At first, they just delayed the payment, nothing really as excuse. As time went by and I started pushing for it, they sent mail apologising that they had a lot of refunds to do and that's why it was taking time to do mine. After then they sent me a receipt that they've initiated the refund but the bank didn't process it, I checked with the bank and there was no issue. Since then it's been one excuse or the other or even silent treatment. Recently reached out again and they sent mail that they'll process it soon but it's taking too long for me.

Again, Dorset College is not a big school for that sum they are charging. If you considering a school for your child in Ireland, look more at government owned institutions. They are usually larger with more and solid faculty members.
