to Rome just for a Papal Knight decoration is to me a useless venture. I am also aware that the unfortunate makeshift emergency philanthropic acts in America (feeding the poor in America while the poor in Anambra state are left to die in hunger) was to impress the Pope as clips of that sorry sight was sent to the Vatican.

As long as the Commissioner of Commerce and Industry, Uchenna Okafor ,the Wiping Wiper with his cabals are still holding tight to our Internal Generated Revenue, we will continue to expose the sick Jezebel of Anambra State, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, Osodietipia ,the Madam Governor of the State.

A good woman died by poisoning and a then secretary, Madam Governor moved into the home of the Chief Mourner (Chief Obiano) immidiately and within some days, the maid of the house also died under a very mysterious circumstance. I am appealing to organisations and stakeholders in Anambra East Local Government to join us in this fight especially the people from Aguleri whom she has sworn to intimidate and deprive of everything good. We are fully aware that she sees any serious appointment of an Aguleri person as a threat. She has completely replaced every Aguleri person and people from other communities in Anambra East with her cousins and half brothers from Ogbunike. She tried removing the Chief of Staff to Anambra State government and planned with her boyfriend Uzuegbunam Okagbue who she made the Deputy Chief of Staff, a position and office not known to the laws of Anambra State, and hatched a plan to replace the COS with her cousin Ekene Enefe who's futile effort at contesting for Federal House of Reps was sabotaged by Wiping Wiper, another of her lover and business partner. Time not only confirmed the above but also exposed this facts!

We have all seen from previous IGR figures that Anambra recorded the highest IGR numbers in the 4th quarter of 2018 when Dr Nzekwu was not in charge. Now the IGR is dying under Dr. Nzekwu, Wiping Wiper and their field tout, Anyayo. No wonder Madam Governor became mad when she leant of the removal of Okey Anyayo. She knows that her sources of illegal income is threatened and she charged like a wild lioness that she is, invoking and meting out hell to her husband, Ebubenwunyie of Igboland until he succumbed to avoid death by high blood pressure. AGAIN, MRS OBIANO, 'MADAM GOVERNOR' OF ANAMBRA STATE REVERSES DEPUTY GOVERNOR OBIANO

Once again, Madam Governor has reversed her drunken husband, Deputy Governor OBIANO. Quite shameful that the Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Uchenna Okafor, the IGR Wiping Wiper of Anambrae State and the incompetent Nzekwu have their ways once again with Madam Governor, being so livid because her sources of free money is threatened by the appointment of a man who will sanitize the IGR system in Anambra State. Madam Governor had to squeeze his husband's balls forcing him to reverse the demotion and removal of the field tout Okey Anyayo who is also Madam Governor's cousin, as SSA IGR, weeks after effecting his removal.

As soon as Anyayo was removed from office, he ran crying to wiping Wiper and Elo Gwacham, the owner of Meloch, Best Western Hotel, in Ifite Awka and they both mounted pressure on Madam Governor who promised them that she knows how to handle the Ebubenwunyie of Aguleri and that she'll so squeeze his balls that he will immediately reverse the decision and she did!. Needless to say that Elo Gwacham is the conduit Madam Governor uses in siphoning the State's IGR to her foreign accounts. He equally controls a vast number of parks and markets that do not remit any money to the state.

Madam Governor does not care that the decision to reverse deputy Governor OBIANO is a huge insult to her husband and brings about great disrespect to him. No wonder, Wiping Wiper was seen boasting that there's nothing the deputy Governor OBIANO would do to remove him from office. Ndi Anambra, Madam Governor sees your internally generated revenue as her property and so does not care if OBIANO goes to jail or dies before completing his tenure. Her men are well entrenched and it seems there's nothing anyone can do about it. She has so much money already that she can bribe her way through the security agencies including the EFCC.

The state workers should know that the paltry sums they receive as salaries that haven't been increased in years of Ebubenwunyie of Aguleri is largely because Madam Governor has sworn not to allow the state IGR to meet N3b/month as promised by Akpokuonwayi Global as condition for increasing your salaries.

Yesterday, Tuesday, 7th of January, 2020, Mr. Luke Aniakor moved to the government Lodge the whooping sum of two hundred million naira (200,000,000) in five Ghana Must Go Bags. This is part payment for Enugwu-Agidi- Nawgwu-Ukwulu road rehabilitation. The money was received on Madam Governor's behalf by a dark woman by name Ngoz who is a Protocol officer who works mainly at the governor's lodge. This rehabilitation job awarded to Madam Governor has been abandoned and she does not care because the road monitoring agency in Anambra State has her stooge as the MD.

Also, news has it that Ebubenwunyie and Onyinridiya have been nominated for papal award in far away Rome by the Pope. The seeming flambuoyant and reckless wastage of Anambra IGR on a section of American homeless and unemployed that receive social security dividends from the United States' Government was a show off to present themselves to the Pope as philanthropists extraordinaire! They have becomes so obsessed that they are willing to go to Rome with all the Commissioners and MDs of parastatals. That was why Contractors were not paid in Anambra State. Onyinridiya wants to have enough cash to throw around.
They have even jettissoned the hostel made available to them by the Pope. They feel too big to sleep in a hostel meant for Cardinals. The Imelda Marcos of Anambra State will not have any of it. She's not tired of spending and that's why she swore that Okey Anyayo must be re-instated. She's scared stiff that the new person, one Engr. Basil who is of impecabble character, the Ribadu type of person, is such a big threat to her and her gang and must be cut down at all cost before taking office.

