We submitted our application for PR some weeks ago, we have done our biometric as well. We did upfront medicals (a family of 3)
However, my wife got a message from Canada to do more test, as they found something in her scan (no cause for alarm, she has had asthma that comes once in a blue moon, I'm sure that was what the scan picked up).

The letter they sent was for her to do some other testing(which we have done) and a final xray (to be done on or before October 30th).

We submitted our application few weeks ago, so my question is this:

Will they wait till October 30th, and after we have finished the scan before they begin processing our application? Because we already got a mail that they are processing the applications.

Or will everything go on normal while they wait for the medical for my wife?

Why not just do the passport first, it shouldn't take you a week.

I am quite surprised the application allowed her skip that step, I would assume it is important.

It's either it is ignored as an error or application is cancelled and redone.
Not sure there is anyway you can send an information unless it is requested.

Not sure also that it is enough reason to deny her a visa either, so I wouldn't worry too much. Let her look out for NSF requesting additional information on accommodation or just wait it out.

My opinion though, others may defer

The implications are endless but let me give you one example as a scenario.

You hide your visa refusal for instance from your Uni and pay your deposit say £5000

Your Uni request and submit your CAS details to UKVI, part of the questions is on refusal and your UNI responds No.

You get your CAS and submit your visa application and then declare your refusal so you say Yes

The visa officer spots this and refuses your visa amongst other things, you go back to the Uni and request refund do you think they should refund your deposit?

Declaring your refusal paints a clear picture of your travel/immigration history and ensures the details they have on their end matches yours.It naturally shouldn't affect their decision to grant you admission unless on severe cases for instance ban.

And yes this scenario has happened before.

my friend's visa application was submitted without adding the temporary accommodation details of where she will stay in the UK when she arrives. She said she forgot to add it during filling the visa form(even though she had booked for the accommodation days ago before submitting the visa application).

I hope this won't affect her visa decision.
And is there anything that can be done to add the details back to the application?

Please can I use my business account with UBA to process my FORM A, the BVN is in my name but as usual the account name is in my business name? And can my wife process FORM A on my behalf?

If you are using a business account, then you don't need BVN, rather you will use TIN number.

So register with TIN number during the beginning part of the trade system registration.

You do not need to go to the bank to use form A

1.Did you choose marina branch when filling the form A....or even if someone uses another branch can he still send the message?

2. Can I select a lagos UBA branch when filling the form A...though am in Portharcourt and none of its branch is listed on the form A.....I would want to know in case am needed to go to the branch choosen for other documentation.

That fast track does not matter, I filled my form A and got debited in 3 days with UBA

I did same with my friend, he got debited in 4 days... We didn't send any mail to anyone, we didn't chose marina as branch as well.

Just fill your form correctly and submit.

Teesside!! Teesside!!! I applied to this school same day (18 Nov 2021) along with others (Nottingham Trent University, University of Wolverhampton, Hull University). I just got my offer from Teesside this morning with 2k scholarship, if it can't take them that long to give offer, one should be ready for 8 months before CAS will be issued.
NTU, my body and soul is with jare. I don kukuma pay deposit.

I got a conditional offer from Nottingham trent University, but the offer didn't specify the placement I applied for... They usually attach the placement with the course name. But not in this case!

They seem to be taking more time now compare to before

I applied since Jan 13th and 15th for up to 7 schools, only university of portsmouth has replied back.

Others are still pending, I don't know how long admissions take these days in UK.
