Jobs/Vacancies / The Ideal Resumer/cv by fulcrum: 11:12pm On Aug 30, 2010
Whilst one goes for an interview, the prospective employer has no perception of who the applicant is. In particular cases, the person applied to the public notice while others used a headhunter or job site on the internet and matched their credentials for the position.

The initial impression employers at all times look at is ones resume. Given the many that apply, this generally takes approximately 30 seconds and so with the some degree of lexis, one ought to be certain that the resume is well written and grammatically correct.

The resume should say almost everything concerning the person. This must at all times start with significant information such as the person's name, age, address, contact number and social security number. The details at this time are required so if one
Is considered to be a would-be employer, it will be at ease for the company to get in contact with the applicant and be scheduled for an interview.

After that is the career objective which is the goal why the applicant wants to apply for the Post. By putting a strong goal in mind and not a universal one, the employer will think it over that this person has a direction which is why that person wants to work for the company.

The next section should include the appropriate skills and experience one has had in the current and preceding jobs as well as highlighting one's major accomplishments. By putting in detail the things one has completed in that post and experiences learned from it, that information is already basis for the employer to notice the latent the applicant has for that position. It shows the qualities one possesses and the benefits one can add to the additional growth of the company.

Following that, the resume should explain one's educational background. A number of companies desire someone with a degree in a specific discipline, a qualified expert to perform the job or one who possesses a master's degree. By Presenting one's credentials, it is a polite indicator of the type of training one has possessed in school and the activities one has achieved in the path of one's career.

The latter section should provide details such as hobbies, interests and character references. Employers look at possible applicants who not simply get the qualifications for the job but individuals who as well are well rounded. Being committed in a particular organization and be seen as a leader in a group shows one's social skills with others. Character references do the same and furnish public an image how one performed working with that person.

There is no ideal resume. It depends on the job. It is an essential step one have to pass ahead of being called for that main interview.

This is a family issue and there is little at which we can do about it. But are you saying Dora would had transformed the family by using her position to favor your family? The burial issue leave me on a neutral ground.
We cannot begin to judge from what we hear from you. It will be wrong. If Dora can come to say something in respect of the isuue then we can no what to say. but for now. HANDS UP

Jobs/Vacancies / Job Interview (professional Tips 002) by fulcrum: 6:13pm On Jul 24, 2010
How to avoid interview nightmares ,
* We’ve all had sleepless nights and even nightmares about job interviews.
* But you can avoid a lot of anxiety by:
- preparing carefully and thoroughly before the interview
- doing your homework: find out about the company and the job; plan your schedule;
re-read your application, the job description and the person specification; try to predict
the questions you might be asked
- practicing answering questions and discussing your answers with a friend or colleague.
* And remember that being slightly nervous is a good thing, because it makes you more alert
(it keeps you “on your toes”).

Jobs/Vacancies / How To Pass Any Job Interview (professional Tips 001) by fulcrum: 8:40pm On Jul 21, 2010
I have this information that I am willing to share here. Your comments are welcome as you like it - hash, soft and etc. . This is the firts post and so many are coming. enjoy!

THIS ARE VALUABLE INFO and we are starting by getting to understand what and why interview.

1. What is an interview?
* An interview is simply a conversation between 2 or more people.
* Unlike conversations between friends, the interviewer is in control of the conversation, but you
can have some influence on the direction it takes and how it develops.
* The interviewer is trying to find out if you:
- can do the job
- will fit in with the organisation
- can be given instructions and respond positively
* You should be trying to find out:
- if you would like working for this organisation
- more about the job and the organisation.
Sports / Re: Your New Super Eagles Players For 2014 World Cup by fulcrum: 4:37pm On Jul 12, 2010
For your information. there is no player at hand for that space. We have Osaze, and the Uches, but who know what will happen to their form before then. Let us be focused and start from the unknown players

The truth is that the UNKNOWN PLAYERS ARE THE BEST FOR 2014. But we have to discover them now! Otherwise It will still come to be story at the end of the day
Sports / Re: Does Spain Deserve To Win This World Cup? by fulcrum: 4:20pm On Jul 12, 2010
The Spanish are the better side so far in this competition. They play good football and not just kicking football. They have highest number of passings, good football control, better football technics, accuracy and many other things such as having possession. They dominated all the possession in all their games. No wonder they clinch the most DISCIPLINE SIDE OF ALL
The fact is that they are no sharp in front of goal otherwise, they will score close to 20 goals in all.
Sports / Does Spain Deserve To Win This World Cup? by fulcrum: 1:33am On Jul 12, 2010
Did Spain really play the best in this world cup? Did any other team play better than the Spanish team?

Sports / We Are All Crazy by fulcrum: 6:08pm On Jun 23, 2010
Everybody keeps complaining about the performance of the super eagle as if the eagles are better than their performance. We play first match and loose. Play second match and loose. With one match to go we were still thinking we will make it when there are 2 teams that have not even loose any of their matches. Is that not insane?

We want to turn God Jehovah to a worthless god. I listen to the Brila Fm and all the comments show that we are try to dodge reality.
We never dominate any of our matches and yet we were saying with confident that we will beat korea.
(We will pray for eagle to win) This statement always irrupt me. God created the whole world and you are now praying for God to help you and disappoint others that he created. Even when you have not done the right thing.
IF YOU ARE AMONG THOSE THAT SAY SUCH STATEMENT - LET PRAY THAT EAGLES SHOULD WIN, Then I guess you are insane and you better beg for forgiveness for tempting GOD
Have you ever heard Brazillian boys saying they will win by praying to God? They will tell you that they will try their best and then see what happens then. Please let us face reality
THE BOYS ARE NOT GOOOD THE TEAM IS NOT SUPER!
