1. Years back Jesus Christ saved me from an accident that would have claimed my life. I walked across a very busy express road which is opposite UNIBEN in Ugbowo, Benin City, I was completely absent-minded while walking across without checking for moving vehicles on the road , was almost knocked down by a speeding vehicle. But Jesus Christ intervened and saved me. 2. Years back, travelling from Warri to Sapele in my car, I was the driver. In it also were my wife`s in-law sitting at the front, at the back seat were my wife, her heavily pregnant elder sister, her younger sister, my 7 months old daughter and 2 years old son. On high speed, I drove into a deep pot hole which resulted in lost of control of the car. Finally, it hit the fence of a filling station and a heap of sand and summersaulted once. I came out of the window, same for others. No injury for me, the person at the front and my son, but little injuries for the others. Experience (Testimony) 6. Hi, just recall one that was missed out. In my working place, one of my supervisors had stroke, he was at home for many months, before he was relief of his duty. Few weeks after the stroke, I was in a dream, in it, I was in my room in the company apartment, with me were my family. We were watching TV, suddenly I saw the image of the of the supervisor at the only entry/exit door of the room. He was standing like a stature and looking sad and serious, he was motionless but alive, he was staring hard at the wall, unblinking. I was the only one in the room that could see him. But I did not communicate to my family the strange occurrence. I then sensed danger due to the fact that my family, but me was the only one that observed the happening, I became scared because I felt if there is an attack against me, my spouse will be ignorant of it since she cannot see the strange personality, thus no one to support me thereby putting my life in danger. Then, I was floating, gradually going up to the ceiling, to one end of the room. I floated to the ceiling like a balloon, few seconds later, I passed through the wall outside, still floating and floated to the front of the door and was stationary in the air for some seconds, still in the air at the top of the door outside. I became more scared, I thought within myself, if nothing is done immediately about the happening, a great force or power would take me away to the cloud or to the other side of the world, which would mean termination of my life. In great fear and desperation, I shouted with all my strength, "JESUS CHRIST", immediately after that single sound, I woke up. I praise the name of my God for saving me from a possible death. However, I prayed for my former supervisor, then visited him and revealed the dream to him. He appreciated that revelation and informed me he has been passing through spiritual attack and if not for the mercy of Christ, he would have been six feet underground. 4 Likes |

Experience (Testimony) 5. My last key experiences. My wife and I were in the same bed at night. At sleeping for many hours, the urge to continue for me wasn`t there, nevertheless I remained in bed with my eyes still closed, in light sleep. Then, I was a little bit conscious of the environment, though still in light sleep. By my guess, the time was 4am, apart of noise of night creatures, fans, etc, there were silence everywhere, even in the compound, my neighbours were still fast asleep since there voices were not heard. Suddenly, I started hearing the voices of children, the noise was coming from far towards my apartment. The noise was a mixture of chatting, laughing, excited talk, etc. By my conjecture, the children should be between 7-12 years. Though I was still in light sleep, I was faintly conscious of happening in the physical. The voices was drawing closer and closer to my apartment, until it got to it and pass by until I heard the voices no more. What came to my mind was for me to hear children voices, then it is daybreak and most likely the voices I heard is that of children on their way to school. I then concluded that it should be about 6:45am, but then I wondered why I could not hear my neighbour`s voices. But I noticed a strange thing, the direction of the voices when it got to my apartment or compound was from the air, I mean it was as if the children making the noise, where flying because I heard the noise pass over my roof. I`m 100% certain that the voices of the "children" were passing over the roof of my house, which means the children that were chatting were not walking, they were flying in the air. All this while, my eyes were still close in light sleep, but partially conscious of happenings in the physical. After the voices finally died, I opened my eyes, and to by greatest shock, I say it was still night, in other words, it was not yet day break. Quickly, I looked at the time, and discovered it was about 4:35am. I thank God for the revelation. 1 Like |