1. ONYIRIDIYA made it look like anyone loyal to her husband is an anti ONYIRIDIYA so the appointees that learnt of these early enough curried her favour and earned her trust. But to curry her favour requires that you start making returns to Madam. For example, any TC Chairman that fails to make returns to ONYIRIDIYA will end up losing his or her position at the end of their first three months.

Those loyal to her husband are often her targets and most often are framed by the Chief Security Officer for either acquiring a non-existent car or plot of land, or a house. They usually play on Obiano loathing of corruption to clinically execute the plan such that the accused will not have the opportunity to clear him/her name before the Governor.
Most MDs of parastatals she found to be loyal to her husband the Governor, have either been removed or demoted for no just cause, and replaced with people who will guarantee returns to her.

The occupant of these positions are her closest confidants. ONYIRIDIYA does not care if these positions are not approved by the House of Assembly. All she does is to squeeze the balls of the Governor until he gives in, then she is happy to give him some breathing space to work.

ONYIRIDIYA’s unquenchable taste for money is what causes her to use Mr. Luke Aniakor to terrorize the Permanent Secretaries in the Ministries asking for ONYIRIDIYA’s quota.
ONYIRIDIYA collects 100% payment for projects before she starts execution. As a matter of fact, ONYIRIDIYA’s companies have not been able to complete any project since the second tenure of Governor Obiano despite collecting 100% payment.

The funny thing is that the Commissioners and MDs are those that bring these ideas to her so they can remain in her good books. Engr. Emeka Okoye has for instance awarded a total of N5b contracts to ONYIRIDIYA’s companies and paid her 100% upfront.
Infact, it is because ARMA has awarded 50% of the maintenance works to ONYIRIDIYA that emboldened Emeka Okoye to also award over N2b worth of contracts to his own companies often claiming they are ONYIRIDIYA’s companies. That bastardized the purpose for creating the parastatal resulting in the abysmal condition of Anambra roads during the rainy seasons as never seen before. It’s unfortunate that the Governor has not decided to remove Emeka Okoye despite his abysmal failures.

EBELECHUKWU OBIANO (ONYIRIDIYA), THE ENEMY WITHIN SERIES - PART 1

Living up to our promises to release the can of worms if the gang of Wiper, Nzekwu and ONYIRIDIYA, we’ll be releasing details of how Ebelechukwu Obiano (Onyiridiya) has been sabotaging the efforts of her husband and weakening his position as the leader of our great party, APGA. Since ONYIRIDIYA has vowed that the trio of Wiper, Nzekwu and Anyayo are going nowhere, Ayamelum Frontiers for Democracy and Good Governance have declared a ‘No holds barred’ moment in Anambra State.

The fact is that ONYIRIDIYA by trying to show everyone that she can influence the husband, has turned out to become the real enemy within. Some argued that her case is not different from the case of women who are brought up out of wedlock. Girls who lacked father figure often do not know that what a husband demands from his wife is simply respect.
ONYIRIDIYA willfully disrespects her husband at will, slaps him even in public and subjects him to public ridicule just to prove to her teeming loyalist that she’s in charge, and the ‘SHE’ that must be obeyed.

ONYIRIDIYA has gone beyond the point of no return because she has compelled her husband to overturn State Exco decisions, disregarded the state’s legislature and rubbished the APGA party administrative structure.
Today, we’ll talk only about how she inadvertently turned her husband into an object of public ridicule.

1. ONYIRIDIYA made it look like anyone loyal to her husband is an anti ONYIRIDIYA so the appointees that learnt of these early enough curried her favour and earned her trust. But to curry her favour requires that you start making returns to Madam. For example, any TC Chairman that fails to make returns to ONYIRIDIYA will end up losing his or her position at the end of their first three months.

Those loyal to her husband are often her targets and most often are framed by the Chief Security Officer for either acquiring a non-existent car or plot of land, or a house. They usually play on Obiano loathing of corruption to clinically execute the plan such that the accused will not have the opportunity to clear him/her name before the Governor.
Most MDs of parastatals she found to be loyal to her husband the Governor, have either been removed or demoted for no just cause, and replaced with people who will guarantee returns to her.

ONYIRIDIYA’s unquenchable taste for money is what causes her to use Mr. Luke Aniakor to terrorize the Permanent Secretaries in the Ministries asking for ONYIRIDIYA’s quota.
ONYIRIDIYA collects 100% payment for projects before she starts execution. As a matter of fact, ONYIRIDIYA’s companies have not been able to complete any project since the second tenure of Governor Obiano despite collecting 100% payment.

The funny thing is that the Commissioners and MDs are those that bring these ideas to her so they can remain in her good books. Engr. Emeka Okoye has for instance awarded a total of N5b contracts to ONYIRIDIYA’s companies and paid her 100% upfront.
Infact, it is because ARMA has awarded 50% of the maintenance works to ONYIRIDIYA that emboldened Emeka Okoye to also award over N2b worth of contracts to his own companies often claiming they are ONYIRIDIYA’s companies. That bastardized the purpose for creating the parastatal resulting in the abysmal condition of Anambra roads during the rainy seasons as never seen before. It’s unfortunate that the Governor has not decided to remove Emeka Okoye despite his abysmal failures.

