The forex round tripping deals are still going on, inflated contracts are still being awarded daily, mammoth bribes are still exchanging hands (including multi-million bribes to book appointment or seek favours from your dullard bastard Buhari), oil is still being lifted, imported, and sold illegally. Nothing is new, and there's no secret about this. Just a different set of players.

Like I mentioned earlier it's just a more vicious, greedy, selfish and tight circle who don't want it to flow around.
