What a fallacy, for a man that said said he knows whom the Almighty Elohim is to refer to niggaeria as the Lord's
"Then the Lord will be jealous for his land ( Nigeria) and take pity on his people ( Nigerians).
Romans 10 vs 13" For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved".The Lord can save the nation and avert the crisis if the citizens and leaders call on him ."

Niggaeria is the business center that the British created for their criminal and selfish reason

The Almighty had no hands in the creation of niggaeria.

What a Luciferous prayer point is it to "pray for the unity of niggaeria"
The division of the British niggaeria in Africa is the best thing that will ever happen to our lives

MESSAGE FOR NIGERIA .

LET NIGERIANS PRAY FOR THE UNITY OF THE NATION .

If you love the nation ,pray seriously for Nigeria so that there won't be separation of the country. Let all Men of God ,religious organizations and citizens alike, both Christians and Muslims respectively, pray fervently for the unity of the country. There is an impending event waiting to happen that that might cause the breakup of the country. A small event will cause this if not nipped in the bud. If it is allowed to escalate it might spin out of control. The prophets of the nation must come together to raise their voice to the Lord to show mercy on the nation and avert the impending occurrence which can destabilize the country .
The smoke has started but it must not be allowed to turn into a fire,if it turns into a fire it would spin out of control."Proverbially " If a man put a log of wood with flames in a house and does not pay attention to it;it could turn into a fire which could engulf the whole house if a strong wind blows on the smoking logs of wood .
Acts 2 vs 12-13" Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another," what does this mean? Some, however, made fun of them and said," They have had too much wine".The words of the Holy Spirit might sound foolish to people. They might not believe the message of the Lord now but later it would be known that it was uttered from the mouth of the Lord.
Romans 10 vs 12" For there is no difference in the message of faithful prophets of God. It is the same God that speaks. This is the Lord's message to his faithful servants, the prophets and everyone who loves the Nation Nigeria.
Joel 2 vs 15-18 " Blow the trumpet in Zion, declare a Holy fast, call a sacred assembly;Gather the people, consecrate the assembly;bring together the elders, gather the children:Let the priests, who minister before the Lord, weep between the temple parch and the altar. Let them say" Spare your people,O Lord. Do not make your inheritance an object of scorn,a byword among nations. Why should they say among the people" where is their God".Then the Lord will be jealous for his land ( Nigeria) and take pity on his people ( Nigerians).
Romans 10 vs 13" For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved".The Lord can save the nation and avert the crisis if the citizens and leaders call on him .
This is the covenant of the Lord for the nation.
Joel 2 vs 26-27" You will have plenty to eat until you are full and you will praise the name of the Lord your God,who has worked wonders for you:never again will my people be shamed. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God and that there is no other;never again will my people shamed. The leaders and followers must have a repentant spirit and humble themselves before God Almighty and Nigeria shall know peace .
Thus says the Lord of Hosts .

Politics / Re: What Has Gov. Peter Obi Done To Reduce Unemployment In Anambra State by Godwithmen: 4:22pm On Jan 31, 2010
Little do some NL guys know that employment is provided as government is working in all section,
also provided indirectly as the following unfolds;
Obi has done a lot. Obi has
completely rehabilitated Onitsha General Hospital, which is today
accredited. Today Amaku General Hospital is not only at the verge of
being accredited, it is being built by Obi into a Teaching Hospital.
As I write, Obi has completed nine buildings in the hospital: Central
Pharmaceutical Stores, House Officers' Quarters, Consultants’ Clinic,
General Out Patients’ Clinic, Expanded Theatre, Male Ward, Female
Ward, Special Ward and Cold Room for storing Vaccines. Just on January
8, foundations for the Pharmacology, Pathology, Administrative,
Laboratory, College of Medicine and Radiology blocks, five in all,
were laid. The state had equally taken delivery of a ten 40-foot
container of hospital equipment containing state-of-the art equipment
such as CT scan.

Still on the health sector, hospitals were built such as the General
Hospital at Umueri, Cottage Hospital at Umunze and Psychiatric
Hospital at Nawfia. For the first time, Anambra State is today
renovating 15 General Hospitals in Ossamalla, Okija, Agulu, Amanuke,
Umuchu and others. School of Nursing and Midwifery at Nkpor and Health
Technology Obosi were all accredited during Obi’s regime. There are
many other developments in the health sector, where the previous administrations in the state did nothing.

In the area of education, as in other areas, Governor Obi has done
marvelously. Obi has built about
15 structures at the Anambra State University. These are not bogus
claims, some of them are the faculties of Law, Mass Communication,
Biological Sciences and Social Sciences. Obi has started the
development of the Permanent Site of the Institution with the
commencement of five more buildings and fencing of the areas totaling
about 27 kilometres. Other educational institutions are receiving
similar attention. On January 6, 2010, 108 30 KVA generators were
provided to the State’s Secondary Schools, while many of them have
been provided with laboratories, computers and boreholes. There is no
town in Anambra State where a school renovation project is not on
today and Anambra has 177 towns.

