Every organization have their rules and regulations. Firstly, the military sponsored you and also ensured your estacode were duely paid. Secondly, whenever the military sponsor her personnel on foreign courses, the beneficiary must serve between 3 - 5 years in order to impact the knowledge before thinking of voluntary resignation.