Mrs Obiano- The substantive Governor of Anambra State

When in 2014, Senator Ekwunife describes Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano as the she wolf, many did not understand her but she described how Ebelechukwu Obiano diabolically eliminated the Governor's beloved first wife out of this world paving way for her to capture and hypnotize Willie Obiano, making him to hate his brothers and other family members. Since Mrs Obiano manipulated her way into the heart of the Governor, she has ruthlessly and mercilessly forced decisions against the good intentions of her husband. It was said that this was the major reason Willie Obiano couldn’t ascend the position of the Managing Director of Fidelity Bank. It was her attitude that drove the Governor into drunkenness especially when it became difficult for her to conceive.

Mrs Obiano is so razz and uncultured having been raised by a single mother that was busy having children for eight different men. Up till today, people still wonder what could have brought such a cultured and well trained man like Willie Obiano, together with such an uncultured Osodietipia. It’s common knowledge that Mrs Obiano has overturned many Executive decisions that does not favour her business interest. She has even caused letters of appointments made by the Governor to be either withheld or sub-planted with another one. It’s common knowledge that Mrs Obiano does not mind making their home uncomfortable for her husband until he reverses the Exco decisions. She doesn’t care even if by doing that, the husband commits an impeachable offense.
It’s common knowledge that she was the one that foiled the Senatorial ambition of Bianca Ojukwu. Bianca herself knows that Governor Obiano supported her ambition and worked hard for her emergence but unknown to the Governor, Madam Governor worked with Nicholas Ukachukwu to surplant Bianca even though he used Bianca’s naivety against her. The most troubling reversal of Exco decision happened when Madam Governor used her diabolical powers to overrule the Executive Council decisions regarding facility management in the Government Lodges. Despite Exco’s approval of some companies by merit, Osodietipia, the She that must be obeyed,, swung into action to deploy her companies to the various contracts thereby nullifing Executive Council decisions. Till today, her companies are the ones executing all the contracts in all the Government lodges. And the worst is that in the face of all these, the Governor seems so powerless.

Mrs. Obiano's appetite for money is unquenchable to the extent that she does not even understand what is meant by conflict of interest by those in government. She’s everywhere. She’s scheming using known proxies in all ministries. She uses CAFE her pet program as the reason for her excessive acquisitions. She manipulates the State’s IGR through the Wiping Wiper using Dr. Nzekwu and the disgraced and demoted Okey Anyayo. He also uses Mr Luke Aniakor, Emeka Ozumba, and many others as her proxies in moping all the funds from Anambra State. She forced the installation of her brother as the Anambra Market Chairman and he collects over N20m monthly in IGR from the markets in Anambra State but remits a paltry N300k to the state.

Below are some of the companies she uses to execute the facilities management and other contracts in Anambra State against the approval of the Anambra State Executive Council.

The ten companies mentioned above are owned 100% by madam governor of Anambra State. Those are some of the companies that Mr. Luke Obiakor uses to terrorise Permanent Secretaries in all the Ministries in Anambra State. The slow pace of many contracts and road repairs in Anambra state like the Enugu-Agidi- Nawgwu -Ukwulu road which is not yet done 50% is because the job is under Mrs Obiano even when the contract has been fully paid. The Amawbia-Nise-Nri-Agulu road rehabilitation is not done 30% because Madam Governor is the one handling the repairs and the Commissioner for works dare not query her almost uncompromising attitude to the pace expected of construction companies in Anambra state in execution of these road contracts

1. Paul Obiakor moves millions of naira every week to the governor's lodge at Amawbia. We have records and will unleash this if the governor did not listen to us.

2. Details of all jobs done in all ministries by Mrs Obiano will be published.

3.All the contracts Mrs Obiano cornered at ASUBBEB which she has not done and the ones she barely touched will be published in our subsequent publications.

4. Anambra Roads Maintenance Agency (ARMA) is squarely under Mrs Obiano as she positioned her cousin as the MD of ARMA since it's inception. We have records of all roads she collected money for but refused to execute the repairs.

5. We will publish the names of Mrs Obianos's agents in Ministries, Agencies, MDAs and Parastals of government in Anambra state who Mrs Obiano positioned as Commissioners and MDs. These people make returns to her every month.

6. We will expose local and international bank accounts of Mrs. Obiano. Monies she siphoned and lodged with her mothers, daughter and brother and those monies she lodged with her boyfriend in America.

Honourable Uche Okafor presided over a failed reconciliation meeting aimed at giving the greedy and selfish Commissioner for Commerce and Industry an escape route. Ayamelum Frontiers for Democracy and Good Governance reinstates that the issue of Mrs Obiano, Dr.Nzekwu, Anyanyo and Commissioner for Commerce and industry, Uchenna Okafor is an issue that concerns the whole state. It is about Anambra State. It is about us as a people who has been shortchanged for over six years. Calling few traditional rulers and stakeholders will not solve the situation. We maintain that Uchenna Okafor, Dr. Nzekwu and Anyanyo must leave the government of Anambra State. The Voice of Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano, The Hand of Uchenna Okafor (Wiper).

