Endometriosis, ovarian cyst and fibroids are all under severe hormonal imbalances. Factors that have been documented to escalate these conditions are found in your eating habits and lifestyle.

One thing you need to Know well is to predict your next period. This will greatly help you modify your diet 10 days before your menses starts to reduce the pain and heavy flow.

Using pain killers or Pill in the short run would cause more harm than good in the long run ( won't even work) .

A fertility massage would also help to reduce heavy and painful period.

You can chat me up for more information

What you have is also known as restless leg. Do you have numbness in your hands or leg?
what other symptoms have you experienced?

I am asking because peripheral neuropathy is a one of the symptoms of diabetes and diabetic meds do have that as side effects.

You need to increase your intake of magnesium rich foods and the B vitamins.

You also need a liver detox and of course supplements

You can chat me up for a comprehensive approach to help you solve the restless, insomnia and any other challenge.

PS: Having blurred vision, numbness, low sex drive, infertility, HBP, chronic conditions, Let's talk

Health / Attention: Trying To Conceive, Beat Infertility With Supplements by fertilitychick(f): 2:04pm On Mar 29, 2017
Are you frustrated that month in and month out, you are not pregnant? Battling with friends and relatives over the delay of producing grand children or not getting reasonable explanation why you are yet to conceive?
Getting pregnant and carrying to term requires three important factors:
`
1. Having Health eggs - This is an important aspect of conception as without ovulation or releasing eggs, ogas effort is over the bar. Are you releasing eggs every month? Having your period every month does not imply that you do ovulate. There are certain symptoms that shows that you are probably not shedding eggs such as unusually long cycles, heavy and painful period, unusually short cycles. In the case of unusually short cycles, it could also mean that you have poor uterine lining which could result in constant miscarriage

2. Healthy Sperm - Without a healthy sperm, conception is not viable. what of the motility of the sperm. If you have low sperm count, there are supplements and fertility diet that would help boost your sperm count.

3. Healthy Uterine lining - For women trying to conceive, you need to have your menstrual data as this will help pinpoint your luteal phase and if you can successfully carry your baby to term. The menstrual cycle is in three phases - follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase. The luteal phase comes immediately after ovulation and is constant in length. if this phase is shorter than 10 days, then you have luteal phase deficiency and low progesterone.

We are what we eat and absorb and our body gives us warning signals

Do you have any of these symptoms

Heavy and painful period
scanty and infrequent cycles
missed period but neither pregnant or breastfeeding
anovulatory cycle
cycles longer than 35 days or shorter than 10 days
bleeding less than 4 days or more than 7 days
painful cramps
dark blood and clots

Then you are suffering from hormonal imbalance and this may have been the cause of your delay.

Help is now available

optimum Nutrition and Supplementing to replenish the essentials vitamins and minerals to boost conception

How badly do you want to get pregnant?

it's time to treat the root cause and not using fertility treatments with their side effects - gaining weight and vagina dryness etc.

Supplements That Balance Your Hormones And Boost Conception

You can go wrong with these supplements in the pictures, they have been used by so many women in my program: Balance Your Hormones and the results are amazing as within 21 days or less, there's remarkable difference in the flow of their period, the length and duration and many have gotten pregnant too following the program.

What These Supplements Does For You

Arctic sea comprises the three essential fatty acids, Omega 3, 6, and 9 needed by the body and this helps the body to work optimally by increasing your fertility, increasing your cervical mucus aka egg white . Please note that if you are dry that the sperm is Dead On Arrival as it cannot climb up the fallopian tube. That is why the egg white mucus is very important to help the sperm ascend up to the uterine tube assuming there is no blockage

Abetacare - Vitamin E is for reproduction and has been documented to work best in a combo with vitamin A and the mineral Selenium. This is both needed by women and men

Probiotic - Hormonal imbalance = Nutritional deficiencies. Because of our poor eating habits, most of us battle with candida or yeast infection, frequent occurrence of this infection means that you are low in estrogen and which also means low in progesterone. These hormones need to be balanced for a normal menstrual cycle. Treating your yeast infection with antibiotics only exposes you to a cycle of off and on. Get probiotics and save goodbye to that itching painful cycle

Forever daily- Powerful multivitamins combo to help nourish you and prepare your body for conception.