One can take the developments sector by sector and it is the same
story. Obi completed some on-going projects and initiated many
others. Some of the projects he completed were even started in the
70s, example of which is the giant Ministry of Justice building at
Onitsha. Even the
government buildings that were burnt down during his predissessor's
regime were rebuilt by Peter Obi,
the Goat Sellers of Upper Iweka were relocated to Ogbunike, the parcel of land was acquired last year
over which the Nation newspaper even wrote an editorial congratulating
Obi for showing example on the need to provide an alternative for
people before relocating them.
All these creates avenue for employment all over the state

Obi is simply the best choice for Anambra State
Politics / Re: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by Godwithmen: 1:47pm On Dec 14, 2009
The level of infrastructural development going on in Anambra state as i am talking with u, especially on;
roads,
erosion sites,
Housing,
city beautification, etc is second to non, The man called Mr Peter Obi who never wanted any title but as follower of christ were nick named Christians in those days, so has he obtained a nick name OKWUTE IDIGBO which was adopted from the confession of Christ on the peter of the Bible,
In fact fellow #landers, this issue of who is the best governor in Nigeria should have basis such as;
(1) What do the governor achieved and with what
you all know that various states has not the same financial muscle,
With the little purse of Anambra state when compared with other rich state like lagos , Delta etc
yet there is heavy projects going on in all towns and local governments in Anambra state which surpasses what was done by all governor of the state put together since the creation of the state,
Some time i thought that all Anambra people will support him without any wanting to contest with him until i remembered that even Christ the savior of the world had oppositions in his days so i'm no longer surprise at 47 people in 1 party wanting to get hold of Anambra state government purse,
THERE IS NO BODY WITH HIS RIGHT SENSES WHO WILL BE OPPORTUNED TO HAVE SOMETHING GOOD WHO WILL NOT TRY TO HOLD IT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE,
THANK GOD FOR PETER OBI.
Politics / Re: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by Godwithmen: 11:46pm On Dec 10, 2009
themano:

For me, its Peter Obi of Anambra State. Given the bottom pit Anambra state has been and the level of infrastructure, roads, hospitals, the number of schools fixed, and the FACT (if you doubt this, come to Anambra state and tour the towns and villages) that anambra state bar Abuja, has the BEST network of roads in Nigeria.

Enugu state is just Enugu city that is seeing good things. Lagos has been the Federal Capital and has solid structures for sustainable growth.  And both of them have the Majority of their legislators in the same party

In Anambra state, Until Ngige did some roads, nothing good had happened since Ukpabi Asika Regime in the 70s.   And to perform with the PDP hawks around,  is so amazing.

Almost every village has at least one Good tarred road (177 villages!), primary health care center.

Compared to what is coming in and what the man is doing, i will give it to him anyday. Though he can certainly do better in his next tenure

Time will not permit me to let #landers know the good work of Mr Peter Obi, it's true that Ngige tried to do some roads in the state b/4 the emergence of Mr Peter Obi , yet Anambra as a state had not even a state secretariat that he has to start from building a befitting secretariat for the state,
Peter Obi is the man that laid the foundation of Anambra as a state, since then he has been going on implementing the ANIDS programs through which he is developing all sector of the state simultaneously,
such as ; Instituting the government ,
Security, health , Education ,
Road network that touches every community in the state even those areas termed as minor, example is the Umueze-Anam - Mmiata road which is the first road construction undertaking by any state government in Anambra west local government Area since the state was created,
Agriculture, Commerce and industry , sport and youth development , lands and housing, community development to mention but a few,
Upon all these, he is not making noise neither do he want the second term at all cost as other desperate politicians who go around trying to confuse / mislead people with lies,

Mr Obi has not finished his God given mandate in Anambra state till 2014.
Politics / Re: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by Godwithmen: 10:53pm On Dec 09, 2009
The best is the amiable Gov Peter obi of Anambra state, reasons;
he is the best manager of Anambra state money since creation,
he is humble,
he has principle,
he does everything to retain his integrity,
His emergence in Nigeria polity introduced removal of a governor as he was the 1st when he unseated Ngige and regained his mandate after three years,
He is the only man that has slapped PDP good three time, 1st they pdp stole the mandate Anambra pple gave in 2003 and he fought as a man until he regained it in 2006. 2nd the gang of pdp s in the Anambra state house of assembly illegally impeached him and he slapped them on the face and went back to his seat as Gov, 3rd he gave the party the worst slap of their life when he kick Andy Uba out of office after less than 2 weeks he served as gov, 4th as far as he is concerned they fail again when they thought that its every body that goes to court wins, so Andy Uba lost the case even as Obi settles, wins 2010, serves till  2014 ,
infact, the history of this nation cant be written without his name at the fore front as one of the heroes of our time, Thank God for giving Mr Peter obi to Anambra state Amen.
Politics / Andy Uba Fails, Peter Obi Weren't Even Chaking by Godwithmen: 2:56pm On Nov 14, 2009
Yesterday, the Appeal Court in Enugu threw out the prayer of Chief Andy Uba, ex Special Adviser on domestic affairs to the immediate past president, Olusegun Obasanjo seeking for court pronouncement to be automatically sworn in as Anambra State governor upon the expiration of the tenure of the incumbent governor, Peter Obi on March 10, 2010.