Ayamelum frontiers for democracy and good governance (AFDGG) calls for the immediate sack of Honourable. Uchenna Okafor, Commission for Commerce and industry in Anambra State for building the biggest automobile spare parts factory in Nigeria at his Awkuzu hometown. Hon. Uchenna Okafor is on a salary of five hundred thousand naira monthly yet he was able to build a palatial edifice at Banana Island in Lagos state. If such a big criminal as Uchenna Okafor is allowed to continue been in this government, it will confirm to all and sundry that the real governor of Anambra state is Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano.

We also call for an immediate investigation of the telephone call made from the United States of America by the Commander in Chief and the Chief Executive Madam Governor of Anambra State, Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano on the 24th of December. 2019. The discussion was about the Tippers demonstration that paralysed Anambra State for six hours. Madam Governor was angry because the Commissioner Uchenna Okafor was careless he could not nipp the challenge on the bud. She is angry because the demonstration opened the eyes of Anambrarians and they saw the naked truth in our expose in the last one month about the wicked and selfish actions of Madam Governor, Mrs Obiano, Dr. Nzekwu and Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Hon. Uchenna Okafor in the internal generation revenue sector in Anambra State.

As a barrister with twenty years of practicing experience, I have never seen a human so obsessed with money like Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano. It is no longer news that the proceeds from first and second quarter of 2019 fiscal year in the revenue generation platform in Anambra state is eighty percent (80%) diverted into the purses of Mrs Obiano, Uchenna Okafor, Dr. Nzekwu and Mr. Anyanyo. Presently Ninety percent (90%) of contractors working in Anambra are being owed because of the three wicked men and Madam Governor.

We call on the Stakeholders of this great state to call Chief Willie Obiano to order. The time is now. Such insult by Madam Governor and Uchenna Okafor on our common patrimony is unprecedented and must stop. Ayamelum frontiers for democracy and good governance will take a step further if Uchenna Okafor is allowed to continue to be in the government of Anambra State. We will not allow a criminal to continue to pillage our collective resources. Anambra State has endured enough of this financial robbery. We cannot allow a woman and her boyfriend who are financially insatiable to ruin us. We say capital NO to destiny killers like Uchenna Okafor (wiper, wiping away anambra wealth) and Madam Governor who are never contented with money and wealth.

We call on the churches to wade in.
Churches especially, the Catholic Churches cannot dent the fact that Nzekwu has already written that they’ll be heavily taxed. This is the handiwork of Wiper!
Nzekwu haven run out of ideas is now targeting the Church for taxes and possibly hitting the final nail that will bury APGA in the next election because he claims the Church played no role in electing Obiano.
All stakeholders must rally now to salvage the state from these wolves, now. On this note,we give the governor five days ultimatum to sack the commissioner for commerce and industry, Uchenna Okafor. This ultimatum will expire on the 31st of December, 2019. Failure to do that will open other dimensions in the struggle. Anambra must get it right. We are the light of the nation and so must not allow darkness represented by Uchenna Okafor, Dr. Nzekwu and their ilks to ruin us.

Obiano holidays in US as his commissioners fight dirty.



There’s an ongoing fight within Obiano’s cabinet and it’s a no holds barred and very messy fight involving Dr Christian Madubuko, the current Commissioner for transport in one part, and Uchenna Okafor “Wiper”, who is the commissioner for commerce and industry, and Osodietipia in another part.

Dr Christian Madubuko, is accusing Wiper and Osodietipia of swindling Anambra state to the tune of billions of naira, and that they are the reason why Anambra’s IGR is spiraling downwards on daily basis, he even provided account numbers and how much was lodged into them. “Within six months, a whopping three billion, six hundred thousand naira was lodged in his access bank account number 0023xxxx65. Another eight hundred million is lodged in his fidelity account number 616xxxx25.”

He further accused Wiper of holding 3 portfolios as commissioner in the state under the supervision of Osodietipia. In his words, Dr Madubuko wrote: “As at today, Hon. Okafor is the substantive head of Anambra Internal Revenue Service, commissioner for Commerce and Industry and the commissioner for transport because he has not handed over the ministry properly to Dr. Christian Madubuko who is presently Commissioner for Transport.”

“It is a known fact that the Commissioner for commerce and industry, Chief Uchenna Okafor (Wiper) is among the agents of the First Lady of anambra state. He has boasted on several fora that the real governor of anambra is Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano and not the husband. It is also a known fact that Hon. Uchenna Okafor is the only serving commissioner who has built a massive structure at Banana Island in Lagos State and is currently building another gingantic spare parts company at awkuzu, his hometown. He has vowed to make sure that he unseat the current commissioner for transport because he is man enough to expose the financial robbery going on in the IGR sector in anambra state.”

“It’s also important to note that since the unpopular appointment of Mr. Okafor as Commissioner for commerce and industry, there has been a steady increase in the activities of criminals around all the major parks and markets, extorting money from the good people of Anambra State. The truth is that none of those monies enters the state’s coffers and those criminals are direct recruitments of the commissioner using the disgraced SSA on IGR Okey Anyayo as the front man.”

