@poster sorry 4 the late response,yeah in this situation u cannot do anything to him legally in the states cos there was no formal contract between you guys so it is going to be his word against yours,the only evidence u seem to have going by your story is the money paid into his account in nigeria(was this account in his real name?i mean the same name he uses in the states?)u could trace him down to the states but it will be a very difficult legal battle let no decieve you,but on the other hand you could report him to efcc there in nigeria or rather find a way to get to him and then work out an arrangment on how he can be paying the money to you,whatever you choose to do,cheers mate

Please i have ayounger brother who loves to join the military i have tried talking him out of it but he is hellbent on it so i have decided to encourage him,infact i want obtain the NDA form for him,right now he just finished his high school with a wonderfull result,so heres my delinma in case he doesnt get to go to NDA ,after university i learnt he can still join up if he wants but i have just been told a universty graduate has no bright future in the nigerian military because they r not considered real military men,and that they are hardly promoted.
what i want to know is this,is this true?if so i dont think i should allow my younger to brother to join if he doesnt go to NDA,pls any military personnel in the house help me out pls

i will just like to say this,the guys working at the nigeria embassy spain are doing a great job,i applied for an e passport,was given a date for an appointment ,got there and everything went smoothly,in just under two weeks i got my passport,so i dont know why people should be complaining about them,the truth is those guys are trying and they need our encouragment .

i am in a kind of delicate situation which i dont know how to handle it,it goes like this
i have a 2yrs + son(he is going to be 3 by august this year)but my problem isnot him,we have this family friends who has twins,these twins are 6 years but cant make good sentences,they speak very very bad english no one understands them,everbody thinks it is a speech problem or something i personally have tried coaching the twins all to no avail,it is so bad the school they attend are complaining seriously too.
now this is my problem the twins spend a lot of time with my son cos both parents are working so my wife helps take care of the twins b4 they come back from work,now the twins way of talking is beginging to affect me in that my son is begining to speak like them(you know how children pick habits)my son is begining not to make sense when he talks to me cos he is beginging to sound just like the twins and it is making my head go gaga.
i want to stop the twins from coming to my house but at the same time i dont want to hurt their parents feelings,but at the same time i have to consider my son, now i am really confused.now when my son speaks in public i get ashamed cos he is now sounding like them so i want to stop them b4 more harm is done or what do you guys think
