I don't understand this love for Turkish airline as Arik is 6hr flight while Turkish is over 24hr flight.
I would honestly prefer to do 6hr to JFK then take local flight to Houston and forget that I even travelled than hope for the so called out of this world "in flight entertainment". My 2 cent

Alternatively call their office given them ur dates and request for a cheap ticket for that Day.
Note the tickets vary depends on timing... So ensure u request for shortest cheapest ticket

Just checked through your old post for your dates, even on arik for that date is N322k. Just collect your money back and buy on any airline website by yourself. I used Arik during my time last year and paid N15k to add my baby's ticket... Usually it's 10% of your own original fare...

The rates on Qatar are not bad at all, depending on your travel date. If you avoid December and early January, you should be fine.

I just got a ticket to Washington Dulles for 308k to travel sometime in February... Juggle the dates and you will get a good deal!