Investigation revealed that the quest to succeed in her CAFÉ Programme, has turned the Anambra First Lady into a demagogue approving of every scheme crafted by Wiper and pressuring the Governor into accepting same. No wonder the hardworking Governor seems not to have any solution for the constant harassment of the people of the state by Wiper’s men at the parks and markets. It is an established fact that Wiper’s new motor spare parts factory at Awkuzu is jointly owned by Osodieme, the Governor’s wife. The factory investment is the major hold Wiper has on the Governor’s wife that guarantees her support”

“As at the last count, more than 10 contractors that worked in the state have died heartbroken and in great debts because of the abnormally long delays in payments for works executed while Wiper, Nzekwu and Osodieme are building factories and smiling to the banks.”

“Hidden revenue windows identified by Wiper’s foot soldiers are secretly tucked away by Anyayo, who prepares authorities for Nzekwu to sign off without questions and over 70% of such windows are unaccounted for. They go straight into their pockets. Osodieme takes 50%, Wiper takes 25%, Nzekwu takes 15% while the disgraced and demoted Anyayo, who also is Osodieme’s cousin, takes 10%.
Interestinly, Osodieme feeling the pressure of this expose immediately instructed her Press Secretary, Mr Ozumba to rush in defence of the corrupt and incompetent Uchenna Okafor, Nzekwu and her disgraced and demoted Cousin Anyanyo.”

“It’s on record that Wiper and Osodieme didn’t stop there. Their companies, Gold Fingers Nigeria Ltd. and Siva Engineering Limited among others are the conduits with which Osodieme siphons funds from the state coffers through the Ministry of Works and ARMA. It’s on record that it’s only these two companies that are being paid as at when due by the seems to be the Accountant General of the State.
In the last one year, contractors slaving for the State has not been paid. Some of them have slumped and died while some have slumped and are grateful they did not die while some have become incapacitated because Honestly. “

Points to take away from the exposé
1. Governor Willie Obiano is not in charge of the state as he’s barely sober enough to know what’s happening around him. Osodietipia is the real Governor who hires and fires.
2. If ordinary commissioners can be stealing billions and buying mansions in choice locations, imagine what the governor is doing.
3. Crimes and criminality is on the increase in Anambra despite them trying to pull wool over our eyes just like the commissioner said.
4. Contractors are owed and that’s why works are not going on anywhere in the state. Some of them died as a result of the debt.
5. They have a lot of fronts they use to fleece Anambra, and the two companies listed in the exposé are just minor ones. I can call Willie and Osodietipia’s other companies.
6. This further exonerates us on everything we have said about Obiano and his government.

If Commissioners can expose the rots in Obiano’s administration, I wonder what ordinary e-rats will defend again.

Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, The Cancerous Danger In Anambra State Government.

The unwarranted blockage of the only gateway into the Southeast from Lagos, the Niger Bridgehead by members of the Tippers Association yesterday was a great concern to genuine lovers of the governor of anambra state and his policies. The act must be condemned by all men with conscience. However, we have to look at the reasons for such drastic actions from a hitherto peaceful association

An underground investigation confirmed that these drivers pay up to two thousand naira on each delivery trip of either sand, or stone in addition to pay of different IGR teams for emblems, sanitation and all types of wicked taxes and end up paying above N3,500 per trip without receipts. These have drastically reduced their margins and customers are not willing to patronize them anymore. We also confirm that such very prohibitive taxes imposed on these drivers by the trio of Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and industry, Hon. Uchenna Okafor, Dr. Nzekwu and Okey Anyayo goes into their personal pockets because of the protection they enjoy from the wife of the governor of Anambra State, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano.

These criminals are providing the opposition with the needed tools to run down the government of Anambra State. The appearances and hijack of the protest by Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah and Godwin Ezemo seems to be opportunistic but no thanks to the people bringing shame and bad name to the hardworking Governor of Anambra State.Yesterday, the chronic iconic debtor , Ifeanyi Ubah feasted and cashed in on the confusion to make himself more popular.

It is crystal clear that business pay very high tax in Anambra state but the money goes to the pockets of just few people.
For the Tipper Operators to demonstrate in the manner they did yesterday showed that they have taken enough. So, one question remains, why are businesses paying so much taxes that don’t get into the state coffers but into people’s pockets while the state’s revenue base keeps shrinking in two straight quarters of 2019?

Why is an internationally recognized Auditor like Governor of Anambra State not interested in probing an ordinary fraud taking place right under his nose? The answer is not far fetched. Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano has constituted herself into the number one public enemy of Anambra state by her insatiable thirst for cash. She has often boasted that she does not depend on her husband the Governor for money. He tells whoever cares to listen that she always made her own money. So, let no one blame the Governor but the she-wolf who is taking full advantage of her marriage to a good man to ruin his office.

Mrs Obiano is the brain behind the dirty antics of Hon. Uchenna Okafor and his cohorts on the continuous depletion of anambra internal generated revenue challenge which continues to slide since the beginning of 2019. She seems bent on reversing all the good work done by her husband the Governor of anambra state in his first tenure because of her obsession with money.

