. I applied on 16th Aug in Abuja and got a text for passport pickup today. Am yet to collect it but I believe God will do it for me

I believe you will get too, 12 days is long, besides Abj don't have heavy applications like Lagos.
All the best.

*Visa Alert*
1st Schengen application
Biometrics - 1st of August
Pick-up email - 23rd of August.
17 working days, 23 calendar days

Type of Visa - France schengen visa

I have previously visited UK in 2019 and India in 2015, I mentioned the visas and included copies, also mentioned it in my Sop, I also made sure to explain every doubt like my hotel reservation was for 2 instead of 1 person which I contacted the customer service to change it but they never got back to me. I made a table of my proposed itinerary in my Sop, stating activities for each day.

I now tend to believe that if one receives early pick-up email it's a rejection unless the applicant is a frequent traveler.

Please is the appointment date mostly available for Abuja center only or with Lagos State center too? I don’t want to be in a dark corner that is why I am asking. Fill an application on last month but not yet to see an appointment date

Lagos center but if date is difficult for you, just click Abuja or the other center, then start afresh and click on your preferred location, there will be a reset and you will then see a lot of available date.

MummyHalo:
Good morning all, please is there a way to know the available appointment dates on TLS before filling my application? This is to enable me calculate the wait time and choose an appropriate travel date. Also please what is the approximate cost of both visa fee and TLS service charge in naira?

I submitted my application last week. You must fill visa form before you can be allowed to make appointment on Tls website.
I will say you should ensure your documents are ready because you will always see 2day appointment and closer dates than you think, as at last week the whole of August was available.
To book appointment date on Tls website is approx. 43k and visa fee is 156k

I applied to renew my passport online on Friday 31st of May and I was given appointment for today 4th of June. I didn't understand what the appointment was for but I went with all my documents only to get to Immigration office in Festac and I was told to capture. I was shocked like this fast and without anyone asking for tips. I am really impressed. However, I hope they print the passport quickly.

From information I gathered about this polish visa appointment, I heard it's last Monday of the month which is 27th, 2 days ago by 10am. From 12 am I started checking the website till evening, nothing happened at that website up till now, this is frustrating. I went through an agent and she said appointment is 600k,what's happening pls, is there another method of getting this appointment

SPDAZZY:

On the Oanda website, there is 'Currency I have' and 'Currency I want '

As Nigerians, we have naira and are 'buying' pounds with our naira not selling. GBP-NGN means we have pounds and want to buy naira.

I will reiterate that we are buying pounds and should use NGN-GBP.

I disagree with you. A student is given tuition and maintenence to pay into his account in pounds, for instance 25,000 pounds, then you go to oanda and convert from GBP to NAIRA to know exactly how much that is, then you put the equivalent in your account as pof.. So you convert from pounds to naira.
Tnx

Hello

It should be (1year tuition + maintenances cost for 9months) - any tuition deposit you have already made.

Keep an eye on Oanda rates

@duchess90 thanks a lot for the response but is there a possibility that when d Cas comes out that they would include the 2nd year tuition or just one year tuition is used for pos for all schools even though It's a 2 year course?

Cheers

Good day all,
Pls help on how to calculate pof for 2 years course. Should I calculate it for only the first year tuition or both years plus maintenence?
Thanks.

Been trying to apply to university of Sunderland since yesterday. I can’t seem to pass the stage of registering as a new user. After filling out the details and clicking register, it just brings up error.

Anyone with help on this?

It happened to me, but I sent them an email, then followed me up until it was resolved. They are quite responsive.
