Many people have had their accounts; PayPal,Payoneer even foreign domiciliary account blocked by one deal or the other done here but they are not put on the scammers list . If he had claimed from the beginning that the dollar is coming from his account then we can say he is a scammer.His source just went rogue , atleast DJ got 2 or more funds from him into the same account without issues.

I source for PayPal,Payoneer even RMB for clients too , I pray I don't source from a scammer one day . We are all in this biz , it's a risky one full of crooks and get-rich- quick guys .
