Using diet or weight loss pills is not the best way to go because the moment you stop using them,you add back lots of weight.I'd suggest you try Proper Diet and Exercise.

That's why i don't recommend pills or tablets either for slimming or losing belly fat.Proper diet and exercise is the way to go.

I think it's because some of our parents do it,so we just copied it.I do it occassionally,mostly when eating rice.There really isn't anything bad about it though.

Well said steph.There isn't really a best workout for fat loss,you just have to incorporate both Cardio and Strength Training exercises as they are effective for losing fat.Fat loss workouts does not have to be hard,an exercise as simple as walking really helps to burn fat.
