Crime / Re: Kidnappers Of Mohamed Fouani Demand $1.5 Million Ransom by gidigbam1: 3:46pm On Jun 15
The Lagos State government and the compol Lagos, must throw in everything they have to rescue this man, and apprehend the kidnappers. They must bring in all man power machines equipment helicopters drone etc to make sure the man is rescued with no ransom paid. If they do, it will send a clear message to wanna be kidnappers that if you attempt such in Lagos, you will be caught, and such incidents will not occur again. Have you guys ever wondered why they are not kidnapping in Ghana? It is because the number of times they attempted it there, the government threw in everything they had and ensured that they were all arrested and that was why it didn't spread. If the government of Nigeria under Jonathan had done the same as well, and put in everything they had to nip this in bud at the initial stage, we wouldn't have had copycats who are emboldened to start theirs as a result of successes of others and the eventual spread. If they fail to rescue him intact, without paying a dime it is woe to Lagos, as other kidnappers will start targeting people in the city.

Ain't nothing wrong with your child bearing your name. It is the loss of the father. If the father really wanted, he knows what to do. Its absolutely no crime for your child to bear your father's name as a single mom. Stop shaming our women please.

Politics / Re: Peter Odili To Fubara: Don't Be Afraid, God Is With You So No Man Can Shake You by gidigbam1: 9:45pm On May 25
It is unbelievable what Peter Odili is doing. Wike personally, revived him into relevance and honoured him so much that people started respecting him. This was at a time his political career was over. It is the same Peter Odili that was against Wike for choosing Fubara. When they started having issues, what a true elder should have done was to assume the role of a mediator. But he has shown his true colors and this is definitely the begining of the end of his relevance in Rivers state.

Aboki will always give statement and behave like aboki. What are the chances the man will still be alive 8 months after his kidnapping? Those that kidnapped him have already confessed to you and the general public that they have killed him several months ago.

So name one tangible thing PO achieved in all your narrations here. At least Obiano built Shoprite in Onitsha, built an Airport, built 4 suspension bridges in Awka which is the only beautiful thing you see in the whole of the capital. Name one thing PO achieved in this your list.

Read the below CV with a chilled bottle of Bitter Obi, please read to the end...ok?

You right bro. I am from Anambra and PO did not deliver in honest truth. Sulivan Chime was far better than him. We are looking for a better Nigeria here and we can't allow ethnicity to becloud our sense or reasoning. The best people with proven track record that have the capacity to change this country if given a chance includes Donald Duke, Sulivan Chime, Dave Umahi, Udom Emmanuel, Nyesom Wike, and Alex Otti. I used to think Soludo, but his performance in Anambra so far is below average and as such he didn't make my list.
Richtaiwo:
Dave Umahi is the only South Easterner that can get the support of Nigerians for presidency. His performance as a governor and as a minister speak for him. I don’t understand why a man whose only legacy after 8 years is beer factory suddenly become a messiah to some people. Even the factory is now next to nothing.

I disagree!!
Wike is the best, Umahi second, and Tunji Ojo third. I don't know what parameters you used in rating Tunji Ojo 1st. Go to our prisons and see, there is still racketeering going on in immigration, what about NSCDC what reforms has he made their? His only tangible performance was in passport delivery. You can't compare such a person with Wike that has transformed Abuja and Dave Umahi that are workaholics. I agree with you that Minister of Power is the worst and should be fired immediately and replaced with someone more competent and capable like Wike and our electricity problem will be solved.

Politics / Re: My Enemies Now Sleep With Eyes Open – Fubara by gidigbam1: 4:07pm On May 16
The people hailing Fubara are Peter Obi's supporters. They are angry with Wike that he supported Tinubu against Peter Obi. Recall that before the election they all liked Wike and he is one of their favourites. But the moment he supported Tinubu, the hatred began and they refuse to see anything good in him and wants his downfall at all cost.
This is the problem with our people they do politics with their emotions rather than being objective. We have great Governor's like Sulivan Chime and Dave Umahi who's performance in office towers that of Peter Obi. But because they joined APC our people look at them as betrayers and will never see anything good from them. Hope Uzodinma has done phenomenally well for Imo State, but they rather die than to commend him. Its Alex Otti that is doing a very mediocre job that they are all hailing to high heavens. I have been to Aba, and I am disappointed with the quality of job I saw there compared to the noise they were making online. His road projects are not impressive and are no where near what Wike is doing in Abuja or the quality of work Umahi did in Ebonyi and is currently doing across the lenght and breath of Nigeria.
Our people's problem is sentiments simple, and they are not concerned that Fubara has dropped the bar Wike set in terms of development in River's State. As long as he is fighting Wike who they felt betrayed them, they are okay.
EponObi:
The funniest thing is that this Fubara, with the way he moving, won't achieve any tangible thing for the people of Rivers before 2027.

We could all see his list of achievements 1 year into office was very pale compared to what Wike achieved. Development in Rivers has slowed down seriously.

This is how Wike will get him.

If he has serious advisers, they should tell him to start ignoring Wike and roll his sleeves.

The thing is Wike is not the governor so he has the liberty, the freedom, and time to do jamboree in Rivers. Fubara doesn't have luxury. And the irony is that Wike, as FCT minister, is performing by far and beyond compared to Fubara.

I don't know why people are hailing Fubara? He needs to realign and shift focus to the development and governance of Rivers State.

In 2027, Wike, as well as the the citizens, will judge Fubara's work and compare to Wike's past work as Rivers governor. What Wike is doing is to slow him down with the legislative noise, media drag, impeachment threat - the the politically naive dude is falling into his trap.

I was in Aba about a week ago, and I can tell you that while I am at least happy with the attempt, the road quality is too poor and I don't see the roads lasting. The work he is doing is no where near what Umahi did in Ebonyi state and our people did not celebrate it. Go to Akwa Ibom and River's and see the quality of roads Udom Emmanuel and Wike built. Go to Abuja and see what Wike is currently doing. Lets not allow propaganda to blind us.
Crime / Re: Crime Suspect In My Area ,will Police Pick My Call If I Hide My Number , by gidigbam1: 7:18pm On May 06
Go and meet the DPO and report to the DPO of the Station and tell him you want to be anonymous as you do not want his men to know that you are the one that reported. He'll do that, and protect you. Its those useless other ranks that are a problem in the Police. Most of them eat and drink with those criminals.