What kind of a woman would deliberately be sabotaging her husband’s efforts just because of her insatiable quest for more cash? Today, it’s the Tipper Operators that are demonstrating. Tomorrow, it could be the Keke Operators and others who are heavily taxed.

We call on the Governor of Anambra State to show enough will and distance his wife from the coffers of the state. We also call on the governor to unconditionally sack the commissioner of commerce and industry with immediate effect. Anambra State On a Cataclysmic Fall to Financial Oblivion.

We the members of Ayamelum Frontiers for Democracy and Good Governance have vowed to expose the wicked commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Hon. Uchenna Okafor also known as Wiper because he is a financial assassin who specializes in wiping government reserves with the speed of light.
In first (Q1) and second (Q2) quarters of this year, 2019 alone, the quadruplet of Uchenna Okafor, Mrs Obiano, Dr. Nzekwu and the disgraced and demoted SSA on IGR, Mr. Anyayo have fleeced Anambra State of more than N6b being about 50% decrease on 2018 IGR figures according to the data from National Bureau of Statistics. We all know that His Excellency, Governor Obiano worked the most part of his career life in the banking sector. No wonder he brought the bulk of his men from the banking sector believing that the result-oriented work style of the bank is enough to drive performance in the various parastatals he placed them but alas, the reverse is the case as they have constituted themselves into digital crooks for the wiping Wiper. No wonder that people like Dr. Nzekwu have abused the opportunity to serve the state seeing it as the ultimate opportunity to enrich himself by quickly attaching himself to Wiper who leads him and deploys the Mr. Anyanyo as the field soldier in their ultimate quest.
His excellency failed to demand straight results from the likes of Dr. Nzekwu who he hired from the banking system. They hide under His Excellency’s blind trust to unleash havoc of the state coffers. Their strategy is simple: under-report the IGR Windows and pocket the rest.
It’s therefore surprising that His Excellency is not judging these ex-bankers by their performance, if not, why would a banker that have successfully retrogressed the State’s IGR down by a whooping 50% in six months (two successive quarters) still have his job?
It’s even more surprising that it is within these two quarters, Q1 and Q2 that Anambra State recorded the highest inflow of Foreign Direct Investment. What an irony.
What a colossal failure.
It beats every serious mind on why the Governor is condoning mediocrity in such a serious department that requires discipline and integrity?
Why is Uchenna Okafor, Nzekwu and their corhots who failed straight up in four successive quarters not be shown the door? The answer is simple. They have Madam Osodieme as their godmother. Hidden revenue windows identified by Wiper’s foot soldiers are secretly tucked away by Anyayo, who prepares authorities for Nzekwu to sign off without questions and over 70% of such windows are unaccounted for. They go straight into their pockets. Osodieme takes 50%, Wiper takes 25%, Nzekwu takes 15% while the disgraced and demoted Anyayo, who also is Osodieme’s cousin, takes 10%.
Interestinly, Osodieme feeling the pressure of this expose immediately instructed her Press Secretary, Mr Ozumba to rush in defence of the corrupt and incompetent Uchenna Okafor, Nzekwu and her disgraced and demoted Cousin Anyanyo.
It is painful how governor Obiano allows these thieves to still run the IGR sector and the ministry of Commence and Industry.
With the amounts being frittered by these thieves, tell us why Anambra won’t be owing contractors for more than one year now, the first time in the leadership of the hardworking Governor of Anambra State.

It’s on record that Wiper and Osodieme didn’t stop there. Their companies, Gold Fingers Nigeria Ltd. and Siva Engineering Limited among others are the conduits with which Osodieme siphons funds from the state coffers through the Ministry of Works and ARMA. It’s on record that it’s only these two companies that are being paid as at when due by the seems to be the Accountant General of the State.
In the last one year, contractors slaving for the State has not been paid. Some of them have slumped and died while some have slumped and are grateful they did not die while some have become incapacitated because Honestly. Uchenna Okafor and Osodieme wants all the monies from the State for her spare parts factory with Wiper and Wiper's deputy governorship aspiration.

But why is she after the state coffers? The reason is simple. Wiper is gunning to be deputy governor to whoever emerges as the gubernatorial candidate of APGA so they can continue looting the state dry.

We promised Nigerians that we must unearth the criminals who liase, support and work with this known criminal in the person of Hon. Uchenna Okafor, the man who is currently a triple portfolio commissioner in Anambra state. His agents, field managers and the behind the scene masquerades who makes him invisible even at the detriment of Anambrarians. As at today, Hon. Okafor is the substantive head of Anambra Internal Revenue Service, commissioner for Commerce and Industry and the commissioner for transport because he has not handed over the ministry properly to Dr. Christian Madubuko who is presently Commissioner for Transport.

Not long ago, BudgIT published that Anambra’s debts soars while IGR is depleting like a bag of rice punctured from the bottom. More informations emmerged that David Nzekwu, the man brought in as the tax man to improve the lot of the state’s internally generated revenue has only perfected means aided by commissioner Okafor to personally enrich themselves and their allies. While Contractors in Anambra are reeling from non-payment for works executed for the hard working Governor of the State, Mr. Uchenna Okafor popularly known as Wiper, is brazenly raping the state dry without condom by frittering the state’s internally generated revenue (IGR) through a network of petty and digital thieves using the disgraced SSA on IGR, Okey Anyanyo who is recently removed and demoted and other field managers from numerous IGR operators.