Delivering his judgment, Justice Ngwuta of the Appeal Court, Enugu Division declared that the April 14, 2007 election which purportedly produced Andy Uba as governor was conducted in error by INEC, submitting that by virtue of Section 178(2) of the 1999 Constitution there could not have been an election in 2007 to fill a vacancy that could only exist in 2010.

Saturday Sun sought the reaction of Nigerians to the judgment who hailed the verdict as worthy and an addition to the democratic process. They also called on Uba to put an end to his penchant to bring frivolous applications every now and then that sometimes seem conflicting before the courts and find another means of actualizing his dreams by contesting a proper election if he desires to be Anambra governor.

In one of the major reactions, Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State said: “The law has taken its course.  With my personal experience with the judiciary, I have the unshaken belief that the judiciary will always do what is good for the society in the light of the laws of the country. I thank God and commend them for not disappointing Nigerians.”

Anambra must move forward -Ralph Nwosu, ADC guber candidate
Andy Uba is our brother and I will advise him to move forward for the good of Anambra State and our people.

Governorship, not life and death —Moghalu
This is strictly a legal matter, but my attitude about it is our judiciary is being tested and I have always said that for our democracy to grow, we need a very strong, virile and viable judiciary. When accepting the decision of the appeal court as the final, we must also laud the appellant for having exhausted all the remedies available so that he can be fully satisfied with what is on the ground. At the same time we must also salute the judiciary for standing firm to defend its position.

Like I have always said, appointment comes from God, this thing is not a matter of life and death. If the Appeal Court says there is no governor-in-waiting, I will advise Uba to accept it in good faith and as the final word on that matter. But at the same time we must also acknowledge the fact that Uba, like every other Nigerian has a right to seek a judicial protection in any given situation, or circumstance that impedes his interest”.

There should be an end to frivolous suits —Akintola [SAN]
I think it is time we saw an end to all these type of frivolous suits across the country. Until we do that, there won’t be sanity in the system.

You will recall that between 2002- 2005, I had a running battle with Ladoja over Ibarapa chairmanship election. Even after he had appealed the judgment against the tribunal verdict the incumbent chairman continued with frivolous suits to the extent that at the end of that day, we had different judgments on the same issue.

It got to a stage that virtually all the judges in Oyo State sat on the case and they were all returning the same verdict, like this man, Uba keeps going to court.
Now, this Andy Uba matter has gone to the Supreme Court several times and now the Court of Appeal. It seems he wanted the Court of Appeal to sit as an appellate court over the Supreme Court decision. Until we invoke a kind of punitive measures against applicants or people that file frivolous actions, these things wont stop. In Britain, if this happens, you are going to pay not only the fees of your own lawyer, you are going to pay the fees of the counsel on the other side and will be fined heavily. I think we need to do that so as to curb the filing of frivolous cases.

Lawyers now break bounds —Odanye, PDP stalwart
The Supreme Court has ruled that the election that purportedly brought Andy Uba was an exercise in nullity. How can you claim to be governor in waiting? If something is supposed to happen in 2010 and you did in 20007 and the court tells you that it was wrongly done and you are now claiming to the result of an election, which was prematurely done, does it make sense?

Peter Obi did not participate in that election; his first term is coming to an end, is he not entitled to a second term? If he did not participate in that 2007 election, how can it be complete? So, I would have been shocked, if the Court of Appeal had upheld his application.

I think we lawyers should be better behaved. Really, I feel I don’t know what is going on any more. Everything is being turned to a charade. We all know things that are impossible, but I think lawyers now break bounds, believing that nothing is impossible. How else do you explain people going to the Supreme Court, telling the apex court to reverse itself. It is elementary we are thought in law school that the Supreme Court, like any other court can only amend its judgment, based on error of calculations, mathematical errors, those that are inadvertently made. Those are the kind of errors you can correct, or when there are two conflicting decisions on the same matter. The law is not an absurdity. Where in the constitution or in the electoral act do we have provision for a governor-in-waiting.

By Duro Adeseko
It was goose chase - Ben Obi
As far as Andy Uba’s case is concerned, I rely on the judgment of the Supreme Court. It had decided the matter and all steps taken later were mere exercise in futility. The Supreme Court was very clear in its judgment. He is just going round looking for something that is not missing at the courts.

Osita Okechukwu -CNPP Secretary
Andy Uba should have known that the seat is not vacant. The highest court in the land had given its judgment on the issue at hand. He should know that he ‘won’ the election when there was no vacancy. He should know that he couldn’t manipulate the court. He won an unlawful election. The Appeal Court has now given its verdict and the Supreme Court has earlier warned him not to bring such issues to the highest court. If he still wants to rule, he should wait for the next round of election. Unfortunately for him, PDP has presented Chukwuma Soludo for the forth-coming election. He will just have to wait.

He believes in rule of law -Ebenezer Babatope
Andy Uba believes in the rule of law. He will certainly abide by the ruling of the court. The party also believes in the rule of law. I am sure that Uba will join us to ensure that PDP wins the forthcoming governorship election in Anambra State.
