I think it wouldn't hurt to bring this to the attention of the imams or his entourage before prayers next time, little by little they will get translators even if they can't do it themselves afterall most of them can speak it, they will be many volunteers amongst the hieracy who would gladly stand next to the imam with a mic to translate. Or better still before the sermon make an announcement that you'd like them to translate as there are young people losing out, many would gladly come up with a solution- don't know about those alfas in ilorin though |

Got to abuja last week, had a friend who wanted to mEet up from ilorin but due to bad roads and the flood I sugggested the overland. I've previously read about it before coming. It was 24k one way. Apparently the flight was coming from lagos: people were still on board lol though no complaint Lagos-ibadan is easy by road!! |

ayobase: Thanks, well I like activities, places and events. I've been to the cinema 3 times this week. And some few eateries/ relaxation spots. Would like somewhere to hang out shoot pool; preferably indoors ( the weather is hooooot) thank goodness for the rain. Would like go to the millenium park and jabi park- what are those like? |

Op pretty much sums it all up, apart from the food food food nothing much really very few cinemas showing the same films, you have probably watched before visiting food, beer and s***x... that's after family visits Ayobase, please fill us in about Abuja, been here 7 days now looking to escape to Lagos for holiday proper where the events and activities at?? |