It’s common knowledge that the great successes recorded by the Hardworking Governor of Anambra State in his first tenure when he steadily increased the IGR, has been totally reversed since the appointment of Uchenna Okafor , Wiper as commissioner for commerce and industry who choose to impoverish the good people of Anambra State while enriching himself and cohorts.

It’s also important to note that since the unpopular appointment of Mr. Okafor as Commissioner for commerce and industry, there has been a steady increase in the activities of criminals around all the major parks and markets, extorting money from the good people of Anambra State. The truth is that none of those monies enters the state’s coffers and those criminals are direct recruitments of the commissioner using the disgraced SSA on IGR Okey Anyayo as the front man.

It’s also on record that during the first tenure of Gov Obiano, he waived taxes from street hawkers and petty traders that live from hands to mouth. Those were the attributes that gave him the 21/21 victory at the polls because people of Anambra State saw him as kind and humane. This gesture has been reversed by the greedy Commissioner using the disgraced Okey Anyanyo. The big question is why and how did Anambra IGR record such progressive increase in his first tenure when taxes were waived from these petty traders, but now has been on a steady retrogression despite the so called reforms by Dr. Nzekwu and Uchenna Okafor, Wiper? Your guess is as good as mine.

But what is the most troubling is the overwhelming support and protection being given to Wiper by Osodieme, the wife of Anambra State Governor.

Investigation revealed that the quest to succeed in her CAFÉ Programme, has turned the Anambra First Lady into a demagogue approving of every scheme crafted by Wiper and pressuring the Governor into accepting same. No wonder the hardworking Governor seems not to have any solution for the constant harassment of the people of the state by Wiper’s men at the parks and markets. It is an established fact that Wiper’s new motor spare parts factory at Awkuzu is jointly owned by Osodieme, the Governor’s wife. The factory investment is the major hold Wiper has on the Governor’s wife that guarantees her support.

But isn’t it immoral enough that the state is deprived of needed billions in IGR that is being frittered away by Wiper, , Anyanyo ,Nzekwu and his cohorts while Anambrarians are reeling in pain, dying, slumping due to suffering and hardship. As at the last count, more than 10 contractors that worked in the state have died heartbroken and in great debts because of the abnormally long delays in payments for works executed while Wiper, Nzekwu and Osodieme are building factories and smiling to the banks.

We, Ayamelum Frontiers for Democracy and Good Governance (AFDGG) , therefore call on all men of good conscience that helped the governor record his best feats in the first tenure to advise him now before he inadvertently returns the state to the era of Mbadinuju!

The above named organisation having evaluated the current skirmishes going on in the corridors of power in Anambra state hereby declare Hon. Uchenna Okafor (Wiper) persona non grata in Ayamelum and every other part of Anambra North for the wicked and dangerous roles he is playing in crashing the internal generated revenue of Anambra state in the last six months and his vow to sack Dr. Christian Madubuko, the current commissioner for transport in Anambra state using his connection with the First Lady of anambra state.

Posterity will not be kind to the First Lady of Anambra State, Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano on her insistence that the Commissioner for transport Dr. Christian Madubuko must resign because he is smart enough to expose the worst common criminal ever to be appointed by the governor of Anambra state in the person of Hon. Uchenna Okafor who operates under the protection of the wife of the governor of anambra state

Who is Uche Okafor? A rogue and accidental politician who before now was a petty trader at automobile spare parts at new parts, Nkpor. His only resume is coming from Iguedo clan where the wife of the governor of Anambra state also hails from. This is a man who has turn the books upside down in the internal generated revenue sector in the state. Wiper is living to his name by illegally wiping away Anambra’s IGR while impoverishing contractors who are left without payment for works legally executed for Anambra State because proceeds from anambra state IGR is dwindling on daily basis.

Within six months, a whopping three billion, six hundred thousand naira was lodged in his access bank account number 0023xxxx65. Another eight hundred million is lodged in his fidelity account number 616xxxx25. We are totally dissapointed that the first lady of anambra state will wish to bring to disrepute the hard earned integrity of her husband's administration by colluding with a well known thug in the person of Wiper to sack a Commissioner who exposed the wickedness of Uchenna Okafor.

'Ayamelum Frontiers for Democracy and Good Governance ', want to seize this opportunity to warn that nothing should happen to the job of Dr. Christian Madubuko. This note of warming is directed to Her Excellency the wife of the governor of anambra state that she should stop forthwith her threats of sack to the Commissioner for Transport. Rather, the able Commissioner should be given all the necessary support he needs to succeed in exposing more criminals who are in the government of Chief Obiano to perpetuate quantom fraud in the IGR windows in anambra state. His ability to sniff out this criminal should be commended. The fact that Uchenna Okafor is from the same local government with Mrs Obiano should not be a blanket to cover such volume of corruption and financial robbery. All men of goodwill should give the Commissioner for transport all the necessary support he needs now that Mrs Obiano wants him out because he has touched the tiger's tail.

