Monepoint:
This tutorial is for people who MTN Keep rejecting their NIN and telling them to re-submit their NIN or update their SIM registration details. I also have similar issue and before, I was thinking that I'll need to visit the MTN before I can resolve it - until I get a solution.

Going to MTN office is just too stressful and many we go and still have to go back the next day because people are plenty on the queue trying to also get their problems solved.

However, I already find a solution to mine and I'm willing to share the solutions to other people having similar problems without going to any MTN office.

In this tutorial, I have compiled, with image illustrations, everything you need to fix your NIN submission being rejected by MTN for SIM validation. Read now and thank me later: https://www.opaynews.com.ng/2024/08/how-to-link-nin-to-mtn.html

Hello guys! In this article, I'm going to walk you through how you can link your NIN to your MTN Line in Nigeria. This tutorial is solely based on personal testing. Three days ago, I got a message from MTN Nigeria that my MTN Line has been blocked and barred. The SMS further explains that if I'd love my line to be unblocked, I should visit the nearest MTN Office.

Although, at first I ignored the message until I discovered that I could no longer receive calls or call another person. So, I immediately start suggesting how I visit the MTN office for validation of my NIN and MTN SIM.

However, fortunately for me the next morning, I got a text from MTN_Zigi on my WhatsApp explaining how I can linked my NIN with my MTN Line by myself online.

I immediately followed the steps highlighted in the chat and within less than 24 hours, I got another SMS from MTN Nigeria that my NIN has been successfully linked with my MTN Line.

In this article, I'm going to show you - with image illustrations - how I linked my NIN to my MTN Line and get it validate without visiting any MTN office. But we dive in, if you gain value from this article - share with your loved ones on social media and do more by commenting your opinion in the box below.

Here's How to Link NIN to MTNSTEP1: Validate Your SIM Registration Details

Many users complains that they've once or twice linked their NIN to their MTN line but keep getting blocked/barred by MTN. Yes, this is very possible because the details on the SIM card registration might not tally with the details on your NIN. In this case, you need to update your SIM card details before you re-submit the NIN.

Thanks to MTN, you don't even need to go to MTN office to update your SIM card details; you can simply validate it to on the MTN online portal for NIN Linking and the customer representative will handle the rest.

To update your MTN SIM registration details, follow the below steps:

Visit nin.mtn.ng/nin on your web browserEnter your phone number and email addressMTN will send a one time passcode to the phone number and email address you providedConfirm the codes and input it to the required box and click on "Continue"Next, you'll get a notification that says "Update your SIM Registration" or "Your Registration Are Valid"If you get the first message, click on the "Update" and proceed to linking your NIN.

The above steps are to ensure that all the details on your MTN line are corresponding with the ones on your National Identification Number (NIN). If the details are valid, proceed to the next steps. If they're not valid, then click on "Update" and proceed to the next steps.

STEP2: Link Your NIN to MTN Online

This step is a very simple one to do. Just follow the steps highlighted below to simply link your NIN to your MTN line. However, make sure you've validate your SIM registration details before you proceed to this step, otherwise, you may get another message from MTN that says "Dear valued customer, your line has been BLOCKED as your NIN submission could not be verified. Please re-submit your valid NIN or update your SIM registration details...."

Therefore, you need to validate/update your SIM registration details as explained in the first step before your proceed to this step.

Here's how to link NIN to MTN SIM online:

Visit ninlinking.mtn.ng on your web browserEnter the phone number your want link with NINEnter your email address to get codeOTP codes will be sent to both the email address and the phone numberConfirm the code - usually 6-digits - and click on "Continue"Now, enter your National Identification Number (NIN) and click on "Link"

Once you've completed all the steps explained above, you'll get a prompted stating that "thank you for your submission! Your request is being processed...," as highlighted in the image below

After the success prompt of your NIN submission, and you've updated your SIM registration details to correspond with the details on your National Identification Number (NIN), then you'll definitely get an approval message with 48 hours.

I hope the tutorial in this article is helpful? If yes, please it with your friends and family that haven't link their NIN to the their MTN Line, And if it's a NO, then update us via the comment section area that needs improvement. Cheers!

The person that wrote this rebuttal certainly did not watch the video. If he did, he would know what Osita said and did not say. Too bad he even spent time writing a lengthy and incorrect response. I stopped reading half-way though.

You're now defending them.??

Before now, many of you wouldn't believe that such frauds were committed..

Now, we are supposed to cut them some slack.??

I have always known of these things. I was a presiding officer in one election and a party agent in the next. Electoral officers are human beings who have legitimate reasons to fear for their safety. We take elections like war here.

On the contrary, they are! Maybe you have not looked around well enough to spot them. These facilities are available and regularly maintained by government. People just decide not to use them.

Holland milk is peak milk. I don't know if its still in the market, but there used to be a time where we had foreign peak milk and Nigerian peak milk. Holland is the foreign type.

If he has solved basic problems like housing, and made viable investments that yield financial returns without too much input from him, then he can go for the lower pay. If not stay put.

Alternatively, since he is looking for something brain tasking, he should start a side business.

Overall, he needs mental reorientation. It's as if he wants to be an employee forever.
