The thing is as Germany has stated it as one of the requirement to enter Germany due to COVID 19.
You have nothing to loose by sending it to them.

The earlier you book the better o.. Its risky to book late o, they already have a lot of backlogs in the embassy of people who have booked and awaiting response from the embassy. However, you should only book when you have gotten admission.
Is those people that book irregularly that is causing this problem for us.

I got my AL in match this year from TUHH Hamburg for Msc. Mechatronics.

The issue now is that my enrollment deadline is 14th October and I have being allocated FRESHMAN ROOM (New student accommodation) in of my school campus lodge and I'm expected to pay for the room before 18th of this month August....

What do I do? And it is at a very cheap rate of €328/month... If I miss the payment deadline, I will lost the allocation to other student.

It's hightime we stopped complaining and take necessary actions in voicing our demands to these people. We can send tweets about this issue to the German office in Berlin @GermanyDiplo on twitter.. I have been able to contact the European Student Union on this AD issue as well. At this point, we need to find ways to reach out to those in government so that they can find a solution for us.. Technically, the reason we want to school abroad is to get better education in developing ourselves and this country.. Even if it is for us to go to the Lagos State Assembly to communicate our feelings and demands let's do that more action less talk we can't just sit and expect a miracle without necessary steps.. Let's get in as a team to find a solution NOW!!! People should come up with ideas on how to communicate our feelings to the government to help us reach out to the embassy we need ideas not complains

They said international flight will commence soon but no date!
This is not a one man race thing, because if it good for one it's good for all.
And for the appointment without admission letter, that a flimsy excuse as to why they can't give AD. It's even more realistic to say because of international flight hasn't started visa won't be issued, since visa expires 3 month after been issued.

Yeah, this is actually peculiar to just the Nigerian Embassy, someone would call today, they would say there’s waiting list, tomorrow it’s wait for international flight, next tomorrow it’s something entirely different. What has happened that they are not being so clear on their process anymore.
More painful is that fact that the France and UK embassy here in Lagos are already operating fully. Then the German embassy in Benin and Ghana also still have appointment dates. There has to be a root to this matter.

Don't mislead people. I have deferred admission twice for someone and the school is even ready to defer it for the third time if there's no interview date.

Always say what you know and don't generalise with your experience.

Bro most German schools don't allow deferment, lost an admission thrice from different university on the ground that they refused to defer my admission since the embassy failed to give me an early AD.

Most schools in europe hardly accept top up for masters, my cousin tried severally he was rejected, even applied for canadian universities that was even worse, they didn't even consider his application at all.

Except you probably doing an MSC in the same school you had your top up.

Also getting MSC programme in Germany with HND is very difficult.
You best bet should be to take another degree programme.

Well if they request for it is safe you tender it.
Few schools I contacted said it's not possible to process admission without the ielts for an English programme, despite proving to them you from an English speaking country and your programme was taught entirely in English.

I don't think they see Nigeria or any other Africa country as English speaking...

Except you from UK or USA any other country aren't exempted from the exam.

Its 6.5 band score they require for most MSC programme even 6.45 if possible they won't accept.
It's for bsc degree programme's they accept 6.0..