Experience (Testimony) 4. This experience was at the last two Football World Cup in South Africa. Then primary schools was not in session, thus my wife and children went for holiday in Sapele, Delta State where my wife come from. I was alone in my rented apartment in PHC. You will recall last matches for the day end at about 11pm. Then. I always join other football lovers to watch matches late into the night before coming home. On the fateful night, I got home about 11:15pm, went to bed at about 11:30pm. While deep in sleep, physically I felt a weight on my, as if somebody was lying on me, remember I was the only one in the house. This strange occurrence left me puzzled, I kept asking myself in the sleep, " what is going on, I thought my family is in Sapele, then how come somebody is on me, besides, I`m the only one in the house. " In the same sleep, my mind appears divided, one half of it was saying, " boy, just sleep. Your wife is the one on you" While the other half countered the other voice by saying, " guy wake up, remember your family is in Sapele, and something is on you, so wake up". This argument went on for a time until I decided to wake up. As soon as I woke, I felt a body leaving me and consequently got a respite. I checked the time, and it was about 11:50pm. Experience (Testimony) 3. I was in my room in my father`s house and in a dream, this was about 10pm. Though dreaming, I was a little bit conscious of my physical environment. I noticed there was a power forcing me to sleep and another power or opposing power waking me up. In other words, two powers, which are opposing each other were at work in my life. But my physical consciousness was very small, in the spiritual, a strange woman (wasn`t married at that time) was seducing me. At that state, I did not understand what was happening, physically, I felt a being laying on me, could feel it from my head to toes, on the bed, I was facing up and my hands on the back of the being. I observed the back of the strange being was slimy, slimy just like okro water, unconsciously, my hands was moving up and down apparently in romance, yet I did not know what was going on cos. in the dream a strange woman was seducing and romancing me. Suddenly, I woke up from my dream and sleep and immediately became fully conscious of my environment. At that point of waking up, I felt the strange being leaving my body, u know, like someone that lay on u leaving your body, u will feel pressure or load on u leaving. It`s obvious the power forcing me to sleep was doing so to enable me sleep with the strange woman, and the power forcing to wake was to prevent me from sleeping withy the strange woman. Experience (Testimony) 2. This experience was before the advent of gsm service in the country. This was the period I, together with my parents, were living in the family house in Benin. My siblings were either schooling or working outside the state, hence myself, and parents were the only ones occupying the house. From when I was born till now, I never purchased an alarm clock or alarm device. On this fateful night, I made up my mind to pray at 2am every night because I knew prayer is needed to be strong in Christianity, at that period my prayer life was very weak. I made up my mind to wake up before or at 2AM every night to pray to my God. Now, my parents` rooms was at one end of the house, my room was at the other end of the house. Remember, I had no alarm, yet I was determined to wake at 2am for prayer, my wrist watch was by my side, so that I would check time from time to time. I lay on the bed at about 8pm on the fateful night, after sleeping for some hours, somebody spank me very hard on my buttocks (bom-bom), this was physical. The spanking was what woke me from my sleep, but to my greatest surprise, nobody but me was in my room. The only persons that could have done that were my parents, but they were sleeping in their rooms, besides, I never mentioned it to anyone my plans to wake up at 2am. This was a mystery, just before continuing with my sleep, I remembered my plan to pray at 2am, then I looked at my watch to see if it was 2am, behold, I was dazed seeing it was 2AM ON THE DOT, it wasn`t a minute before or after 2AM, but it was 2AM ON THE DOT. 8 Likes |

Let me not be selfish, I`ll post mine. Experience (Testimony) 1. My strange experiences started when I was in Primary 3. Many nights while sleeping, I would experience an unseen force pressing me down to my bed, can`t move any part of my body, the only thing I could do then was to control my eyes and breath. This experience never left me, I always had it in many nights. Doesn`t matter whether I was at home, school, company accommodation, or anywhere else. I noticed that the force, likely demonic, was more prominent whenever I`m living in SIN. Anytime I`m close to Jesus Christ, especially been strong in prayer, I`m protected. At times, the demonic force is so strong that even during the day, I experience it in my sleep. But I have never seen strange things like shadows, spirits, etc during the activity. About 6 months ago, something happened in my company apartment that put an end to this rubbish. In my room, one end of the bed is close to the wall, with time, I noticed that whenever I sleep at that end of the bed, I MUST BE PRESSED in my sleep. Hence, I always avoided that part, and I got some respite, at least to an extent. Then on this fateful night, that demonic force pressed me, and consequently, I was highly provoked and couldn`t wait for the next night to come, so that we will know who is who. Before I conclude experience 1, let me mention certain things I found out about this demonic force, at least, by my calculation, I have been under its power for about 40 years, so I know one or two things about it. The power it exerts on its victims is strongest when a. when u are sleeping at night. b. when u are sleeping alone. c. Sleeping with your back on the bed and your face facing the ceiling, i.e. facing up. d. absolute silence in the room. e. room lights off, thus dark room. etc. On the fateful night, I personally invited this demonic power for a show, then I was really very angry with it. Then, I was alone in my room at my company apartment. Though I couldn`t see the power or its source, just before sleeping for the night, I told the evil force that I will create a conducive environment that will maximize its power, like a. sleeping on the part of the bed close to the wall. b. sleep while facing up. c. ensuring that both the room lights and outside lights are off. d. ensuring there is absolute silence in the room by making certain the TV, radio, etc are off. etc. I spoke to the power, I said after making the room okay for its operation, I invite it to press me. I told it that if it succeeds, then it means the God I worship, Jesus Christ my Lord and the Holy Spirit are powerless. Then I made the room very conducive for its operation, and slept. My brother and sister, since then till now which is a period of about 6 months, that demonic force don pick race, I never experience it again. It doesn`t matter whether my room is conducive or not for its operation, I`m free! Appreciation to God for its intervention. Tomorrow, or next tomorrow, will publish Experience 2. This is heartbreaking! But, where are the Christians, Churches, NGO, local and state govt, family members, etc, in Ogoja? These children are too young to be exposed to daily tormenting sun and long trek, cold weather at night, mosquitoes, etc. If the govt fails in its responsibility, then we, the Christians, especially those in Ogoja, should be ashamed of ourselves for folding our hands and ignoring their plight. |

In summary, good works, though good (i.e. your own human effort to do good things), but cannot please God, in other words, they (good works), are filthy rags in the sight of God, thus good works cannot earn you salvation. Salvation comes only when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, and follow Him all the time. It is only after accepting Christ that God appreciates your good works. |