It is a known fact that the Commissioner for commerce and industry, Chief Uchenna Okafor (Wiper) is among the agents of the First Lady of anambra state. He has boasted on several fora that the real governor of anambra is Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano and not the husband. It is also a known fact that Hon. Uchenna Okafor is the only serving commissioner who has built a massive structure at Banana Island in Lagos State and is currently building another gingantic spare parts company at awkuzu, his hometown. He has vowed to make sure that he unseat the current commissioner for transport because he is man enough to expose the financial robbery going on in the IGR sector in anambra state.

We therefore call on the governor of anambra state to call his wife to order. Her blind support to Wiper will make a mess of all the good work her husband is doing in anambra state. Uchennna Okafor should not be allowed to hold any position of authority in anambra state now or in the near future. He should be made to cough out the billions he stole from men and women whom he fleeced and stole billions from using his office. We are also sending a strong worded petition to The Economic Financial Crime Commission so that a thorough investigation be done on how Hon. Uchenna Okafor got the billions he is investing at awkuzu and the money he sunk in Banana Island, Lagos.

Let us make it known that Ayamelum youths and all their stakeholders will not rest until we uncover all the players in this wicked plot. We shall unravel more the cabal that are so afraid of Dr. Madubuko to the extent that they want him out of their way so that they will continue to milk the state dry. We urge Anambrarians to be calm as we go to work with evidences! Enough of this wicked financial robbery on our common patrimony.

Wife of the governor of Anambra state Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano is in a very bitter mood as she has serious misunderstanding with one of her white garment prophetess, Stella.

Trouble started when the first lady of Anambra state , Osodieme, continually ignored the telephone calls of the prophetess for some months. Prophetess Stella is one of the handpicked spiritualists who handles the spiritual affairs of the first lady of anambra state. She is the leader of the white garment team that pollutes the air with all sorts of incense and different colours of candles at the government lodge ,Amawbia in Anambra state.

Any time the governor is out of the state, the wife use to invite these spiritual team to the lodge and they will burn all manners of incense, spray perfume and burn candles with so much incantations.

Prophetess Stella is not happy because she is been ignored after all the spiritual works she did that placed, put the first lady at a vintage position in her marriage and in the affairs of the state. The prophetess when narrating her ordeal confirmed that she has been working for the mother of the first lady who later introduced her daughter to her many years ago because she want to marry the current governor by all means.

She waged the spiritual war that made Willie Obiano to marry Ebelechukwu. She was always a dependable spiritual ally until Uzuegbunam Okagbue introduced the native doctors from Kogi and Benue states. These men from Kogi state introduced by Uzuegbunam the Chief Protocol Officer to the governor of anambra state who is a bedmate to the wife of the governor changed the game for prophetess Stella . Because of these men, Madam Osodieme does not pick the prophetess telephone calls again and has stopped inviting her to the government lodge for incantations and prayer sessions.

From all indications, Osodieme is going to pay a heavy price for ignoring the elderly prophetess who diligently served her and her mother because of the new native doctors from Kogi and Benue states. It is unfortunate how the wife of the governor of anambra state cannot do without juju people in her quest to control the governor, members of governor's family and all who matters in the government of Anambra state. Prophetess Stella has vowed to expose so many things and has drawn a spiritual battle line with the men from kogi and benue states. In the next coming weeks, it will be interesting to see who has the upper hand in the spiritual manipulations. At the end of all these, the governor, the state and all the big men and women in the government of Anambra state may be victims of the spiritual war that is imminent .

Since the death of Igwe Felix Onochie who died on November 5, 2016, Umunnachi community in dunukofia local government area has known no peace and is presently in disarray because Uzuegbuna Okagbue wants to install an ex-convict, Mr. Igwebuike Anochie as Igwe Umunnachi. He feels that he is above umunnachi improvement union and every other institutions that controls the internal affairs of the town. The Igweship tussle in the town is messy because Uzuegbuna Okagbue is using his connections with the wife of the governor of anambra state at the seat of power in Awka to frustrate and intimidate the town institutions that has the sole right to produce the next Igwe of Ummunachi. Uzuegbuna is banking on his supposed intimate and amorous relationship with the wife of the governor of anambra state. On several occasions, he has boasted in his multi million mansion in Umunnachi built with anambra state tax payers money that it is Ebelechukwu Obiano, the wife of the governor of anambra state and not Obiano that is incharge of the government of anambra state and his intimate relationship with the governor's wife, Ebelechukwu Obiano paves way for whatever he wants in the state. Uzuegbuna who owns a posh bentley car, the latest range rover jeep and other expensive cars in his fleet, the best and most expensive arabian lounge and restaurant at Okpuno in awka, a palatial mansion here in Umunnachi and in maitama, abuja where his family lives may not be far from the truth. Uzu can be said to be the defacto governor of anambra state considering the way and manner he hobnobs with the wife of the governor with reckless abandon and gets away with it.

Umuezeajana family in Umunnachi hereby issues this warning to the governor of anambra state to call Uzuegbuna Okagbue to order or risk setting Umunnachi and the whole of Dunukofia on fire. Uzuegbuna is the worst export to the present government from Umunnachi. Chief Onochie Okagbue who is the eldest in his family is his number one enemy because Uzu is full of greed and wickedness.
