She often engaged the other contestants in verbal warfare, using expletives and insults to convey her points.

The first runner-up of BBNaija said she did not see herself “like that” in the house.
In. an interview during a programme on Beat FM, Cee-C said she will work on her anger issues.

So the house-mates were clubbing today, everyone in their fineries and having fun. Suddenly the house-mates all jumped as the popular Ghanaian "One Corner" dance began to blast from the stereo.

A video showing a Ghanaian man beating up two British policemen has gone viral.

The video which showed the man and his wife involved in a heated argument with the police was posted on twitter.

As both parties were arguing, one of the policemen tasted the Ghanaian man’s wife and she screamed before falling limply to the floor.

JAMB has ordered all institutions to conclude the 2017 Admission Processes on or before 25th January, 2018.

This decision was reached after a meeting held, by the board, with stakeholders, on issues concerning admission processes, and the need to reconcile the academic calendar.


According to the Board’s Head of Media, Fabian Benjamin, “Candidates who have gained admissions into various institutions and are yet to register or do not have admissions by January 25 should begin to make preparations for the 2018 UTME”.



Mr. Fabian also pointed out that UTME results are currently valid for only 1 year, and the board will inform candidates if there is any decision to extend the result validity.

The 2018 UTME will hold between March 9 and 17, while the mock exams would take place in the first week of February.

Nigerian professor from Kano, Umar Labdo Muhammad have said that Benue State belongs to Fulani people by right of conquest.

Benue State belongs to the Fulani people by right of conquest. This is because half of the state is part of the Bauchi Emirate and the other half is part of the Adamawa Emirate. Second to the Arabs, perhaps the Fulani are the most benevolent and merciful conquerors in history. However Nigerians who decided to help, found out that the account number belonged to Pablo and old tweets of the lady who paid him back their date money confirmed their findings. Yesterday, it was reported that Okoro Oluchi, an English and Literary studies student of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, (COOU), reportedly died because she had no I.D card and cash deposit which Amaku Teaching Hospital, Awka, Anambra State, allegedly demanded for.

Sarah Kosisochukwu Okabekwa, the late student’s friend however took to Facebook to reveal some behind the scene incidents that happened before her friend died. According to her, one of the doctors on duty was asking he out instead of taking care of her friend.

Two mobile preachers drew attention at the Kumasi Central Market in the Ashanti region of Ghana on Wednesday afternoon after they engaged in fisticuffs over offertory.


According to GhanaWeb, the self-acclaimed men of God converted the market into a boxing arena on December 20, ripping each other’s clothes in the process.
Reports indicate that the two mobile preachers identified as Evangelist Samuel Kwame Boateng and Evangelist Kwame Poku, have been engaging in verbal assaults frequently over offertory from passersby but the situation degenerated into a public fisticuff on Wednesday.

Samuel Kwame Boateng who spoke in an interview after the brawl said his colleague preacher has been insulting; issuing threats and makes attempts to attack him physically.

Prophet Rabalago of Mount Zion General Assembly in Limpopo, South Africa, has been arrested and charged to court on a 5 count charge of assault and contravening environmental laws, after congregants he sprayed with an insecticide, suffered health challenges.


20-year-old Thabiso Chabalala who testified against him in court, said she spent seven months coughing and with swollen eyes.

A 10-year-old girl, Ashawnty Davis took her own life after a video was shared on social media of her fighting an alleged bully.

Ashawnty, a fifth-grade pupil of Sunrise Elementary school in Aurora, Colorado had got into her first ever school fight which turned out to also be her last and the video recording of the fight was posted online.


She died Wednesday after being taken off life support at a children’s hospital, two weeks after she was found hanging in a closet at home.

This video footage of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad(SARS) operatives beating a man to stupor in an undisclosed location, has gone viral online.



The video which was shared on Instagram by an online user, has sparked outrage among users.
In the video, the operatives can be seen assaulting an unidentified civilian, using sticks, plastic kegs to hurt him.
A concerned passer-by appealed to the SARS operatives to stop the act but got slapped by the officers, asking him: ‘wetin concern you’.

An acclaimed whistle-blower, Abdulmunmini Musa, who allegedly disclosed the information leading to the recovery of the sum of $43.4m, N23.3m and 27,800 Euros from Flat 7 Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos State, has filed a suit demanding payment of whistle-blowing fee on the recovery.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, the Federal Ministry of Finance, and the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami (SAN), and three others were sued as the defendants in the suit filed before the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Three other defendants were those the plaintiff claimed participated in the whistle-blowing exercise over the Ikoyi funds said to have been kept in the building by the National Intelligence Agency.

They are Bala Maina, Steven Sunday, and one Mr. Sherrif.



The plaintiff, through his suit marked, FHC/ABJ/CS/1158/2017, sought an order directing the EFCC and the Federal Ministry of Finance to include him as a beneficiary of the 2.5 to 5 per cent of the whistle-blowing fees or monetary percentage of the entitlement to be paid to Maina, Sunday and Sheriff.

He also sought a declaration that the Federal Government of Nigeria represented by the 2nd and 3rd defendants (EFCC and AGF) in this suit and the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th defendants are bound to comply with the whistle-blowers Executive policy or Whistle-blowers Executive Order to pay 2.5 – 5 per cent of whistle-blowing fees or percentage as issued by the Federal Government of Nigeria.”

The University of Ibadan is under lockdown as NASU has shut down the school gates in protest of non compliance of the government to their demands.

The University which has been shut down a minimum of three times this year is facing another crisis as the Non academic staff union takes a decisive step.

The other times the University has beeb shut down was during the time Ojo Aderemi led to the Student Union Protest against the school concerning the treatment of the students and the unavailability of I.D cards. The result of the protest was the students being sent home and the suspemsion of the Students' Union.
