Filling the ippis validation form online without getting any circular signal from the organizations authority is very risk. Some organisation has their own of doing theirs without individual going online to do it . If Ur organization has not placed any circular yet then U don't need to rush

Nobody is talking if salaries are started dropping yet. The issue of minimum wage in Nigeria always take a long process and involved allot of arguement before arriving to conclusion and also it's takes lots of time for government to implement it.
